The accommodations were wonderful and perfect for spending time at the beach, which is a short walk from the condo. The owners thoughtfully provided beach gear which made going to the beach a delightful experience. They even had sunblock available! We loved spending time on the lanai and watching the sunset from the roof was spectacular. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had such a wonderful Anniversary trip! The location was amazing and we found so many hidden gems near the resort to eat at that had healthier options. The bed and furniture is so comfortable and that really helped us, as both my husband and I have chronic pain issues. Flights are usually pretty hard on us so we were extremely grateful for the comfy bed and awesome recliner! We are looking forward to returning soon and would definitely want to stay in the same unit again. Andrew is so pleasant and helpful and answers messages very quickly. Kihei is our happy place! Highly recommend this resort. It was easy to book, check in, and check out. We want to give a big MAHALO!

This condo served as our first stop on our honeymoon and it was a great place to be for five days. A one-minute walk to the beach and right in the heart of food, coffee, shops, etc within walking distance. The rooftop was our favorite part... we grilled dinner and got to eat with an amazing view of the sunset. Our only complaint would be the AC unit was getting mildewy and let off a musty smell when used. Still highly recommend this awesome condo!

This property was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday with my friends for our first time in Maui. The location was spectacular with the most gorgeous beach and sunset right across the street. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The place was perfect for 4. The pull out couch mattress wasn’t the best but they never are. King mattress was very comfortable and so convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit. Cannot wait to visit again!

The condo was lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool which made it quite noisy in the early evenings with kids playing at the pool which closes at 9.

The first time in over 40 years that I have been away for Christmas. The accommodations were very good and
a excellent location to shopping, the beach, but you do need a car if you want to explore the island and go to Costco.

We are so glad we stayed here. It had everything we needed for our trip. Very clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable and the patio was just wonderful to watch sunsets from. Also a nice plus is the rooftop to hang out on. Thanks Andrew & Lynn for letting us stay here!

The unit was clean and centrally located. Right across the street from a gorgeous beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, as well. The owner and staff on-site are so kind and responsive. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Mahalo!

We spent a portion of our trip in this unit andcoulsnr have been happier. The location is great... walkable to lots of good local restaurants and the beaches across the street were great. We loved watching the amazing sunsets from the roof deck. Andrew and Lynne were great hosts and have provided a kitchen with everything you could possibly need!! Loved having beach chairs and a cooler for our days on the beach and road trips!! The unit was clean and well furnished and it felt like “home” to us during our stay. Learned this location is the driest on the island so we picked the perfect spot. No rain our entire stay! Kihei had a real local beach town feel. If you are looking for fancy resorts you might want to consider either Wialea or Kapalua but we were more into the local flavor so this location was just perfect for us!! The information provided by Andrew and Lynne had lots of great recommendations which were helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway to Maui!

Great location for a great vacation!
My wife and I spent a week at this condo. Had a great time. Lynn and Andrew provided a lot of useful information on the sites of Maui, including detailed descriptions of the various luaus available. As well, they provided information on the many beaches on Maui. For first time visitors, information such as this was invaluable.
The location is ideal. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The condo is right around the corner from an ABC store (a Maui institution) with groceries and deli. The beach is right across the street, with a couple more within walking distance.
We have rented houses and apartments in Boston, Florida and Italy, but this one does stand out. The place was clean. The decor was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. We made good use of the beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards provided. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bedroom cupboard was very well stocked with towels. Really enjoyed having morning coffee on the lanai.

My wife and I stayed at Andrew and Lynn's condo in Kihei for our honeymoon and could not have been more pleased. Andrew and Lynn made us feel incredibly welcomed, generously provided everyday necessities and amenities, and guided us on many of the best local hot spots to visit and places to eat. There is a beautiful sunset view from the roof and its within a block from the ocean! We felt it was excellently situated for exploring the rest of the island and absolutely recommend it. All the comforts of home while enjoying an exotic island. Thank you Andrew and Lynn!!

We walked the beach at Kamaole I in the morning and then explored different breakfast places, including several new restaurants. Your unit's lanai was perfect; and, we enjoyed the pool.
Kihei is a perfect base from which one can explore all of Maui; and, Maui is our favorite island.
We will keep your place in our records for a possible return trip, although we might aim for a weather window that's not so hot!

This rental property had all the comforts of home. Conveniently located (walking distance) to shops, restaurants and beautiful sand beaches. It has a rooftop deck to BBQ and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Quietly tucked in lush landscaping. Right across the street from Kamaole Beach #1. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Lynn and Andrew are amazing hosts. Gave us lots of valuable tips before we arrived. The condo is supper clean and fully stocked with all your beach and kitchen supplies. The Kamoale beach park # 1 is Minutes walk from the condo. Sunsets are Beautiful from the lania. Highly recommended.

We live on Oahu and came for a weekend getaway. Andrew's and Lynn's condo was the perfect location, was very clean, and was spacious enough for my husband and I. We appreciated the kitchen, washer dryer, non-perishable food items, beach accessories, wall unit A/C, cable channels, comfy couches, and lanai. (We did not use the pool because we spent every day exploring and at the beaches).
I was able to do my morning runs on S. Kihei and also frequented the neighborhood health food store Hawaiian Moons (one block away) to buy my vegan food items. We also visited Foodlandv (8 blocks away or so) and actually walked to both stores several times at night to enjoy the island breeze.
We enjoyed the easy condo parking for our rental car, and found Kihei to be a good location to all of the other spots we visited while on island, Hana, Lahaina, Honolua bay, and Napili beaches. We will definitely visit Maui again and greatly enjoyed our stay in Kihei. It was a perfect long weekend vacation time. Mahalo nui!

My bf has never been to Maui and I couldn't be more satisfied with Lynn and Andrews property. I was impressed with how homey it felt. If we needed something it was in a cabnet or closet. You can tell Lynn thought of everything we may need on our stay. Love the sunsets from the lanai. The location is by my favorite beaches too! We will be back! Very impressed. Mahalo for your effort in creating a comfy environment. With every turn in the house you will know u are in Maui because of the turtles and sunset pics and lovely decor!

This was a great place for us to stay on our first visit to Maui. Great place, great location, clean, Washer & dryer. Walking distance to the beach, food, shopping. I hope to return to Maui soon and I hope to return to this place. Everything we need and more.

Love the location in Kihei. Able to walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. The large lanai is so beautiful to enjoy meals, ocean, sunsets, birds and drinks. We were 4 adults and enjoyed mimosas on the big lanai. The condo has everything you need...including spices, blender, rice cooker and great beach chairs. Recliner is very comfortable! Yup, fell asleep on it... Sofa bed comes with a comfy mattress that was found in bedroom closet. Best location in Kihei and roof top is AMAZING!
