This one bedroom apartment is bright and airy equipped with spacious living area offering a queen sleeper sofa as an additional sleeping arrangement. Air-conditioning in the living room provides and ceiling fans throughout make for a comfortable relaxing temperature. You will enjoy magnificent, 180 degree ocean views from your private lanai (balcony) spotting sea turtles and whales in season.
This large bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, a large ceiling fan and that beachy modern vibe. The bathroom has a walk - in shower and is supplied with a hair dryer. The amenities of the unit will make you feel like home, weather you decide to stay for a few days or a longer period.
The free high speed internet access is dedicated to your condo. Smart TV's in both the living room and bedroom will ensure part of your off-beach home entertainment. The living room also comes equipped with cable.
Take advantage of the clear waters and the long stretch of sandy beach for you morning exercises. Enjoy relaxing sunset walks, take a refreshing splash in the warm, tropical waves or just soak up the sun with a good book.

Beach towels (available in your condo) and lounge beach chairs will contribute to your comfort while having a marvelous sun-kissed day by the pool (cooler and beach umbrella also provided). This West facing condo unit is extremely bright in late afternoon. It has no curtains inside but has rolled-up metal shutters in the balcony. The window type AC unit cools the living room well but not the bedroom. Great location, on 4th floor, has a 180-degree view of the ocean and only a 2-minute walk to a nice beach. Would stay again.

We love this building and area-everything is right there-so you don’t have to drive all over the island if you’re looking for easy beautiful beaches. It’s always clean and checkin and checkout is simple. The management company is great and welcomes you with a phone call to let you know they’re there for anything. Also, we loved that they really want you to enjoy your stay so no expectations upon checkout except to turn off lights and A/C. The last day in Maui-you really want to get it all in!

Apartment is in great location right across from beach with beautiful views from veranda. Master bedroom windows face elevator which is lit all night. Furnishings are sparse and bathroom is tiny and not updated. Apartment was not clean when we arrived (towels were literally muddy) and several features did not function and needed repair during our stay. Management company was very responsive.
