We loved our stay at Ridge 2921-22. Stephen was an outstanding host and very communicative. Everything worked as advertised. The location and the views of this villa are unbeatable. 270 degree view, short walk to Kapalua Bay, Oneloa and DT Fleming. We have stayed at the Bay villas and Golf Villas in the past and this was our favorite. We will definitely book again for our next visit.

This property has spectacular views of Molokai and Lani. Very comfortable lani to be utterly lazy on. Supplied with everything you may need but if you do plan on cooking, bring your own sharp knives. Rentals never have good knives. Throw huge and very comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms. As large as the living room is you will spend all your time on the lani enjoying the views. Last condo on the Ridge so you an not looking into another property but the Montage in the foreground and then the blue Pacific. Worth every penny!

This is a very comfortable expansive condo with just the most amazing views! Wonderfully stocked kitchen with really nice quality pans and modern appliances, comfortable beds and pillows, and very nice and comfortable bathrooms. Rainbows greeted us every single morning. The views of Molokai and Lanai from the lanai are to die for! Also, the transportation service available is so convenient! Finally, we had a small glitch with the dryer and my inquiry message to the owners was responded to almost immediately and the dryer problem was solved! Actually, communication was great throughout the entire process before and after the trip! Too bad I can’t figure out how to include photos because I have some awesome ones!

Gorgeous view all around! This spot was perfect for our family of five. It is a convenient location and a great property! We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset from the lanais, and had everything we needed from kitchen gadgets to beach chairs. We had trouble with our rental car, and the on site property management company helped us immediately!
I highly recommend!
We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely villa with plenty of room for 2 adult couples. Kitchen was equipped with just about everything you would need to cook. Villa was located right in the heart of Kapalua. Loved our stay.

Our second time staying at Kapalua Ridge Villas, and our first in Stephen and Rod’s condo. The wraparound views were stunning, and we were content to spend hours on the three balconies watching whales, rainbows, sunsets, surfers at Oneloa Beach, and the endlessly changing skies. The beach sets that were provided came in handy when we left windy Kapalua for calmer sunnier beaches to the south. Already dreaming about a return visit next year.

This was our 5th time staying at Kapalua resort and the second time staying in this condo. It is very well equipped and in good condition for a popular rental unit. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen had all you would need. What is hard to explain in pictures is the location. Unless you know the area you really don’t know that this is the best condo unit in Kapalua for its views and accessibility to beaches. The views are beautiful and you get the sunrise and sunset. We love this part of Maui and this condo has been a perfect unit for us to vacation in. Highly recommend this condo and it’s owners. Very professional. Till next time !

The breathtaking views of the water and miuntains from this house alone were worth the trip! The house was the perfect size for my husband and I and my family (my mom + her 2 sisters). The location was ideal as everything was walking distance or a short Kapalua shuttle ride away. Stephen was very patient and responsive to my many questions and and very kindly accommodated our late checkout request for a small fee ao we could enjoy a couple more hours of Kapalua before our evening flight. Highly recommend this property for your Hawaii vacation!

We had such a fun and relaxing experience at this villa. The 180 degree views were just outstanding. We got to see multiple rainbows right from the lanai while having coffee/meals. The beds were insanely comfortable and the villa was spacious with 2 large bathrooms and a bonus small full bathroom. We cooked a lot while at the villa and it more than met our needs. Pool was right up the hill and private/quiet. The location was just fantastic - only 0.5 miles to Kapalua Bay and a quick drive to Napili Beach. We went hiking on the coastal trail and walked to the Honolulu Store. Not too far from shopping in Lahaina. We definitely enjoyed the privacy, comfort and peace this villa have us. Host was very responsive with our few questions. I highly recommend these hosts and their second home to everyone including family/friends.

This condo exceeded all of our expectations. The views from the expansive windows are the best I have seen. Beaches were close and the pool was a perfect place to relax after a busy morning. You will not be disappointed.

My family has been visiting Kapalua since 1986. We love it here. Our most recent family retreat we were looking for more space than our personally owned unit can hold. I hand picked this unit because not only is it beautifully furnished, but mainly for its prime view and position in the complex. Location, Location, Location. This unit has the single best view in all of the Kapalua Ridge Villas. I Can see from Honolua Bay to the entire island of Lani (for incredible sunsets). This level of expansive view is rare anywhere in Kapalua. Its stunning here. You'll be speechless.

Stephen is a perfect host and this is an amazing place. The views are panoramic. We would spend long hours sitting and watching the sunset as the sky changes its color. And the whales, you could see the whales playing around in the ocean. The place is clean, spacious bathrooms, beds were very comfortable, and all appliances were working well. The swimming pool is a minute walk away and we lazed around in the water, which was fun. The beach is a 5 minute walk as are a few trails along the coast. Restaurants are a ten minute walk or a 15 min drive - all very convenient. Delightful experience - Mahalo Stephen.

What an amazing condo! Watching sunrises and sunsets from the balcony was one of our favorite parts of our time in Maui. The condo is perfectly situated to whale watch. The beds were comfy. And every amenity we needed was available in the bathrooms and kitchen. Stephen kept in contact and quickly responded when we had questions. Can’t wait to return!

We have been to Maui and the Kapalua area many times over the years. This was the first time we decided to stay in private property vs the Ritz or Montage. Stephen was a wonderful host! The A/C upstairs didn't work so we had to stay in the downstairs bedroom, no wash clothes or dish washer soap (bought both). Otherwise, great place. Views are incredible, well furnished.

Very nice property, perfect for 2 couples with the two master suites. Great location, the view is spectacular. Kitchen has everything you need. Pool is nice, quiet place to relax and has 2 gas grills for cooking out. Several beaches within walking distance. A couple of suggestions for upgrades; screen doors are very difficult to open/close, need some maintenance. Add a few more beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Great stay, thank you for sharing your home with us, would love to come back some day.
