Annette’s home is really homey. It has everything that you need. Loaded kitchen and spices. Even tea pot. Location is great! Her building is the last one the back but Walking to beach is fun. Lots of trees and green grass. Walkable areas to restaurants. Chickens that always greet you in the morning. Washer dryer that makes my life easier. Thanks Annette for letting us stay in your beautiful house.

Our family of 4 stayed at Annette's condo and found it well stocked and convenient for our trip. Kids slept on the sofa bed and the living room was roomy enough to leave the bed out and still have room to walk around to the lanai. The condo is a 2 minute walk to Kamaole Beach 2, restaurants and shops, which made this a perfect location.

My 3 teenagers and I had a lovely time at the condo. We arrived super late but had full access to the property. Location was perfect to the beach and shops. We did rent a car so the reserved parking spot was appreciated. The bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. I choose to sleep in the fold out cusion cot and it was perfectly comfortable as well. The shower pressure was awesome, that came in handy when rinsing from the beach. The beach equipment was so appreciated. We used the boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. Annette was a fantastic host checking in with us to ensure our flights were on schedule and that we had a place to stay for additional nights if needed due to the fires. We really enjoyed our week-long stay in Annette’s condo. She was so helpful in providing lots of information about the condo as well as many tips for activities in the Kihei area. The condo itself was so comfortable providing for our every need. A great extra was the placing of the condo in Building D at the back of the property which made for a quiet experience. We loved this place and so appreciated Annette’s attentive hospitality. We’d definitely return!

Really enjoyed our stay in Kihei. Annette’s condo is a 2 minute walk to the beach which is great for swimming and sunset watching. Lots of nearby places to snorkel. The unit is updated, clean and well equipped. We really appreciated the A/C on those hot afternoons. Reasonably priced with lots of amenities and we will recommend to others.

This condo was perfect for us to spend our honeymoon in. Annette was amazing with providing information on everything we needed. The condo was fully stocked with everything you would need, we didn’t have to go to the store to buy anything except for food and drinks. The condo was fully equipped with coolers, snorkeling gear, chairs and anything you need for the ocean. Thank you again Annette for everything, we will definitely be returning back to your condo!

Condo is across the road from the beach so a short walk to the water. Has its own parking space which is great for those renting cars. In an older area but safe and plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants, grocery store etc within walking distance. The pool was close….just behind us…and quiet. The entire complex was quiet and friendly. The condo was dated but clean and well stocked with everything in working order. We were only here for a few days and so didn’t make use of the kitchen except for coffee in the morning as we ate out at the great eateries nearby. Would stay again if we’re in Maui.

This property is conveniently located near beaches, restaurants and an easy trek to other locations on island. Everything you could need is provided and in good condition. Only issue was phone service in the bedroom, however it’s fine in the rest of the condo areas. Overall great place to stay and a good value.

We had a fantastic stay at Annette's sweet condo. Loved drinking coffee on the patio in the quiet, early mornings listening to the tropical birds(and chickens, of course!), and watching sunsets in the evening. Easy walk to the beach down a nice driveway. The grounds are a beautiful botanical garden. We'll be back!

Communication with the Host, Annette, was EXCELLENT. The property is meticulously maintained with plenty of info/notes on how things work. The unit was very well stocked with almost anything you'd need and the beach and many restaurants are only a few mintues walk. HIGHLY recommended!

I stayed here for a month long business trip while attending school. The condo was nice and a great location for seeing the water daily. Annette was amazing to work with! She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was wonderful. She was a great resource and recommended places to see, car rental companies that saved me a lot of money, and places to eat. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and her condo was top notch! Kitchen was well stocked and clean.
My only disappointment was that the air conditioner is in the living room and sometimes didn’t cool the bedroom very well. Annette offered a solution to the problem and It seemed to help. I did purchase some fans which I left for future guests. Setting up the standing fan to blow the warm air out of the bedroom really helped and I was able to sleep better.
The pool was wonderful and just a few steps from the condo.
After talking to some of my fellow students about their accommodations I discovered how truly amazing Annette’s condo is and how fortunate it was that she is such a caring and gracious host.
I will definitely be back.

She provided comprehensive instructions regarding the property, nearby activities, places to eat, and navigation of COVID-19 regulations. The instructions were essential in planning our trip.
The property is fully stocked with what you need to enjoy your trip. The kitchen has everything you need, like a coffee maker for the early morning activities! We found ourselves waking up early to enjoy a cup of tea and coffee on the patio. She also has available the essentials for your trip to the beach, like chairs and coolers.
We had an incredible experience visiting Maui. Annette’s condo was a substantial factor of our enjoyment of our vacation. We hope to come back soon in the near future!

Great location, I was able to watch the sunrise and sunset daily. Beach and great food are all within walking distance. Thank you Annette, looking forward to stay again. Note that there is no AC in the bedroom. But we adjusted to the weather pretty quickly so it wasn’t bad.
