We've stayed at this complex for a total of 7 weeks over the past 2 years, in 4 different units. We really like the area, the beaches and the friendly atmosphere of the whole property. This particular unit is the nicest of the 4 units we've used. Cleanliness & the quality of the details like bedding and cooking area leave a great first impression. The bathrooms & showers are updated and very clean. Plenty of decent cookware, appliances are modern, and beach equipment available. We had a minor glitch in one of the showers, called the host and her reaction was immediate - the problem required a plumber, but was fixed the very next day and had no impact on our vacation. The bonus came when we actually got to meet the host in person - Mary was super friendly, truly motivated to take care the problem, and so easy to talk to that it felt like we'd known her for years. She was very interested to hear our opinions about anything that could be improved in the future, but there really aren't many things we could suggest. We will be happy to stay in this unit in the future.

The host, Mary, went above and beyond to help us navigate what to do when the tragic Maui fires broke out (we were scheduled to arrive the same day). While we did not, in fact, make it to Maui or to the condo, it was worth writing a review of what an amazing and thoughtful host Mary was, updating us as soon as she had information. Mary's residence was great, very clean, in a great position to explore the island and with Kamole beaches at walking distance ( Kamaloe III it's just few steps crossing the road).
We had great snokeling and we meet many tourtles there. Mary collected all the informations about Island, exscurtions, suggestion, instruction for house devices, and much more, in a big "book" (great job! you can find there really everithings you need to know ).
Kicthen was the best ever we seen in an house rental, full of tools and accessories.
You can also finds snorkel gear, beach chairs and umbrella and other things for beach life.
From the lanai you can see the sea and the sunset.
Condo have also 2 swimming pool and a tennis court ( we prefer the beach and excursion, so never used ).
The bedroom as the bathroom it's very nice with very cofortable bed full size.
The furnishing of all thehouse is very nice.
We really feel like a home.
Because everything was perfect we don't need to talk with Mary, but in case I presume should be reactive as she was before our stay.
We would definitely stay here again !
p.s. We are shocked by what happened in Lahaina with the fires, it's all very sad.

We had a great week in Hale Kamaole 272. This condo is exactly as described, well-appointed and very clean. The beach directly across the street, 5 minutes walk, Kamaole III was great for boogie boarding. Mary was a super host and her communication and helpful information was greatly appreciated. One of the best-stocked properties we've ever stayed in. Mary thought of everything - from instructions to the A/C, to providing night lights, to the beach chairs & umbrella. Even included a hairdryer, laundry detergent, first aid kit. Right across from beach park. Great view of sunset. Super clean.

Absoutely recommend this condo for relaxing comfort, amazing location, stocked kitchen, beach chairs, towels, buckets, and coolers.
It is situated across the street from the beach, where you can enjoy snorkeling, swimming, sun bathing, and gorgeous sunsets.
If gliding across the top of the water is on your list, rent a kayak, surf board, or paddleboard minutes down the road.
For underwater adventures, Maui Dreams Dive (also close by) offer spectacular dive trips. Both the Molikini Crater and the Lanai Cathedral dives offered great encounters with sea life.
There are multiple restaurants in Kihei to choose from, but would recommend Paia Fishmarket or Nalu's.
The owner/manager has thought of everything to make it easy to relax, explore, and enjoy the beauty of Maui.

Not sure what to say other than this place has it all!!! Incredibly well put together and stocked with key items like water toys, spices, pots/pans/appliances, toiletries and towels. We literally had zero issues or complaints whatsoever. There was even a nice loaf of bread here waiting for us as a gift when we arrived. Amazing instructions on the whole house, and great tips for what to do in the area provided by the owner. Would come back again in an instant. Thank you, Mahalo!!!!

I was very disappointed in this rental unit. First the description says it has good beds, it does NOT. The downstairs bed is so broken down it hurt to sleep in and being pregnant I could not sleep and woke up with major neck pain from the extra soft pillows. Next, I have been to Kihei 6 or 7 times and have NEVER had a unit with roaches until this unit, they were everywhere!! In the bathrooms, kitchen, rooms, laundry.. small ones big ones just gross. Wasps on the patio, so I spent no time enjoying the view. Then there was the daily construction/remodel of the unit next door. They played loud music, cussed, drilled, sawed and banged the door and blocked the handicap parking all day long. Again being on our babymoon looking for relaxation was all I wanted but naps were out of the question. I will never stay in this complex or condo again.

Mary has a wonderful property and was an absolute joy to work with. The condo was absolutely spectacular, so many perks to make you feel comfy while on vacation. Even the closets were completely updated!
Not only was the condo itself absolutely fabulous, the location was perfect. We could watch the sunset from our lanai or take a two minute stroll to the beach.

Condo is as advertised— sleeps 5 comfortably, nicely appointed, lots of thoughtful touches in terms of furniture, appliances, and extras. Plenty of parking, and it’s within walking distance of restaurants, shops, beaches, and parks. The complex is very family friendly (but quiet), and the general area — while a bit congested— is centrally located. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. We’d stay here again if given the opportunity.

We have nothing but praise and gratitude for having had such a perfect accommodation on a long-awaited holiday. We had a king bed for a parent and small child each and then a single in the loft for our teen who didn’t want to share a bed. The main floor bedroom was perfect for our son with mobility issues (there is a flight of stairs outside to get to the unit). The kitchen has everything we needed (coffee pot, vitamix, containers to store food), soooo many lovely towels and beach towels. I’m still dreaming of the comfortable beds and pillows!
5 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, coolers, ice packs, even two small life jackets! Mary was so responsive when we had a small blip in power, on her way within minutes (it self-resolved!). I loved early morning walks so close to the beach and the amazing snorkeling. So sad to be back to the snow :(. Thanks for sharing your space with us

We couldn't have been more pleased with Mary's condo. It was top notch, as was she for a host! Anything you would need or could ask for, she provided. She even left us a nice bubbly surprise for our honeymoon! It was perfect!! I wish we could have stayed longer. The listing is exactly as described. Clean, great showers, comfortable beds, cold air conditioning, well stocked kitchen, lanai, and don't forget to read the binder with excellent info & tips for exploring the island.
We enjoyed watching the sunset across the street every evening and whales breaching from the lanai. Nice quiet neighborhood. Pools were clean, quiet, and not crowded. Fingers crossed this condo is available for our anniversary as we'd love to relive it.

We loved our stay here as it had everything that we needed, super comfortable, and not to mention the view! We enjoyed the sunrises/sunsets on the patio and our son loved taking the short walk to the pool. Kamaole Beach Park III, which is walkable from here, ended up being our favorite beach because the sand was soft, waters were shallow but still good waves for boogie boarding, which we were able to borrow from Mary. We were able wade out to see sea turtles! Mary was super communicative and made everything a breeze. Definitely a vacation to remember!

The unit is stocked for recreation with beach chairs and coolers and umbrellas. This condo was a perfect fit for our family vacation! The location was awesome, right across the street from the beach where we saw sea turtles almost every day and centrally located with access to everything we needed. The condo was clean and is perfect for a family of 4/5 with a mix of boys and girls. The addition bed in the loft was great for us with a teenage boy and girl! The unit has all you need for your stay and is fully updated. Mary was great hostess for our trip and if we ever head back to Maui we would stay here again and will recommend her place to out friends heading to Maui.

What a beautiful condo. The owner cut no corners with decor, furnishings, kitchenware, towels, etc. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs, beach umbrellas and beach toys. We had no problem at all with internet and the TV. Everything was clean and pristine. We didn’t need to contact the owner at all during our stay. Instructions were clear and appreciated. Before our trip, the owner communicated with us about the possible scarcity of rental cars so we acted fast and were able to secure one through a local business.
The view from the lanai is spectacular and we enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening looking at the ocean. We walked with the kids to the beach and to restaurants for breakfast. Kihei has a good vibe and we fell in love with the location.

First, Mary is a wonderful host. She communicated prior to our two week stay. She learned that I had recently had spine surgery and made sure I had memory foam pillows for my comfort. The location of the condo is perfect. Close to everything. The condo itself was immaculate. Mary had the condo opened and cooled for our arrival. Very clean, the beds extremely comfortable. We spent most of meal time cooking at the condo. The kitchen has everything you need. The evenings we would walk across the street to the park and watch the most amazingly beautiful sunsets and enjoy some of the Hawaiian cookies Mary left for us to enjoy. She has a closet full of umbrellas, chairs, coolers and fun beach toys for her guests to enjoy. We had some hot days but the condo ac units worked really well. I have not one complaint nor any improvement suggestions. Our trip was perfect. When back on Maui, definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Mary for everything.

We would not hesitate to recommend Mary's (owner) wonderful condo to anyone interested in staying in Maui. We are two active senior couples that enjoy travelling together. Mary's Kihei condo was very clean, comfortable, roomy, the furniture-two king beds-3 TV's-A/C-fans-bathrooms-kitchen-pool area , parking were all very nice. Having two beach umbrellas, beach chairs and coolers to use was a plus. Being able to just walk across the street to the beach (Kamaole 3) to swim-snorkel or enjoy sunsets was another big plus. We enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai with ocean (and pool) views. Minutes away to Kihei and Wailea restaurants-shops and beaches and easy drives to Haleakala NP, Maalaea Harbor (Calypso snorkel trip), Road to Hana, Ho'okipa Beach (wind surfing) Paia and Kula. The condo photos were true. Mary was always available when we had questions. Our Maui vacation was truly enhanced by staying a week at Mary's condo.

Really enjoyed our stay! The condo was superb and surpassed expectations.
Upon arrival, we found the condo clean and well organized. The unit came with a supply of all kinds of beach equipment/toys and even a laminated book with recommended food and things to do nearby. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were all updated as well. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and everyone enjoyed the beach right across the street. Also, the owners were responsive to any questions or requests.
We will definitely be looking for this unit upon our return.

Mary is an excellent host and has provided everything you need and probably some things you didn't even know you need. For example, beach gear in the lanai storage closet including four chairs and two umbrellas, USB chargers throughout the condo, dimmers and ceiling fans in all areas, and even an additional oscillating fan in the upstairs area. The furnishings and decor are top-notch and very comfortable.
The unit is walking distance from the Kihei boat ramp so it is very convenient if you are planning an AM snorkel trip (we were very happy with Redline Rafting). Many south Kihei eating areas and restaurants are an easy walk away.
The community pool was well maintained and had a nice breeze from the nearby beach. Parking was always available directly in front of the unit.
We were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this unit for other families looking for similar conveniences.

We had a wonderful time at Mary’s place. The place was super clean which made it so much easier with younger kids.
Her kitchen is also full of utensils, we had a group of 6 and it was more than enough for us. She also provided us with a lot of towels.
Mary is also quick at responding, we didn’t have any issues with the condo while we were there but she gave us detailed information about the condo and everything was well labelled/explained in her welcome booklet.
I would highly recommend this place. It was close to Wailea and a short walk across the street to the beach.
One small thing I would recommend - perhaps have a small shampoo and conditioner set for the guests so they have it for their first night.
All in all, I definitely would book this condo next time!

We had a very memorable holiday. The condo was very spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped with all the essentials, just like home. Our king size bed was very comfortable, as was the upstairs bed shared by our two daughters. The balcony overlooked the outdoor pool and towards the beach, which was just steps away! The property and its surrounding area was well kept. The location was great! We could walk to the beach in minutes to catch the sunset each evening!
The information book provided by the owner, was well written with instructions on how to operate the T.V. and appliances etc., as well as places of interest and places to eat.
There was a wealth of information.
We were close to the local shops, very convenient for picking up food items or souvenirs and plenty of cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Our favourite place was Coconut's Fish Cafe, for their famous fish tacos!
It was our first visit to Maui. A memorable holiday with our two daughters to celebrate our 50th Anniversary!
We highly recommend you stay at Mary's property. She is very personable. Mary offered us an extended time for our check out as our flight was not until late in the evening. So accommodating! We really appreciated that, that gave us extra time on the last day to enjoy more of Maui and not be rushed to leave.
So to sum this vacation.....we loved it and we all had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed staying at Mary's place. It was like the comfort of home!! We will be back, given the opportunity!

The condo is in a great location- I loved sitting on the lanai watching the sunset. Walk to Kamaole Beach park, walk to Kihei shops and restaurants. Quick drive to Wailea.
We appreciated the beach gear and the USB chargers everywhere, as well as the Smart TVs allowing you to log in to Netflix.
The pool is small and could use a little more shade, but is super convenient and close.

We were blown away by Mary’s beautiful home. I wish videos could be added because the pictures really don’t so this place justice, even though her pictures are amazing. Bathrooms and kitchen are really important to me and this condo was better than expected. Everything was so clean and looked brand new. The kitchen has stainless steel modern appliances and stocked with everything you need. There were even candles and a lighter when we celebrated a birthday. The pool is so close and extremely clean and barely used by anyone. The view from the lanai was unbelievable and to sit out and relax was heavenly. Beach toys, upgraded chairs and Tommy Bahama beach umbrella are all provided. The rooms are spacious and beds really comfortable. We didn’t use the loft to sleep but it was nice to see a curtain there for added privacy when in use. Air conditioners worked perfectly and the fan in the family room actually made the place really cool. We parked right outside the unit and the whole complex was very quiet. Restaurants are close by and the beach and park are right across the street. The concierge was really helpful to book excursions and a luau. This is such a perfect unit to bring you rest and relaxation on your vacation. I’m absolutely going to be a repeat renter when we are next in Maui. Thank you Mary for making us feel at home .

Check in was simple. The place was well-equipped. There was a gorgeous view of the ocean and the sunset from the balcony. It is located conveniently to the beach and the street without hearing any traffic noise. There is a friendly concierge onsite to help you figure out the things to see. There is a free tennis court too. There are lots of cool things to do nearby. Great restaurants and an eclectic collection of shops are walking distance away. We found lots of healthy food options, including tasty options for vegans. We rented bikes one day and scooters the next. We checked out Makena (Big) Beach which was incredibly picturesque. This condo was an awesome choice. When I make it back to Maui, I will definitely choose Kihei and I will definitely look up this condo!

You can tell that Mary’s place is a well cared for home, not just a rental unit. Perfectly clean, fully stocked with amenities (kitchen utensils, spices, beach equipment, towels, etc). Comfortable beds, only needed the AC a couple of nights with the nice breezes and ceiling fans. Unit is in a perfect location, clean pool, well kept grounds. All-around, an awesome place. If we’re ever fortunate enough to come back to Maui, we’ll definitely try to stay here again!

We were very happy with this condo. It has been updated and the quality of everything is excellent. The condo is in a great location with Kamaole III beach just across the road with good snorkeling and surf. The condo has shower at the entrance so you can wash off before going into the room. Very nice tile floors with new, high quality appliances throughout. And the beds are extremely comfortable. And the owner is very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

We stayed for a week and everything was perfect. The owner is easy to work with and the rental unit is beautiful. We enjoyed many evenings sitting on the deck enjoying the wonderful Maui sunsets. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

On each of my visits to Maui I've stayed in condos and this is by far the best. The location, comfort, amenities (great showers!), top notch appliances, well-supplied kitchen (sharp knives!), easy access (keyless entry!), location and the VIEW merit the five-star rating. If it were an option, I'd give it six because Mary O'Malley-Keyes was such a delight to work with. She and this beautiful nest in paradise helped make this the best vacation ever. If fortune grants another visit, this is the place I'll stay.

This is going to be our home away from home when we stay in Maui. We have stayed in other units within this complex and will NEVER book anywhere else again. This condo was everything we could have wanted in a vacation rental. It is apparent that the owner, Mary O'Malley-Keyes cares about the unit and about making this a welcoming environment for her guests. The first impression of the condo says it all. It is clean, well maintained and comfortable furnished. Mary has thought of everything to make this a relaxing and fun escape. THE VIEWS!!! It has the best views for both sunrise and sunset. The lanai offered sunshine and shade during the ideal times of day and amazing views of the ocean and the mountain. We didn't use the A/C which is in every bedroom and the main living space as the trade winds were blowing and the QUIET ceiling fans throughout the unit kept us cool. The kitchen has plenty of amenities for those who like to cook and the new finishes were easy to keep clean. The bedrooms had great mattress, lots of comfortable pillows and fresh pressed sheets. The view from the upper bedroom was nice as it faces an open space for the adjacent condo complex with another well manicured landscaped vista. Both bathrooms had plenty of space and the showers were awesome. The location is ideal for those who want it away from the traffic and noise of the "downtown" area. Walk across the street to the beach with the best waves for swimming and playing in the ocean. I also liked the bulletin board with references and the handy notebook for the everything to do in the area and info about the unit.

Our first impression of this condo was "WOW". Everything was spotless and amenities were of the highest quality. The view from our lanai was breathtaking. All the on-line pictures were accurately portrayed. The location of the condo was away from downtown traffic and noise and directly across from 3 beautiful beaches. We would definitely stay here again. The owner, Mary O'Malley-Keyes, was so accommodating and did everything possible to make our stay exceptional.

We loved our stay in Mary's condo. It is spacious, clean and well appointed, with a lovely view of the ocean. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were nicely renovated. The pool is directly in front of the condo and well-maintained, as are the BBQs. It's a very short walk to Kam III beach where you can snorkel, boogie board and watch turtles. Mary responded very quickly to any of our questions and was very kind.

This condo is perfect for two couples traveling together. Each bedroom provides privacy and the common living area is perfect for dining and watching television. The unit provides a beautiful view of the beach as well as the common area of the condominium complex. This unit is well-appointed and is maintained in perfect condition. The condo is very close to restaurants and shops nearby. The owner was always very quick to respond to questions we had. I heartily recommend this property to anyone considering staying in Kihei and would not hesitate to stay in this unit again.
