• For whole-condo cooling, use the Air conditioning search filter and check listing details and reviews for cooled rooms; some rentals have bedroom-only AC or uncooled upstairs rooms.
• For direct lawn and pool access, choose a ground-floor condo with a garden-facing lanai; several open onto grass just steps from the pool.
• If overhead noise bothers you, favor an upper-floor condo; some ground-floor guests report hearing upstairs footsteps through the ceilings.
