We stayed here in January 2023. We had five adults, with two being a couple, so the bedroom and bathroom layout was perfect. The lenai was perfect for morning and night relaxing. The location was great for all our "touristing." The kitchen had everything we needed, including stuff left behind by previous occupants, making for convenient in-room meal prep. We arrived late and I was nervous about what to do if we had key problems but no need to worry as security was there and helped me get the key and offered further help if we had problems getting in (we didnt).
A few cons:
We never could get one TV to work properly, even following the instructions.
The BBQs on the property weren't working the best so we ended up not barbecuing as much as we planned. It seemed it was a known issue and they had been working on them. This had nothing to do with the condo.
The condo could use a deep clean. We needed a pan out of the drawer under the stove and it was extremely dirty under all the pans. There was a pretty thick layer of dust in various locations. Under the bed was real dirty. It was surface clean but obvious nobody gave it that extra touch in quite some time.
The pros outweighed the cons and if we had multiple people going again and needed this big of a unit I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The resort is an excellent condo resort. Pool is deeper and larger than pictures suggest. Amenities are great. Being close to ocean is fantastic. The floors in the unit have been changed and it looks quite nice. For a family of 6 had space and everything we needed, and lots of equipment like snorkel gear and boards we could use on the ocean. The dryer can only handle one towel at a time but had no problem drying all our clothes without towels. The kitchen was great with lots of things in the pantry we could use.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The property is as advertised. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is lovely, the location is amazing w sunset and ocean view. It’s close to some shopping, don’t miss the swap meet for souvenirs and a nice selection of local food trucks. The condo itself was clean w lots of linen, towels, dishes and great water pressure/hot water. There’s plenty of beach chairs, games, etc. I thought it was a great value. We checked in late evening and security was prompt and helpful getting us our keys. If I had to put anything down that could be improved I would only say that the option of getting a third set of keys would have been helpful since there were 3 adult couples. (Office said not available). But that was super minor. The beds were comfortable. The furniture isn’t super modern but it totally fits the Hawaiian vibe, so it works. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely view from the 2nd story end unit.
The area of Kihei is a bit more windy than other areas on the island of Maui, but even with the wind the location was fabulous. The amenities were welcoming. The master bedroom was a great size with the great end views the hall bedroom had two twin beds, and the third bedroom could be closed off behind a door with a sink and bathroom (that is very small). The lanai had great views of the ocean and the pool. The pool is clean, as is the hot tub, and there is tennis, pickle ball, and shuffleboard equipment available.
There is a World Class Concierge service at the pool, but I wasn’t impressed by their services.

The condo is very well equipped with lots of kitchen ware, towels and linens and pool/beach toys. Although the decor needs updating, it was comfortable for 5 of us and had everything we needed. Beautiful views from the lanai. The complex is very clean and well kept and the pool area is cleaned every morning.

Pros: Location! Kihei in general is a great location & home base to see the whole island - it’s right in the middle. The condo is walkable to restaurants and bars (15-20 minutes). The view from the condo is unreal. We got to watch the sunset over the ocean every night. Down at the beach you can also find a bunch of sea turtles during sunset. The condo looks over part of the pool, tennis courts, ocean, and a huge field that we got to kick a soccer ball around in. Near the pool, there's an activities desk where you can sign up for tours and rent equipment - soccer balls, tennis racquets, etc., all free of cost. Condo was able to hold our group of 6 comfortably. There are air conditioning units in every room which helped with the hot/humid days. Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of boogie boards, snorkel equipment, umbrella, chairs, and towels in closets. The overall price was also great for this condo.
Cons: The cleanliness of the condo was questionable. We found a beanie, ear plugs, and an empty soda bottle under our bed. Looks like the place needs a good dusting too.

We absolutely loved our stay at Maui sunset. Great space - nothing fancy. It was well stocked, tons of towels and extra bedding/pillows, wonderful view of pool, lawn, tennis courts, beach, and most importantly, excellent view of the gorgeous sunset from the lanai. It was so nice to have 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. George was easy to communicate with, and made accommodations that I required due to an injury. Absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

This is our 2nd time staying at George's condo. Perfect place for the 6 of us (grandparents, 2 adults and 2 kids). Great location with good on site amenities. There was a water leak issue from the unit above but George was quick to respond. Thank you for the wonderful stay and accommodating our late check out request!

The condo was amazing. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms was plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax after the adventures of the day. The pool and hot tub were also a nice place to unwind after a busy day. The sunsets on the beach or from the private lanai were magical. Our host was very kind and welcoming. We are so grateful for the memories our family got to make in Maui.

The views did not disappoint!! Spectacular sunsets from the balcony every evening!! The property is close to many restaurants and shopping. The cleanliness of the unit was questionable, it was dusty and food was found under the couch. We had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with a ceiling leak from the unit above in the master bedroom bathroom-the communication with the owner on this issue was timely.

My family of five enjoyed the trip of lifetime in this beautiful condo. It was spacious and well equipped, had incredible views, and so many fun things to do. We loved the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and shuffleboard. The host was a terrific communicator and made our stay so pleasant.

The layout to our 3 bedroom ocean front condo was amazing! Master suite with ocean view ( lanai) and full bath; second bedroom (queen size bed) with full size bath closes off on its own and third bedroom with 2 twin beds with full bath across hall.. Full kitchen; nice size dining area; nice size living room area and great lanai with ocean view. We had 4 adults
( two couples) and a 14 year old and an 11 year old.

This condo was perfect for us. Views & pool better than pictured in photos. Good location within Kihei & we love Kihei as a base for travel around Maui. Appreciated beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at condo. Loved the lanai! Kids loved playing outside & the pool! Great trip.

This condo was fantastic for our week in Maui over New Years. The balcony had excellent views of the ocean and sunset. The condo was clean and had all necessary kitchen and beach accessories. Our two year old loved playing with the sand toys and swimming in the pool. There is a small beach in front of the building and several other nice beaches within a 5-10 minute drive. There is also a nice, large grass area on the grounds with games as well as a tennis court. The building and pool are both well maintained. The location is convenient to Kihei and Wailea as well as a short trip from the airport. Overall we had a great stay in Kihei and would love to book this place again on our next trip.

This 3 bedroom condo was such a great fit for our family. We rented a crib for our infant which fit in the master bedroom with room the spare (the unit also comes with a pack n play if you don’t want to rent anything). My husband and toddler stayed in the room with two twins. There was enough space to move the beds around and place a mattress on the ground since he isn’t sleeping in a big kid bed yet. And my mother in law stayed in the third bedroom. Each bedroom has a bathroom which was lovely. The unit is on the end of building A with an unobstructed view of the ocean, where we were able to watch the sunset each night.
The unit itself is fully stocked with everything in the kitchen you’d need. There were also some spices in the cupboard. A few plastic bowls and cups and handful of baby forks/spoons. In the twin bedroom closet is an entire assortment of beach items: 3-4 fold up chairs, 4 boogie boards, a few sets of ok-quality snorkel gear, 2 puddle jumpers, a HUGE basket of sand toys which my 3 year old loved, and 2 beach umbrellas.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars (really a 4.5) was due to the check in/out process. The front desk had no information on my reservation and had to get out my phone to show her in order to check in. And then check out was supposed to be 11am but the cleaners showed up at 10am and told us that was policy with back to back rentals which no one told us about. So I had to rush finishing packing up my entire family up leading to a very stressful last 30 minutes of my vacation. So just double check with the front desk/owner ahead of your last day so you aren’t surprised!
If we ever come back to Maui we’d love to rent this unit again!

We had a great stay at George’s condo. He was very communicative before and during the trip and responsive to any needs. Our favorite was enjoying the sunrise and sunset on the beautiful balcony overlooking the grounds and ocean. The furnishings were comfortable and we appreciated the beach toys and beach chairs for guests to use. We would definitely stay again!

This property was everything expected and more!!! The condo is incredible with amazing views and the ocean breeze coming through all day. The rooms are very comfortable. The living area opens up to the patio and is incredible. We watched kite surfers, parasailers, and families enjoying the incredible property. Can't wait to come back!

Our party consisted of 3 adult couples. The complex was very well kept, and this particular condo was set up perfectly for us. The grounds and pool were cleaned every day, and the area was relatively quiet. Anything you needed was a few blocks away. (Fabulous restaurants, drug store, grocery store, food truck complex, etc) Being on the water was very nice too! Highly recommend this condo and complex!!!

We come to Maui every year but this is the first time staying in this condo. It was perfect for our large group. It had all the basic supplies and more. We were able to use all the beach equipment which made it so much easier for the kids. Access to the amenities like the gym and tennis court were also a bonus! Would highly recommend it!

Wonderful owner who promptly and accurately responded: condo was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy a family vacation… local staff was courteous and politely informative.
The place had more amenities and the Confo was much bigger than we expected… out side the hot tub was perfect: shuffle board and tennis courts are well maintained, bar-bq area clean and Efficient… we like the experience so much we booked next year before leaving!

This condo is in a great location, with a wonderful view - the roomy lanai overlooks all the fun activities the resort offers. The beautiful ocean and palm trees, and the hills of west Maui, glow every evening in the amazing sunsets On windy afternoons kiteboarders soar off the beach right in front. The resort is very well maintained - we greatly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce, and putting green. The common bbq grills are spotlessly clean. The unit itself is in a prime spot in the building. Large master suite with views and deck, with two smaller bedrooms each with own small bath. The great room with kitchen dining and living room is very functional for a group. The 6 of us had plenty of space, although spent most of our time on the lanai. The linens and kitchenware are not fancy, but everything worked well for us. The ‘toy closet’ was fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and more. Lastly, the owner was great to work with, very responsive to every inquiry or concern. I would love to stay here again!
