Location- GREAT !!!!! ,Condo - GREAT !!!!, A/C -GREAT !!! , Communication with Owner -GREAT !!! Just two things….If you will arrive after sunset it’s little tricky to find this condo.I called the owner and He guided me to the place but small map will do the trick .Numbers on the buildings are hard to find in the dark.This is a problem.Second… it’s tropical area and you will find some bugs upstairs ( the warmest spot in the condo) It’s not terrible but more traps will do job. If I will ever come back to Big Island I will try to make a reservation again to this condo .

Perfect to located close to the pier, king Kamehameha hotel beach, restaurants and bars. The place is also walking distance to groceries and delicious coffee. Everything was clean and well stocked.

We loved the view from the balcony, how quiet it was and yet it was so close to the centre of the village. We would just walk to the pier for a morning / evening swim. The condo was clean, spacious and so well equipped, thank you! To us, it really felt like a home far away from home.

Larry and Joyce have a beautiful condo which was very well maintained and immaculate. The home is well decorated with lovely furnishings. We were accommodated with more than the basic amenities. The location is convenient and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and ocean. The condo area is well kept and quiet. Larry had reached out letting me know we left an item at the condo which I greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

It was difficult to find in the dark. Maybe a well place light turned on saying it’s on the third floor might be helpful. We really enjoyed the property and its location. Beautiful property close to the ocean. We had a wonderful time!

The unit was clean and inviting. We had a great view and saw whales breaching during the early morning from the Lanai. The onsite pool/hot tub was great and we enjoyed behaving access to the bbq's.

You can walk to many restaurants stores, waterfront, etc. It was nice to be able to walk to things, instead of always getting in the car. The unit was very nice and well equipped.

Property is well maintained. Property owner very responsive to any questions or concerns. The property is really well stocked with beach equipment, washer, dryer, laundry soap, kitchen has about anything you need to fix basic meals and location is great for walking into Kailua Village!

We had a pleasant visit celebrating Thanksgiving with families from 3 generations. Only issue with cleanliness we saw daily little cockroaches crawling in & out of the drawers, walls & under the counter in the kitchen. Not easy to keep those nasty bugs away when all your walls are attached to other condo units in a cluster complex.

This location was the ideal place for our trip to Kona. Easy access to the beach, with a fantastic view from the patio where we would gather to eat breakfast. Parking option was great as we did travel around with our rental car some. But so easy to just walk to Ali'i Drive instead as well. The hot tub and pool suited nice as well. The hosts are very clear with instructions and communicated well - very supportive. They even have plenty of options to plug in electronics. I honestly could not have picked a better option for the trip of a lifetime. Thank you!

Wonderful accommodation, close to everything we needed, walked everywhere. Overall had a fabulous time staying here from Australia for the Queen Liliuokalani Race. Would highly recommend Larry and Joy’s place would definitely stay here again.

This place is perfect. The owners were easy to communicate with if there were any concerns. The location was awesome easy access to everything in downtown Kona.
People with mobility issues please understand it’s on the third floor with no elevator People for long stays it has 34 stairs so carrying groceries (water beer😂) takes a little out of you
We had absolutely had no complaints it was exactly what we wanted. The place is clean and we slept in both beds. They were both amazing. The 3 air conditioners are awesome.
You get the morning sun on the deck even with the shades pulled down it’s really warm. The table and chairs on the deck are beautiful teak but not comfortable for short or people with mobility problems (they are like bar height table and chairs)

This Kona condo is very comfortable. Its location is only a block or two away from Ali'i Drive (shopping) and a small in-town beach. Only about 15 minutes from the airport. Neighbors are quiet, although there seems to be a rash of loud cars and motorcycles that can be heard when the windows are open. Water pressure in the shower is great and the owner promptly helped with one small problem we had when we arrived. A very nice place!

This condo was a solid choice for our family's stay in Kona! Our itinerary had us exploring the island for various adventures and the condo was a great home base. Spacious, well-stocked, thoughtful Hawaiian décor, and a short walk into town. Our daughters also really enjoyed playing in the pool. Thank you for your hospitality!

This condo was fine for our stay but certainly wasn’t luxury. You have to drag your luggage up 4 flights of stairs and we saw a few lizards within the condo. My main complaint is that the towels provided all reeked of mildew. I understand it’s hard to keep things dry in such a humid climate but the towels and upstairs bathroom all smelt horrible.

We had a great stay here. This property gave us what we needed: location (both close to amenities and good driving proximity to lots of beaches/attractions), space, and lots of extras (beach umbrella/chairs, snorkel gear, boogey boards). It is not a luxury rental, but comfortable and functional, and we would (and hope to) stay here again!

We were delighted to stay in this exceptionally clean, modern, well appointed two-bedroom condo conveniently located in Kona town (about a 10 minute walk from the Marriott). The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and the bathrooms were stocked with abundant towels. In addition to a full kitchen with all the appliances, cooking and serving items one needs, there were abundant beach items (including boogie boards, snorkle sets beach chairs, mats and umbrellas) and items for a baby (a play pen, high chair, stroller (we only used the former)). The condo is far enough off the highway, and sufficiently treed, that it is quite quiet. We loved spending time at the pool and using the BBQ to prepare our main meals. Dealing with Larry and Joy was a breeze. And Alan, the property manager on the ground, was very accommodating. Prospective tenants need to be aware that the condo is on the third floor and there are no elevators. That was not a concern for us, but it could be for those with mobility issues. We had a terrific stay and highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Some aspects showing age but owner was great with communication and wanting to help make things right. Examples include old remotes, non working outlet in bathroom and broken blinds. All minor things made up for by the location and overall nice place. Would visit again.

We stayed here for 4 days and it was so nice! The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. We did not rent a car and had no problem with the walking distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment. If we make our way back to Kona, I would stay here again! Larry was so easy to get into touch with leading up to our check in process, we didnt have any issues to where I needed to communicate with him during our stay but I was at ease checking in with all the info he gave me prior.

This is a beautiful, well-maintained unit. The decor has many thoughtful touches that give it a true Polynesian theme. The air conditioning works well; the two window shakers were quiet. All the appliances worked perfectly.
The owner was a pleasure to work with. Larry kept in touch and regularly checked with us to ensure everything was OK.
There is a little bit of noise from traffic, though not enough to keep us up at night. There is some noise from construction at a nearby shopping center, but that should be completed in the coming months.
Overall we were very happy with our stay here, and would do so again.

This condo was great for our stay in Kona. The owner/manager was very pleasant to deal with, and very responsive. The property is close to downtown with parking. The condo is well equipped, including the kitchen and some amenities for the beach. There are some tricks to managing temperature, which were easily addressed after we discovered a notebook that included a page on how to best manage fans, windows, blinds and the A/C on warm days. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Loved decor, didn’t like poorly functioning aircon or three flights up to apartment. Location good, very central. Apartment had tons of beach stuff and was very well appointed. We got sick right away, upon arrive, couldn’t enjoy anything. Not apartments fault, had to leave early....just weren’t we’ll.

A beautiful condo. Clean and well maintained. Great ammenities (boogie boards, chairs, towels, etc). Right by the beach, restaurants, shopping,etc. Located in a quiet complex with a pool and hot tub. The owners are easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. I would recommend this condo to all my family and friends. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed staying the the Kona Seaflower. It's a great location - so close to the beach near the Marriott Hotel, Ali'i Drive, a couple of supermarkets and the great fruit market. We had breakfast and dinner every day out on the patio so that we could watch the ocean. The apartment is very clean and is well supplied. And there's lots of great beach equipment. I'd definitely stay there again!

We had a lovely stay at John and Joy's condo. Absolutely everything was provided to make the stay perfect. Wireless internet was easy and reliable (especially important to us) the kitchen was fabulously equipped and the beds were comfortable. It's location is very nice, an easy walk to downtown Kailua-Kona. The owners are super nice and conscientious and responsive to any need. Would highly recommend.

Our stay was really good. the condo was well equipped with all necessary amenities. Nice new linens, plenty of kitchen equipment ( all new and in good condition) and lots of extras- sports equipment, etc.
Everything was clean and in order. The complex was at an excellent location , near to downtown and to the beach. We enjoyed all the open-air eating cafes facing the ocean-- perfect breakfast spots. ...I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone unless they had difficulty with stairs. The listing on this location was very accurate and the owner was very helpful.

Wonderful location! Very nicely appointed. Very well equipped. Very reasoably priced. Very clean and well maintained. Very hot in the upstairs bedroom - air conditioning just could not cool it down enough. Some product with a strong scent was used to freshen up the place. Made my allergies kick in.

Thank you so much for the amazing get away. My girlfriend and I had such an amazing time while on the island. Your place was perfect for us and we definitely didn't want to leave.
