We have stayed at this particular property a number of times. Great location, easy access on the ground level. Block 11 is elevated high enough that it provides a great view of the ocean and incredible sunsets. The wrap around lanai is very private and is a great space to entertain or just relax.Property could use some updating soon. When you have steady rental traffic, certain things need to be replaced. Booked already for 2024.

This was a great condo find . The view was amazing, very comfortable, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. Beautifully maintained grounds and very safe environment.We wished the patio furniture was more comfortable, but other than that it was an amazing stay.

We had a good stay in 1101 at The Palms at Wailea and another great experience with Rentals Maui, representing the property, handling our reservation, payment, etc. The condo is not as updated as some of the other units we have rented at the property, but it is well-priced, everything was comfortable, in good repair, and conveniently equipped. Even though only my husband and I stayed, we enjoyed having the space of a 2 bedroom and 2 bath. The unit has fantastic sunset ocean views! It should be noted that although it is on the ground floor, there is not flat ground off the lanai. There is a steep hill right off the lanai that is outside of the living room, with only 3-4 foot high flowering bushes along the lanai edge. Just my observation, but the bushes might not provide enough protection to stop a young child from falling through and tumbling down the hill. We always have a great experience working with Rentals Maui and really enjoyed our stay at The Palms at Wailea in unit 1101, and would not hesitate to rent this comfortable address again

We’ve been coming to Maui almost every year since 1981. We have always stayed in a place in South Kihei, but it has become unaffordable for us. We absolutely loved this unit (1101) at The Palms and the price was right! Our trip this time was for a very special reason where 50 friends and family came to give my recently deceased nephew a perfect send off. The unit was very clean, and we were close enough to the rest of the group in South Kihei. The 5 of us were more comfortable here than ever. It is very roomy with a huge lanai with our own BBQ and a window between the kitchen and lanai to hand things in and out! Although it is not right on Keawakapu beach, the walk or drive was an easy short one. We hope to come again soon, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Mahalo!

We stayed here for 5 days with our 4 and 1.5 yo children. The home was perfect for our family. Very clean, lots of towels and kitchen supplies, and a great balcony that the kids could play in. We used the community pool and hot tub daily, and the location was great to go to Lahaina as well as explore beaches locally. We asked staff for a step-stool and they promptly provided one. Super comfortable stay!

We were very pleased with the response of the property manager and the owner to a couple of general maintenence issues that occured while we were there.

The auto features of the app and check in-out is ideal. 1101 has a great view and secluded deck. The condo is well laid out and lots of amenities. The only issue was a lack of a quality beach umbrella for the number of folks staying. 2 Tommy Bahama umbrellas would be better.

This condo is probably one of the best on the property. It is in a quiet spot, with no other condos blocking the view of the ocean. The large lanai was one of the best features. We spent every evening watching the sunset over the ocean and enjoying the breeze. I highly recommend this unit.

We have stayed at the Palms on many occasions. This condo had the best view of all. The sunsets were amazing. The condo itself can use some updating. The flooring was in need of replacing. We also bought a Teflon frying pan so we could cook breakfast, of which we brought home with us. There were a couple issues and the property management company was quick to respond. The lights over the dining table didn't work and we were told, because the table weighs too much to move, they couldn't replace the bulbs,

We had an amazing stay here at the Palms 1101. The condo had everything we needed and more. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The pool was very nice and my kids wanted to spend so much time there, even more than the beach. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo, the view was amazing. We could see whales from our deck. We want to come back!!

We had a great stay at Palms at Wailea. The accommodation was not what you would expect for that resort. We had to buy a cleaner to clean off the railings that were dirty and sticky. We bought a barbeque brush and cleaned the deck before we could use it. The hangers in the master suite were child hangers so we had to go buy hangers to hang our clothes and move things as well before we could hang anything. The carpets were dirty as well.
The resort does not have any printing facilities for boarding passes or Covid results and was not at all helpful in letting us know where we could get that done. It appeared it was the first time he had ever been asked such a question and really could not have cared less.Overlooking all That of course it is a wonderful location and accommodation it’s our third time staying at the Palms and we would Definitely stay there again if the room rates had not been raised to such a ridiculous price.

Great view, huge lanai was best part of this condo. Kitchen was also nicely appointed. Otherwise the condo is "tired" and needs new flooring throughout, lots of lights didn't work (bulbs maybe burned out) and beds were very uncomfortable

Great pool, lovely grounds. Fabulous sunset views from a HUGE lanai. However the inside of the condo is tired…beds are uncomfortable carpets terribly stained, even floor tiles looked dirty and marred. Many of the lights were burned out as well.

This property is very nicely appointed. The kitchen is upgraded and there was an abundance of kitchen tools, spices, oil etc for cooking. There were beach accessories like boogie boards, coolers, umbrellas etc. overall the property was super well equipped. The master is really big with a very nice bathroom area. Beds are comfy. The views of the ocean are good even though you're not super close. You're about a 10 min walk to the beach area. This beach is less crowded than most and it's located at the beginning of the Wailea boardwalk so if you want to get some exercise in the morning, it's ideal. It had a great patio where we ate breakfast every day. Overall, a terrific property and a good value for the money. I would highly recommend.
