Featuring a 250° panoramic view from the lanai encompassing the sweeping ocean, the West Maui mountains, and Haleakala, guests can capture breathtaking photos from the lanai, sunrise to sunset. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.

Everything was fantastic except the check in code to unlock the front door didn’t work and we need to call the office to get access, but thankfully they were immediately available and we were able to get in without issue.

We had an outlet problem. It took a few days to get it corrected. An electrician was called and it did get fixed. We always enjoy our stay at The Palms.

We would cook and host dinners at our condo due to spacious balcony and perfect views. The place was fully stocked with all you need minus boogie boards. Fortunately other family members condos had them. The walk to beach is 1/4 mile and hot which was harder for some in our group. But We also drove to other beach areas a fee times.

Loved the unit. Master bedroom large and very comfortable. Living room with comfortable furniture, and large screen TV. Best part is the Lanai - fabulous views, both morning and evening. Short walk to beaches- we swam every day, half time we walked down, and other half we drove when were taking more beach supplies with us. Having comfortable beach chairs and noodles to float on a nice touch. I finished each day with afternoon swim in the lovely pool close to unit. Overall excellent experience.

It was an easy check-in and the pushbutton entrance is very easy, no worrying about having a key. Area was quiet, unit kitchen was updated which was very nice. Never had to use air conditioning stoves not sure of that situation but overall a wonderful experience and we will be back.

Watched sunrises and sunset from our lanai but only a 5 minute walk to our favorite beach. Our condo was impeccably clean. And it even has a safe for your valuables! You are only 10 minutes from snorkeling with turtles, 5 minutes from Maui Brewing Co., and 45 minutes from Lahania. Hiking in Ioa Valley is so close as is the quaint town of Paia. Love this area. The folks at Rentals Maui are extremely friendly and very helpful. Always prompt on replies and phone calls. I would highly recommend not only this condo but using Rentals Maui. Very happy with our stay and just everything!

We are a family of 4 and enjoyed our 2 weeks stay : the view from the living room, kitchen and terrace was incredible! We unwinded in this spacious and quiet 2 bedrooms and appreciated that beach chairs, umbrella & cooler were provided during our stay.Minor cons : we were not able to use the pool for 2 days and its schedule was temporarily reduced due to a national chlorine shortage; instead, we went to the uncrowded Keawakapu beach which was nearby - kids loved it!We will definitely come back again!

My family of 4 stayed for a week, and loved this property. Great ocean view, great location in Wailea, clean and well stocked. This stay had all the items we needed to have a great adventurous vacation from tupperwear, to coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella. Checking in and out was a very simple self process, with a responsive property manager. Great stay!

This is an immaculately clean and well-appointed condo with beautiful finishes and decor. The furniture, artwork, and paint colors tastefully reflect the island location. The ocean and views from the lanai and master bedroom are gorgeous and patio furniture, thick large beach towels, quality beach chairs provided and well-stocked kitchen all added to the luxury feel. The location in the complex is perfect for enhanced quiet as well as convenient access to the beautiful pool. We definitely plan to return!

We had a great time at the condo. It is located in a nice area at the beginning of Wailea. A few min to a huge, nice beach, although we mostly took the car and explored other other gorgeous beaches nearby. The unit has the perfect view of the ocean for sunsets. It is fully functional, reasonably updated, comfortable. We prepared almost all meals there and the kitchen had everything needed. Good time BBQ-ing on the lanai. Great location, nice complex, good pool, beautiful landscaping. (A minor detail, the AC is a bit loud.) Overall, great value and good vacation.

We love the Palms abs have stayed in a different unit previously. The positive: This particular unit was a great view, and location is far from the road so there is minimal noise. The couch and beds were comfortable and the place is in decent condition. The negatives - the condo was minimally stocked, which means the renter will have to purchase a lot of basic necessities such as salt & pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. There were no extra linens in case you want to use a second pillowcase. Window screens in bedroom was i in n bad repair and the refrigerator is on its last leg. Also, although the place is air conditioned, there is no vent in the second bedroom so the room gets stuffy if you close the sliding doors. You will not be able to get a hold of the actual owner if you have an issue. You will only be able to reach the Maui Rentals people who may or may not be able to help.

Great accommodation for a family of 4. Fantastic location walkable to just about anything you would want to including the best beach and 5 Star resorts and golf. Has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will return!
