We are a family of 3 from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This was our 3rd time in beautiful Maui and while we like visiting other resorts/areas of the island, we always say how much we prefer Kihei and the Maui Bayan. We've chosen to stay here each time! It is just so handy to everything...shopping, beaches etc. For this vacation, we were very fortunate to stay in Ronny's condo. From the get go, Ronny has been an excellent host (wish we met you in person). Ronny responds to any and all questions literally within 5min. His condo is very clean, very well equipped with everything you could need and I love all the extras like the beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, boogie board and sand toys!! While I know it may not always be possible, Ronny was exceptionally accommodating with check in and check out too! It was just perfect and we have stayed in lots of VRBO's. This one has been our favourite. Thank you Ronny, for helping to make our family vacation fabulous! The Hewitts

Great condo and location. The layout is great with 2 bathrooms, a private bedroom, full kitchen, and living room with a hide-a-bed. Super chill at the Maui Banyan. There was always available lounge chairs at both pools!

Ron was an awesome host from start to finish! We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and all the many additional conveniences provided by our host! All the beach gear really made for a wonderful trip for our group. Communication with the host was always fast and efficient. We really enjoyed the location. It was walking distance to several awesome shops and eateries! 10/10. The only slight issue we had (not really an issue as this is Hawaii) was the AC not really cooling below about 75 but again, just something to be aware of. Not a major issue by any means. I didn’t even bring it up to our host or I’m certain he would’ve had a solution but it didn’t bother us enough to worry with. We spent most of our time outdoors enjoying and the incredible scenery of Maui.

Excellent location, just across the street from the beach. Fully stacked kitchen, with nice size bedroom, living room and a kitchen. Two separate bathrooms that is the big plus. Kitchen has all utensils that we may need during the vacation. This unit also has beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear etc.
There is a giant pillar next to a parking spot. Parking spot may not be big enough if you have a big car or a SUV.
During our stay we found quite a few flies in both bathrooms and a kitchen. Having fly trap may be a good idea.

I just wanted to say what a wonderful 2 week stay we had at The Maui Banyan our host Ronnie was very welcoming and quick to respond to any of our questions.The suite has everything you need from lots of bath towels, beach towels, hairdryer, curling iron shampoo and conditioner ect. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes both glass and plastic for pool side. Spice cupboard is pretty good but bring your fav spices. Paper towel and toilet paper is there to get you started.There's cooler bags, beach chairs snorkle set and lots of beach toys.A fan in each room and a great A/C in the livingroom that keeps the entire place nice and cool.It is a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. We stayed October 18- November 1 the weather was perfect.We can't wait to return for our next visit!

When we showed up I was a litlle disappointed that the inside of the facility was run down and under construction. However that concern quickly disappeared the unit was on the end we never had to go inside, and we never heard construction . The outside was beautiful, clean and updated. The unit was also very nice and we loved that it had 2 bathrooms we are a family of 4 and the space accomidated us very well. The kitchen was nicely stocked with equipment well as very clean and well organized. There was two sets of snorkle equipment and tons of beach equipment including an icechest and Ice blocks for all your munchies and cruncheis.the heach is a short walk away and its perfect for veiewing sunsets and for snorkeling. We saw tons of sea life and several turtles and we didnt even have to hop in the car.

Cute, comfortable condo in Kihei, across the street from Kamaole II. Full kitchen was great! The host also provided beach towels, mats, a beach umbrella, ice chest, boogie boards, and masks & snorkels. There is even a sun tent for little ones. Everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. The resort also has two swimming pools, BBQs and outdoor dining area. Perfect for families.

Condo is great, has everything we needed for the trip. Our kids really enjoyed the pool here and the close access to the beach!Unit has AC to keep you cool and the 2nd bathroom was great to have.
