Great location. Comfortable beds. Clean. Pretty small for a family of 7 but we were barely home as we wanted to be out and about. There is no dining room or table due to the size of the condo. Also, lots of condo rules (no pickleball before 9a or after 5p, no balls in pool etc). The security guards were nice in their enforcement.

Nice location close to the beach. We had a problem with water being shut off due to scheduled repairs. Owner made reasonable compensation for the hassle. This is a nice place, great view of ocean from the Lanai.

Amazing location and condo. It had everything we needed for our stay - boogie boards, snorkel sets, beach chairs, and coolers. The lanai was great for sunrise breakfasts. The ACs kept all the rooms cool. We loved the place!

Our family together with 2 friends stayed here for 3 nights. 9 people in total including 7 adults and 2 children. The space was very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything we needed for the stay.

This was a spacious place for our family of five. Each of our girls (college age) got their own bed. The two bathrooms were spacious enough for all of us to share. There were enough bath supplies, toilet paper and paper towels to last the week. The kitchen had all the necessities for basic cooking. The a/c upstairs and downstairs was such a welcome treat! We were thankful for Josh’s prompt response to an issue we had when we first arrived. The balcony was well used, as were the tennis/pickle ball courts on site.The beach nearby was quiet with beautiful clear water and picturesque scenery. This was a perfect landing spot for our family. We hope to return again.

Great place to stay with a large group. The house was perfect for relaxing, outdoor activities on the grounds, close walking to the beach and shops and of course to watch the sunset ever evening. Host communicated quickly on every inquiry. House is well furnished.

I booked this home for 2 weeks for my 40th birthday! The first week I shared the condo with girlfriends and it was the perfect central location for dinners out, beach days, and long morning walks. The second week my husband and kids came and the condo was also perfect for families. Across the street from the beach, well equipped for cooking, came with chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. It couldn't have been better!

We just spent one night here before heading into the crater - close to beach, clean, great amenities and only a short 15 min walk into the shops. Great place!
