Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.

If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Wonderful stay! The view was beautiful, the host was very accommodating, the condo offered more than we expected. There was anything you could need for a beach day to use, full kitchen, and spacious, and clean. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again on our next trip to Maui.
