The upstairs living area of the home was fantastic. Very clean and one of the best stocked kitchens in any house we have stayed in. By far the best feature is the front ocean facing lanai. Unobstructed ocean view facing due west at sunset. The ohana could use some updating but most of our time was spent upstairs. Lots of outdoor gear was available including snorkel gear, nice not to have to hassle with renting. As other reviews mention Ali'i drive can be a bit noisy but price a rental on the other side of Ali'i and a bit of vehicle noise is easy to overlook.

Great location and a wonderful view. We appreciated the full kitchen and the beach supplies. We had an excellent response from the property manager when some needs arose. There are some property updates/repairs that need done (siding is deteriorating and some general wear and tear that could use some updating).

You cannot beat the view from this house! It’s within walking distance to Magic Beach (which gets busy quick so get there early). They have a ton of beach items to use, and the house was well stocked. The owner was very quick to respond. The only downside is the no AC. Even with the doors open and fans going it could get stuffy.

We loved the location of this property. It had all the amenities we needed since we do a lot of our own cooking. While we were there we had an issue with bugs, mosquitos in particular. We know this was something out of the control for the management company. I just wished there were screen doors on the lanai so we could still get a good air flow and to keep the bugs outside. My adult son stayed downstairs and had to battle even more bugs, so we moved him upstairs. We didn't let it damper our time in Kona and enjoyed our stay.

Property is as advertised. We had a wonderful stay here! Beautiful ocean view. Busy street, but you really don’t notice it. Kitchen was well stocked. Grocery store 5 minute drive, so super convenient. House had lots of fans for cooling. Property managers were quick to respond when a question came up. Downstairs murphy bed linen needed better care.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location to restaurants, activities and shopping. Spectacular views!Well stocked with supplies. Ice maker not working well was only issue. The road traffic was loud but the view made up for it! Highly recommend this vacation home!

Property comfortably sleeps 8 people with four separate rooms. Unobstructed view from Lanai looking out at the ocean which was great for meals and just hanging out. Property had towels, beach chairs and some toys. It is just a very short walk to Magic Sands beach. Great place. We would stay there again.

The house was wonderful and the view could not be beat! It was well stocked with kitchen and medicine cabinet staples and beach supplies. We reached out a couple times, and the responses were always prompt and friendly. There was expected traffic noise, but that quieted down early enough. We loved being walking distance to the beach. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The place was great and exactly as pictured. That deck with the ocean view was such a treat. Great wifi, tv options, beach supplies, everything we could want. Walking distance to magic sands beach and the grill nextdoor. It was definitely warm given no AC, but bearable with fans. If you have warm sleepers it may not be the best fit.

Property was exactly as described. Perfect ammenities for our large family and friend group of 9. We were able to relax altogether on the large lanai with beachfront view! Decor was fun and inviting and added to the fun of exploring the house. We were so busy having fun we never even turned on the big screen TV except to project our wonderful photos from our day exploring the bi island!.

Amazing view- we loved walking across the street to the little beach each morning. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers….beds were very comfortable, everything was so well thought out. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend.

The view from the deck was spectacular - especially the sunsets. The location was perfect for our activities- close to swimming at Magic Sands Beach, snorkeling at Kahalu'u State Park and hiking & snorkeling at Captain Cook Monument (where we saw spinner dolphins in addition to the fish and moray eels as we snorkeled.) The owners provided masks and snorkels in good condition and provided some water shoes to protect against the rocky bottom. They also provided beach towels and had a washer and dryer. We signed up for the night time Manta Ray swim with Dolphin Discoveries which is conveniently located in a shopping center with restaurants and a grocery that is only two miles from the house. The night Manta ray snorkel and snorkeling at Captain Cook Monument are two "must do's".
The property manager provided five star service! Our group included my husband & me, four adult kids and two fiancee's. The house had three bedrooms & two bathrms upstairs & a King bed & a Murphy bed & Bathrm downstairs. We could not figure out how to set up the Murphy bed, so we called and they sent some one over to help us. We could not find an electric griddle for pancakes so we asked if we could borrow one from another property. They did not have one so they bought a brand new electric griddle and brought it over to us when they helped us set up the Murphy bed.
This is a beautiful home in an amazing location with responsive and attentive property managers. Book it.

We had a family of ten (7 adults and 3 kids) stay here for a week. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. We walked to the beach almost every day! The property is close to a major road but traffic slows down at night and none of us had any complaints. We would rent this house again in a second!

Gorgeous views, spacious, well kept home filled with detailed, thoughtful amenities. The kitchen offered all essential items and MORE which made cooking meals a breeze. Just be mindful that whatever you use, to be sure to replace for the next guest(s) to experience the same level of convenience that was offered to you. Tons of beach items are also provided, including a beach wagon, floaties, snorkel gear, etc. My family and I loved the upper lanai, which offered spectacular views of the ocean and sunset while we ate meals or just hung out. Conveniently located on Ali’i drive, the location was everything! Front facing rooms may hear a bit more of the noise from traffic, but nothing that the sounds of crashing waves couldn’t drown out.Lastly, Marisa is an amazing host with responsive and clear communication. I really loved the location of this unit. The biggest drawback is that it really needs AC units in the bedrooms. Although it seems like it would cool down at night, the reality is that the rooms don't all get good ocean breezes and the big doors don't have screens so leaving the doors open at night was not a great option. If there were AC units it would be wonderful.
