Wonderful stay! Safe neighborhood, gorgeous home, beautiful surroundings and close to everything! Though there are stairs up to the house, once inside the house was very handicap friendly with large rooms, open doorways and an accessible shower. The air conditioning was spectacular and the deck was glorious too! Be aware that there is a very steep driveway to drive up and down and drivers need to feel confident navigating it. Our family loved the home and everything that was there- it is a perfect vacation home!

Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of utensils, soap, towels, cooking supplies, even baking supplies. Absolutely beautiful home and breathtaking few. A/c was excellent and even had beach equipment. Could have used more space for trash but not enough for a complaint at all. Would stay again 100%

The view from the outside deck and the home overall was exceptional. It takes a bit of a drive up some steep hills to get to the house and we had a little bit of a mixup at check-in, but Radu quickly resolved everything and got us into the house ASAP. So many things were provided for inside the home, including snorkel and beach gear, and they thought of everything. My kids loved staying there and it was a central location to explore the entire island from. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed this home and view for our trip. Especially for the price. A few things to consider are; It is a bit cramped for a group of 9. The 2 twin beds are not meant for adults over 140 lbs. The driveway is quite steep and can be tricky. And there were cockroaches, which we know can be an issue on the islands. Otherwise, the Host was very responsive and they were well stocked on many items for guests.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay with 10 people (6 adults, 4 children). Radu was very responsive and provided sightseeing recommendations that were off the beaten path and were highlights of our trip in Kona. The house was very clean and well stocked for cooking meals at home and also provided beach and snorkeling gear to use. Location was quiet and a short drive to all the spots we wanted to visit. The view from the large balcony deck was breathtaking! We highly recommend this house for families visiting kona and we would love to stay again.

We had a great time. The house was beautiful with a great view. Very roomy and we were very comfortable in it. The house had everything you would possibly need. The issue we had was the front shower was very slippery. My mother in law slipped but she is fine. I would recommend this house to everyone, we loved it.

We had such wonderful vacation, and this beautiful house played a big part! Everything was absolutely beautiful! This home offered everything we needed. We prepared breakfast and dinner at home and found the kitchen well-stocked, clean, and furnished with new, high-end appliances. The open concept enabled all ten of us to enjoy each other’s company. The beds were comfortable, and the 2 1/2 bathrooms fit our needs. The grounds were beautiful, and we spent a lot of time on the lanai. Watching the sunset was never missed. The house is conveniently located. The notes from Radu, the property owner, gave us helpful tips on places to visit. I honestly have NO cons at all. I have used VRBO for over 20 years, and this is easily the best place we have ever stayed!

The house is truly stunning with a breathtaking view from the lanai, and is equipped with everything you need for a stay. Given the altitude the air is much cooler than at sea level. The owner Radu is very kind and helpful, and also gave us valuable tips for visiting the island. I absolutely recommend a stay here.

The property had an amazing view of the ocean. We ate on the deck every morning and evening, it was magical. This home was one of the most well stocked in supplies and necessities we’ve ever stayed at. So us cooks really appreciate that. The house is super clean, comfortable and modern. Radu was a great host and offered good tips for exploring Kona. The driveway was quite steep and the bedroom with two twin beds was a bit musty so I slept on the couch. Other than that we loved our stay. Would definitely consider this property again next time we visit.

This beautiful home, on top of a hill, in an upscale neighborhood, and with breathtaking sunset views; this house was everything my family and I could’ve asked for. It was in a perfect location for us. Just 20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from our favorite beach. It included all of the amenities to help us have wonderful beach experiences. You will surely enjoy this home!

We were two families with teen age kids staying at this property. We had a wonderful time. The place was so welcoming. We found all the amenities that we needed. The sunsets were amazing off the lanai. It is true, a very quiet neighborhood. If you want to go out for some nightlife be prepared to take an Uber. I would come back here again.

This property is really everything you can ask for. The quality of the beds and bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, and a view that you won't want to take your eyes away from. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and so convenient to downtown.

We have been coming to Kona for decades and have stayed at several wonderful homes in the area, but this one tops them all. From the beautiful garden outside to the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, this house is immaculate in every way. The beds were super comfortable, and the spacious garage with beach gear was a great convenience. The walk-friendly neighborhood and the otherworldly view from the deck (our favorite part was the hammock) made our stay even more enjoyable.
We didn't need to buy anything extra during our trip since the house provided everything we could possibly think of. We love this place so much! It is so well-maintained and appointed that you can enjoy every bit of it, no matter your tastes.
The owners are VERY accommodating and communicative—just great folks.
Additionally, this home is on the dry slope, so you get perfect weather without the wetness found closer to the airport. Each room has its own AC unit, which we never had to use since the house stayed cool due to being on top of the hill. We saw rainbows and sunsets regularly during our two-week stay.
We are very grateful to have enjoyed this place. Thanks to the owners! We are booking our next visit here.

This is a great house for a large family. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Huge entertainment size deck with a ocean view. Host is very considerate and stocked the house with soaps, shampoo and other bathroom items. Well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable. I highly recommend this home.

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding that was nearby. A good amount of space for the 10 of us that stayed. Overall, the house was great! Well finished, bright and beautiful. The ocean view from the decks was spectacular, and the decks were safe for our 18 month niece. The property was located a few mile out of town, the perfect balance of quiet and convenience. This was one of our favorite vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in! It exceeded our expectations in every way. There had been several upgrades done since we booked with new flooring and furnishings. It was light and airy with fresh ocean breezes. We especially loved the outdoor lanai with chairs, tables, and hammocks, and spent a great deal of time just enjoying the quiet sounds of nature and spectacular view of the ocean. Everything we needed was provided, the kitchen well stocked, and we truly appreciated the thought to those details. It was sparkling clean, and the owner was very responsive to our questions. We loved our stay here! The ocean views are amazing and can be seen from almost every room in the house, not to mention the huge balcony! The house is clean and spacious, and the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. The breeze and ceiling fans kept it plenty cool. The location is convenient to all attractions in the area. The host is also very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay again!
