Best place to stay with a large family! Fully functioning kitchen, lots of washers and dryers! No need to haul snorkeling equipment because there is everything you need for ages 1 to 100!! The daily resort pass was a blessing for the family on days we didn't go to the beach. Location was perfect for exploring and loved our 2 mile walks for delicious coffees at the Kings Market area. Super clean, great quiet evenings, and lots of parking. We ALL agreed, best place to stay!!! Mahalo

The sleeping quarters were excellent! There was great outdoor space, kitchen supplies such as plastic baggies, foil, dishes, etc. It was very clean!! The biggest challenge was parking with three large vehicles and insufficient garbage cans. We had a great stay!

We had 4 families with 5 children 8 and under. The house was perfect. Plenty of room for together time. We had an outdoor movie night. The 2 ohana’s gave us privacy when a quieter time was wanted. The twin bed bunk room was just wonderful for all the little cousins. We spent several days at the Hilton Pools which was enjoyed by all. We had a minor maintenance issue and someone responded very quickly. I’ve already recommended the home to others looking to travel as a group. Mahalo for a lovely family gathering!

This beautiful home was perfect for my family to stay together to celebrate my birthday. It had everything we needed plus a nice fruit and snack bowl birthday makana. Loved it! We just needed to bring ourselves, food, and have fun. Everyone enjoyed our entire stay. From the beautiful sunrises to the gorgeous sunsets. Evening visits by a family of goats on the golf course. Included the use of pool at Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Perfect! It was nice to have the two outside rooms that had their own washer, dryer, mini fridge and microwave. We can’t wait to book it again! Our family of 15 found this beautiful property to stay in for our first big family trip together. It accommodated all of us perfectly. Communication with the property managers was very efficient. They answered all of our questions immediately. They gave us some trip suggestions and recommended some places for luaus. They coordinated with us about our arrival time at the airport to make sure the property was cleaned and ready for us when we arrived. It had everything we needed - bbq grill, huge kitchen area where we all had fun cooking together, huge showers, comfy beds, all the towels we needed, bikes, snorkeling gear and coolers for the beautiful beaches close by. We were pleasantly surprised by a crossing herd of goats making their way towards the golf course just outside of the backyard. They were so cute. We woke up every morning to an amazing view of the sunrise and witnessed just as magnificent sunsets as well. The backyard was a great place to meditate and stretch in the mornings. Also, our reservation came with access to the huge Hilton pool area which also had a water slide. The Hilton also had an area where you could purchase time to swim with the dolphins. Some said they even saw sea turtles. Great views of the ocean from there too. Nice background photo for the family. We saw a lot of beautiful birds around as well. Most importantly, my mom now has great memories here with her kids and her grandchildren. Truly a special trip we’ll never forget.

A beautiful, well appointed home for a family vacation. Everything we needed and more was provided to allow us to cook, eat, and enjoy the beaches together. The layout worked perfectly for our different family members. Look forward to coming back sometime soon.

It was a great place for 4 families and 3 small children. Lots of room to spread out. Everyone was able to have their own space. We loved how quick it was to get to Hapuna beach. Overall it has been a wonderful week.

Perfect for a large family/group. Beautiful property and plenty of space to spread out. The lanai was perfect for family meals and gatherings. We loved seeing the goats on the golf course and around the property. The sprinklers come on at odd times, 6pm in the evening, while enjoying pupu's and cocktails on the lanai and at 6am, while enjoying the sunrise and coffee.(It caught us off guard a couple of times) It does list the property as wheelchair friendly,which it is, however there were no handrails in the shower or bathroom area, which would have been very helpful.

Just wanted to thank property management and host for giving us such a great time and experience for my family and I. Home was perfect in every way. Plenty of space and house was clean and beautiful. Had plenty of everything. They have bikes, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, sand toys for the kids, beach chairs ,umbrellas etc…. Just had it all I was impressed with everything we had without having to rent. The passes for the Hilton village made our trip. The snorkeling in the lagoon was beautiful we swam with 3 turtles. Great to have these passes my family enjoyed the pool everyday. Thank you guys for help make my dream family vacation the best. Definitely will be back

A little slice of paradise. House was beautiful and perfect for our 12 family members. Location was perfect for our situation. Kitchen could not have been better equipped to support our large family. Having access to the Hilton facilities was really appreciated and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Only issue was with automated blinds in rooms. Several were inoperative and one actually fell to ground. Otherwise, the stay will be remembered by all as a most enjoyable vacation.

Very beautiful place! I pictured it a little different though, I thought the picture showed the 2 separate rooms would be in the rear and elevated off the ground.
Bathroom counters are very high especially for our little ones. Would have been nice to have a few more children friendly plates and bowls.
Nice to have access to the pool, but was quite a journey with little ones.

This home is beautiful, spacious, equipped with necessary amenities and more, ideally located and full of peaceful, quiet, magnificent mountain views.
Extended family of nine, representing four generations; needed one level home and space. We had sufficient space to gather and retreat for solitude.
A pool would have been superb. However, passes to the nearby Hilton resort pool were satisfactory.

We can not believe how lucky we were to stay at this property. Our group was large - three families - 7 total children (6-10years old). The property was SO well stocked - everything we could need: beach towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap, kitchen well stocked/etc, snorkel/beach gear - I could go on and on! The check in process was seamless and the property manager was delightful and so helpful (but rarely needed!). The three dads in our group all enjoyed golfing on the course in the backyard :) Our kids are STILL talking about the fancy toilets :) We loved the decor and furniture. 10/10 recommend!

Great home for 10-14ppl. Outdoor area has large dining table and tv/sofas that were perfect for our family reunion. Amenities were high end and home is a new build. We enjoyed our time there tremendously.

This property was everything the pictures showed and more! It was set up to accommodate every member of our family from 1-69! The home was well stocked with top of the line small appliances, all paper products, laundry supplies, all shower supplies and hair dryers. The garage was full of all types of sporting goods, bicycles, boogie boards, life jackets, bike helmets, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas… everything we needed! Beds and furniture all extremely comfortable and in top condition! Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for our family of 12! We would definitely return to Family Tides if the opportunity arrives.
