This was the perfect house for our large (10 person) family get together. Having the private pool was amazing and the kids practically lived in it! This is best stocked vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. It had everything and had a nice assortment of spices, cooking oil, etc. The layout of the house was also great and it had tons of space. It was also super quiet and private. Communication from the property manager was also great and they were very responsive. Overall I highly recommend this property for a relaxing trip to the Big Island!

The property was as described. It was generously stocked with toiletries, beach towels, beach and pool amenities. Enough beach chairs and umbrellas , several boogie boards, snorkeling gear. The house was perfect for our family of 10! Several beaches nearby enjoyed by the family. We loved the pool and the sunrises from the lanai! We were able to really enjoy family time on the home. It was so relaxing! Best family vacation ever! Didn't take any pictures of the house because they match those provided in the description. The big open area was perfect for family games!

Wonderful house for multi-generational family vacation. We had my mom and dad, my sister, her husband, their kids and my husband, our kids and myself and there was plenty of space for everybody. The sleeping arrangements were very comfy, with plenty of privacy from the other couples. Plenty of space for everybody in the living areas. We really enjoyed the outside patio, the pool and the hot tub. Easy 10 minute drive to wonderful beaches, 10 minutes to shopping and necessities. Would absolutely stay at this property again and would recommend to friends.

We had a perfect stay here. It’s in a standalone development but nearby to a resort area with markets, shops, and restaurants. It was enjoyable to hang out at the house/pool and there are also a lot of great beaches within a 15 minute radius. We ended up exploring most of the island and it was an ideal base to visit Kona, Waimea, Hilo, and even a manageable day trip to Volcanoes National Park. Hosts were friendly and responsive but not intrusive. Would love to come back again someday soon.

This home was truly a hub for making the best memories. We had never been to Hawaii so we found the location to be perfect, close to so many beaches and within a drive to many adventures. The house was the most stocked home I’ve ever stayed in, with everything labeled and easy to find. Our kids loved the pool, and we loved having the gym in the garage. Even beach accessories were provided! This was truly a gem of a home and made for SO many family memories, we hope to return!

This is third time we have stayed at this house. We really appreciate the space, pool, work out area in the garage, and the overall feel of the house. It is clean and has everything you need! Mike and his team are easy to get a hold of if you need anything. We had 4 couples and 2 kids and it all worked out perfectly.

Omg, where to start ! We had a party of ten, 6 adults , a 6 year old , a 8 year old and two babaies 13 months and 17 months . Mike , the manager had sent our emails out so everything was up and ready to begin our vaca the minute we got to the property . The Obama suite is a separate area from Rey of house and the oldest daughter and her husband and little one slept there , we had a Lucious master suite that opened to the pool and our Youngers and her family had the junior suite the kids all had their rooms and we a were up and ready for the first evening . The pool and spa were used 10 hours a day , the beaches and king shops and queen market were body a few minutes for groceries . The golf course was walkable , the area sunrise and sunset la were always favourite parts of our days . The few quarries we had , Mike was instantly responsive. We had a very late flight 1130 pm , then a delay so after midnight , after discussing with Mike a possible late check out , he gave us all evening until we needed to head to airport , giving us the nap times and supper with all of us and stress free of 12 hours of wondering g what to do . Mike is amazing , and so so much appreciated . The property , best ever close to everything away from bustle and close t beaches . I would so do this property again , the first family vaca with all the grandbabies was a hit and hope to someday return ...... I rate this a 10 out of ten

From the moment we stepped into this 5-bedroom paradise on the Big Island, we were blown away. With a group of seven, one might expect to feel a bit cramped, but not here. The spacious layout and thoughtful design made it feel like everyone had their own personal retreat.
The cleanliness was impeccable. A great deal of care is taken to ensure guests feel comfortable and at home. Every detail was thought of – from a well-equipped kitchen to comfy linens, this house had everything we needed for our week-long stay.
This is a special shout-out to Mike, the property manager. He was truly the icing on the cake. Always available, attentive, Mike made our stay even more memorable. His dedication to guest satisfaction is evident, and it’s managers like him that turn a great vacation into an unforgettable one.
In summary, if you're seeking a blend of beauty, comfort, and top-notch service on the Big Island, look no further. This place is a gem, and we cannot recommend it enough! We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

I and my extended family had a truly memorable stay at Ainamalu 69-9250. The property is amazingly well equipped and maintained and beautifully decorated. The pool and spa were very well maintained and operational, The kitchen was, beyond a doubt the most well equipped I have ever encountered in a rental unit...including a vast array of spices and condiments. Quality appliances and tools galore. Mike was incredibly helpful and patient with our queries.

This is a beautiful house and setting. This house has everything you need. The kitchen has every gadget you need and plenty of room to cook. We woke up to the sunrise over the mountains. The pool and hot tub combo worked well for those times you did not want to venture out to one of several nearby beaches. Really we could not ask for anything more!

Excellent property. Perfect for a family group (we were 10 with 2 children and 2 toddlers. The pool was a highlight for the kids. I highly recommend staying here. The neighborhood is in the middle of a lava field. The yard is landscaped beautiful and it has a great view of Maura Kea.

The house was great for our large family and we enjoyed our stay. With the layout, each couple and their children had their own space and bathrooms, and the kids had a great time with the pool. The house has lots of beach toys and chairs available for use, and the gym was very awesome. The only challenge was the management company's communication. When we first arrived, we couldn't find the pack and play that they said would be there (it turned out to be in the bottom of a bedroom closet), and the communication from the manager was prompt but a bit rude. The house also only provided enough toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels etc for about 3 days (we stayed a week). When I asked the manager if there were any extra available, I received a rude text that I should've read the check in instructions more closely and gone to Costco to buy these items on my way into town. I checked my email and had only an invitation to download a check-in app, which the manager said didn't have the right information and should be disregarded. I asked him to resend the email instructions, and never received them. Given the price of the rental, it seemed a bit petty to only leave a few rolls of toilet paper and other basic items and demand that renters go to Costco upon arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, very well maintained,and extremely well equipped. Communication etc was smooth and easy. Renters guide with pictures and explanation was great. The kitchen had everything. And all the kitchen pans utensils were top quality. Not what we usually get with rentals. Check in/out was super easy without a list of chores to do before leaving, which was great- that IS what the cleaning fee is for. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large, pool wonderful and the mini gym was awesome. One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in and we travel several times a year for many years. Highly recommend.

The house surpassed my expectations…fully equipped kitchen, linens, abundance of beach towels, games, beach boards & toys, salt water pool, huge family room area., super clean house. Check in & out was a breeze. Ohana was a plus, but a small fridge in it would be nice.

What a lovely vacation home, inside and out including the landscaping! Our family desperately needed rest and recharging. The home was perfect for us. The balance of public and private spaces allowed for personal downtime and family connecting time. Workout equipment was used daily. The well maintained lanai and pool also played an important part. The view of the mountains is absolutely stunning and spiritual. The home is immaculate! Spotless! Thoughtfulness to the occupants is everywhere from the generous welcome gift of local cookies, coffee and hand written note, to the aesthetic labels and instructions and to the generous stocking of the kitchen and laundry. The manager and owner were beyond responsive and gracious!We frequented the nearby beautiful beaches, local deli, and the resort hotel. There were day trips to Hilo and the National Volcano Park and Costco Target Walmart runs for our kitchen/grilling escapades and sundries. Each day was perfectly capped off by retreating back to a beautiful home base! We will go back again and would highly recommend this home to family and friends.

Several years ago, my family and I pitched the idea of all getting together in Hawaii to celebrate my parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary (2020). We booked a trip back in 2019 and...COVID happened. We cancelled the trip with hopes of trying again in 2021. Nope. Had to cancel again. Their anniversary came and went but we still held onto hope that we would all gather together on the Big Island. Finally, we decided to try for Spring Break 2022! Having 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids) made it somewhat challenging to find a place, especially with a private pool! We found this gem and decided to go for it...It was perfect! Two living areas on each side of the house gave each family some privacy. A common living area and kitchen in the center made meals special as we could all gather together. The Ohana suite was perfect for my parents (so they had some distance from the early morning squeals of children)! And the pool/hot tub provided hours of fun and relaxation for all of us. A luxurious yet cozy home, in a quiet area, close to beaches, shopping, etc. It had it all! Also, Mike was very responsive to our questions. It was comforting knowing we could easily get ahold of someone if needed. All in all, it was an amazing and memorable trip for our families. This property was a beautiful place. We came with our family to celebrate a special occasion (9 people). The description and pictures of the property and amenities was perfect. We enjoyed every bit of this house from the pool and outdoor patio to all of the toys and games to engage children stored in the main living area. The kitchen had all of the necessities and more - we did lots of family meals in this kitchen, it is well stocked. I particularly appreciated all of the labels as reminders to know where to find things and where to put them back. We were 15 -25 minutes for most of the things we did and particularly loved Beach 49 (snorkeling - bring your own gear), Hapuna Beach and Lava Lava Beach Club for dinner and it's great beach for swimming.

Pineapple Paradise, Chef’s dream kitchen, fully loaded, great house for couples with young children. Need a rental car when staying at this
property, in a new subdivision, hard to find at night. The beaches are close, they provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels.
We were having issues with the Hot Tub working properly, but other than that we had a wonderful stay

This home exceeded our expectations in many ways. Perfect layout for our large family. The house was stocked with everything we needed from ample towels and pool toys to beach chairs etc…A perfectly stocked kitchen made cooking meals for our family easy. The garage gym with a peloton, weights and treadmill was a bonus . Management was very quick to respond . The only negative was some problems with the pool heater that manager was quick to try to solve. Highly recommend this property

We had an amazing extended family vacation here. 5 rooms and large common areas gave plenty of space to gather and retreat. Amazing pool and hot tub, kitchen (we made most of the meals here - well stocked). Watching Beautiful sunrises w a cup of coffee over the mountain each morning was a great way to start the day. Nice thoughtful touches - gym area, pool toys, beach toys, bikes, peloton and treadmill, well manicured lawn and friendly neighborhood. Highly recommend.

This house is a really great place to stay with a large group. The welcome gift was a lovely surprise and something that my group very much enjoyed. The layout/floorplan works wonderfully if you have multiple people/couples and the added guest suite can give added privacy. The outdoor space was where we spent a lot of our time either in the pool/hot tub or just at the outdoor table/couches. The well-stocked kitchen allowed us to cook at home which was perfect.

We loved this house! It was clean and welll organized. We were 7, but it could have slept 10. Has a cute little unit off the garage for one couple to get more privacy. Pool is great. Boogie boards and bikes to use.
