The Space:
Morning light spills across the Pacific as you step onto your private lanai, the ocean spreading wide before you and Diamond Head anchoring the horizon. Thirty-six floors above central Waikiki, the breeze is steady, the views are constant, and the beach is a block away. This is a stay defined by ease - sky, sea, and the rhythm of island life unfolding just below.
Living space
The open layout feels airy and uncluttered, with large windows drawing ocean, mountain, and city skyline views into every corner of the room. A window AC unit and ceiling fan keep the space comfortable throughout the day, while the living area offers a queen sleeper sofa and a 50-inch HDTV with standard cable for relaxed evenings in. Fast wifi at 211 Mbps and an Ethernet connection handle streaming, video calls, and remote work with ease.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is set apart from the living area and fitted with a king bed, room-darkening shades, and cotton linens for a proper night's rest. A dedicated workspace with a door sits within the room - quiet, naturally lit, and positioned to make focused work feel less like work. Clothing storage includes a closet and a dresser, and extra pillows and blankets are on hand.
Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to eat in whenever you choose. You'll find a full suite of appliances - LG refrigerator, Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, single oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, rice maker, and toaster - alongside cookware, dishes, wine glasses, and cooking basics. A dining table provides a proper place to gather for meals or map out the day ahead.
Bathroom and essentials
The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, bidet, hot water, and a full set of Essentiel Elements bathe products - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel - alongside a hair dryer and cleaning products. Towels, bed linens, and starter essentials are provided. Paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building for longer stays.
Outdoor living
Your private patio or balcony is furnished with outdoor seating and dining, making it a natural place to linger - whether that's a slow coffee at sunrise, an afternoon in the breeze, or watching city lights come on after dark. A shared electric BBQ grill, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture extend your options beyond the unit itself.
Building features
The Waikiki Banyan is well equipped for a comfortable stay. The building offers elevator access, a single-level home layout with no stairs inside the unit, and self check-in via keypad. Shared beach access is nearby, and beach essentials - beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided for your time on the shore. An outdoor playground is available for younger guests. Free resort access is included, and an EV charger (Level 2, 220V) is available on premises. Free parking garage access accommodates one vehicle.
Please note that the shared heated pool and hot tubs are currently under renovation until May 2026. The shared sauna remains available.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:

• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
• A full tennis and play court
Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

Fantastic stay in Waikiki! Highly recommend this wonderful condo. It’s in a great location, within easy walking distance to all that Waikiki has to offer - restaurants, bars, shops and beach! The condo is spacious, clean, provides all amenities you could need and more, and has a great big comfy bed! The view from the condo is incredible, lovely to enjoy with a morning coffee. Loved our stay. Easy, convenient check-in. All you need for four in the kitchen. Comfortable bed and bath. And the patio is spectacular! Ocean view and postcard view of Diamond Head. Great location: close to beach, shops, and parks, but much less busy than just a few blocks away. Garage is a bit challenging, but adequate.

First time visitors to the islands, Oahu was our first stop. Condo was just as pictures and description state, includes free covered parking, unit was recently renovated, clean, an awesome balcony that overlooks the ocean and DiamondHead. Perfect for relaxing as well as enjoying both sunrise and sunset! Location is an easy 5 minute walk from Waikiki Beach to enjoy the water, sunsets, restaurants and shopping, plus quick access to the freeway for sightseeing around the island.

Only c/o were bathtub not well cleaned at checkin. We were allotted 1 roll of paper towels and enough TP for only half the 11 days we stayed. I do expect that bare bones basics for kitchen and bathroom be included.

Loved the unit! It is exactly as pictured but better. The view is amazing and if you are not cool with heights be aware this is a high rise building. We did not get to enjoy the amenities but they have plenty in this rental. If I ever return to Waikiki I would totally book this again. It was a beautiful trip to O’ahu and we slept great! The parking garage takes some getting used to, but it is a huge bonus that it is free covered parking for guests staying here. Other rentals did not seem to have that. I ran almost every day, it is just a couple minutes to the beach. It’s central to everywhere on the island, we had a wedding in Kailua and then my birthday in north shore, and we hiked Ka’ena point. Other than the typical Waikiki noise, this place was peaceful and very comfortable.

The condo was great. Amazing ocean, beach, and Diamond Head views. Everything on the website was accurate (i.e., towels, shampoo, free parking, etc...). I never had a need to contact the property manager, however, they had amazing communication before and during our stay. We were really only in the room at night to sleep, but there was a full kitchen and very comfortable living room. Even if you plan to spend everyday somewhere other than Waikiki this is still a great location for visiting Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head, or viewing a sunset or two. It so easy to drive the entire island from this location. Btw, don't eat in Waikiki, go to Kaimuki, which is very close, more affordable, and more local. We would definitely stay here again. Btw, if you rent a Jeep Wrangler it will fit in the garage.

This property is absolutely amazing. The interior is extremely clean, the views are insanely beautiful, and the location was perfect. Walking distance to the zoo, aquarium, beautiful Kuhio Beach and shopping. Short drive to Diamond Head and Pearl Harbor. The check in /out process couldn’t have been easier. We loved sitting on the balcony at all times of day. Perfect for a small family of 3-4. Would 100% stay here again!

We spent a week at this condo and the location was great. The condo was exactly as described very clean, well appointed and fantastic views. It’s a five minute walk to the Waikiki waterfront, lots of shopping and great restaurants on the strip. Nice vibe both day and night for strolls. It feels very safe walking in the area in the evenings. Easy to get in and out of to tour the island with a rental vehicle and lots space in the parking garage. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

My siblings and I were in Hawaii for our mom’s funeral and burial. Each of us booked our lodging separately. My unit was by far superior to their units. Everyone loved our view!!
