Noelani 109 is an oceanfront remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with a new split air conditioning system for you to enjoy (installed 10/28/22). The gorgeous panoramic ocean views, cool tropical interiors, and access to fantastic amenities are a few of our favorites. Dine al fresco on your private lanai or take your meal inside where the tropical finishes will keep you feeling at ease. Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen featuring new, full-size appliances, granite countertops, and everything you'll need to make all your meals in-house.
Unit 109 can accommodate up to 4 guests with a serene and tranquil bedroom featuring a comfortable Queen size bed, ample storage, and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The convenient bathroom is beautifully remodeled with a luxurious walk-in shower featuring custom tile work. The living room sofa converts to a Queen size bed for your additional guests. Pack light because this unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Noelani is located in a highly desirable area, between Kapalua and Kaanapali with close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, restaurants, and shops. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with two pools, a jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!
Since Noelani is a small resort, there is only 1 parking stall per condo allowed. There are no resort or parking fees. Please note this unit has no elevator access. We will provide a complimentary starter set of natural Maui-made shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler are also provided.

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.

We were blown away by our condo - starting with beach access and an incredible view. The AC, shower, kitchen, and rooms were perfect. Easy check in for after hour arrival. Welcome gifts a nice touch! Last time there was no coffee filters or oil/spices, this time there was - thank you! Place was clean and overall vibe was nice and quiet - just the way I like it.

As I mentioned in the tile this place deserves three A's -Awesome, Affordable, and Attractive place to stay in the entire Maui. relaxing, peaceful and so beautiful place is this one that our minds were blown away. In one word -LOVELY. I will strongly recommend this place where you can cook since all the essential items are there along with the nice furnished kitchen. Do visit this place!

This unit was amazing, so perfectly located oceanfront, next to the pool, walking distance to the nearest beach. Although we had a family of 4, the one-bedroom was spacious enough to accommodate all of us. The view was spectacular, what a way to start and finish every day during our vacation! There were so many turtles in the water and beautiful views to take in. Would definitely stay here again!
