Condo was in a good location, easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and the pictures accurately depicted the condo. For the most part it appeared clean and we didn’t have any issues with anything during the trip. The only negative about the place was the mattress; it was clearly worn out so to try and alleviate the issue a piece of foam had been added on top. The foam didn’t seem to be made for a bed and wasn’t all that clean. The bed was a disappointment after such a long trip to Hawaii!

We loved our stay at the Maui banyan. Especially in this suite. We had a fully stocked kitchen, and two bathrooms and lots of space for the kids to roam in.
We really enjoyed having the wagon, beach chairs for our stay! We had hoped for an umbrella, that would have made it even more amazing. The location is great, and the property is immaculate. Very tidy and clean, and the pool area always kept clean. Thanks for a great stay!

It’s just a couple minute walk to the beach, convenient to have a full kitchen to cook all your meals. There are some small shops and restaurants near by. I think the AC units and fans need to be replaced, as they didn’t cool off the unit as well (but we are from Alaska, and needed to keep cool 😆). Parking was on the second floor in the garage, couple minute walk to the parking stall. There was a constant buzzing sound coming from the second bathroom next to the entrance, we just kept the door closed to minimize the buzzing sound. Other than that, everything else was great!

This tidy 3 bed, 2 bath was perfect for our family ski vacation. Loft master with private bath. 2 rooms with full+twin bunks in basement, with a large bath including jacuzzi tub and a real 2-3 person sauna. Both amazing after a pow day!
Main floor in between is ideal... Large kitchen with island, dining table for 8+, living room with big TV and wood stove. Small work desk area for puzzles, etc.
Minor feedback: Vacasa is national/global, so support can feel impersonal without clear timelines. Local maintenance was responsive though. Owner would do well to spend a few hundred $ on kitchen quality of life items like better cook ware, plates, knives, etc.
Definitely recommended for extended stays for 4-6 people.

The property was everything we expected, it was well kept and newly renovated. The partial view of the ocean was beautiful (especially at sunset) and beach was easy to get to. The property management was very responsive and professional in responding to our questions. We highly recommend this one to relax and enjoy. We did have issues with watching the NFL playoff games because we couldn't get the networks on Spectrum/Vizio TV setup. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Perfect location across from the beach, lots of provided amenities (plenty of towels, beach chairs, etc.). There's also a pool at the property, but we didn't use it over going to the beach. Would recommend and stay here again!

Just stayed in Maui Banyon H505 for a week and a half and couldn’t be happier that we chose to stay there! Lovely condo! Very clean, comfortable, quiet, beautiful view of the hillside slope of Haleakala to the left and to the right, there is a bit of a view of the ocean through the trees to the right. As stated in the description it’s just a short 3 minute walk to the beach, and there are also a variety of restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. We truly appreciated having extras in the condo for use - beach chairs, beach/pool towels, a couple of pool noodles, and even a collapsible wagon. We cooked a few meals and the kitchen had all the cookware, utensils, etc. we needed. Although there are 2 air conditioning units - one in the bedroom and one in the main area - it never gets super-cool. So if you like it in the 60’s or low 70’s, you might not be pleased. From what I hear, and from the temperature that most stores and restaurants were, this seems to be the norm. Just don’t expect it to be like Florida where every air conditioned building is freezing cold! We were still very comfortable even though we usually like it much cooler. We only contacted the management company once, and they were extremely responsive. Overall I don’t think you can go wrong choosing to stay here!
