Welcome to Maui Kamaole F203, a beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in South Kihei. Enjoy partial ocean views, three private lanais, AC in every room, two resort pools and hot tubs, all while staying between Keawakapu Beach and Kamaole Beach Park III.
The Space
Located on the second floor and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, F203 offers a bright, modern island retreat with plenty of room for families or couples traveling together.
The main living area opens to a spacious private lanai with partial ocean views, creating an inviting indoor-outdoor space for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or pupus after a day at the beach.

• Oversized sliding doors leading to the lanai

With the sleeper sofa and two bedrooms, the condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
Remodeled Kitchen and Dining
The fully remodeled kitchen features stone countertops, updated cabinetry, modern appliances, and all the cookware and kitchen essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay.
The dining table seats 4, with 4 additional seats at the kitchen counter, providing plenty of space for meals and gathering together.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The upstairs primary suite features a king bed, private lanai, AC, and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in pebble-floor shower.
The first-floor bedroom features two Twin XL beds, making it comfortable for both adults and children. This bedroom also has its own private lanai, AC, and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Excellent location. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. It had all the amenities that were needed to make our trip seem less. Check in was easy, and host did a great job answering questions and keeping us informed. 5 stars :)

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and relaxing home away from home for a week! We really enjoyed our stay in Maui, and would definitely stay here again in the future. The location was wonderful, the grounds were beautiful, and the community was so quiet and peaceful.

The place was immaculate, clean and thoughtful. It had all that was needed - just enough. The layout of the unit was very nice. The community is quiet and beautiful. We had some minor issues and the CB team was prompt, the crew were very professional and courteous. Would love to come back to same place. Location of property is just perfect.

I definitely would suggest staying there as well as I will be staying there again next time we visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife 3 children and I spent 10 days at Kamaole F203. The rental is very tastefully done with comfortable beds, bathrooms and a great open living that connects to the balcony. You can partially see the ocean from the balcony. The resort on which the property is on is beautiful. It has 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, 2 hot spas and a lot of outdoor space to BBQ all within walking distance. We loved the rock pool with the little waterfall and relaxing spa. It was also located a 10 mins walk to to Kamaole beach park we’re we saw turtles every day and some great coral fish. The sunsets from the park are a must see. The town of Kihei has lists of restaurants and grocery stores within a 5-10 min drive. We will definitely go back to Kamaole and the same property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the Condo was very comfortable for 4 people. I am going to start with the Pro's: The condo is in a great location with great views from the balcony which is nice sized. The condo has had lots of updating except the carpet was dirty with stains, which I am sure if it was shampooed these would come out but really should have replaced the carpet with the same Vinyl plank as in the entry. There is lots of throw rugs covering the carpet. The master bedroom bed was quite comfortable which is always a plus. The cons, first is the management company, I have rented another condo in the same complex and was able to deal directly with the condo owners and they were wonderful, I could message them and they would answer within an hour usually sooner. If you have any issues with this condo don't expect any response. I phoned twice and left voice mail and never did get a call back. The microwave did not work and we ended up throwing out good food because we were unable to reheat it in the microwave and this was costly. The condo had no type of board games for kids, no boogie boards, no beach umbrellas, only 3 beach chairs very little beach stuff at all. Its not really convenient to have to go rent all this stuff and for the price of the condo it should come equipped with at least enough stuff for people. The Hot Water tank for upstairs shower is set very low so showers are lukewarm this is with it turned all the way to the hot side and very little water pressure so if you are ok with that then its not really a con. So take my review and see if any of these things are a deal breaker for you and if not book this condo as I said great location and view but lacks big time on management side. Also there is no necessities for cooking except salt and pepper, no cooking spray, no other spices, no saran wrap, I mean nothing and it costs a lot to have to buy this stuff. I have rented several condos through VRBO with owners as the managers and all but this one was stocked with extras

The complex is beautiful and because it's set back from the main road, it's very quiet. We had a party of 5 and there was plenty of space for everyone.

The deck furniture was not the best quality and the base of the loveseat fell through the first time we sat in it. Management was called and they offered to remove the item, but nothing else to supply more seating during our stay. They also replaced the solar panels on the roof during our stay, which was very noisy and disturbing for two full days.

It has just been remodelled and everything was nice and new. The beds were comfy and the amenities were spot on. The AC was great, they had lots of beach chairs and towels to use. It would have been ideal to have some boogey boards, but we just rented them. It is a close walk to watch the sunset across the street. The only 2 complaints we had is 1) we would have loved is the master shower to have more power and be more hot. It was luke warm, and it was like having a shower in a light rain storm and took a lot longer to rinse hair etc..because of how non-powerful it was (kinda defeats the water saving of it all). 2) the pool/hot tubs close at 8:45 sharp. It would be SO nice to come back after a long day and have quick swim or go in the hot tub. 10 PM would be more reasonable?! The property management company was helpful, responsive and super informative. We would stay here again and recommend to all family and friends!

It's just as shown in the photos with lots of space, two really nice bedrooms with ensuite baths and just about everything you might need in the kitchen. Everything is in very good shape and quality. Our favorite place was that lanai with view of the water. It's spacious and a great place for breakfast and dinners. We also really appreciated the beach chairs and everything else provided for the beach and the access we had in the resort to the pool, hot tub and bbq areas. We couldn't have booked a better place to stay.

Reviewer Comments: Hi We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maui Kamaole.We have stayed here numerous times in the past and F203 was recently renovated which was greatly one suggestion would be an armchair in the living room.We used one of the patio chairs and there was definitely enough space.
