This well-appointed 2 bedroom/2-bathroom home sleeps four comfortably and is located on the ground floor at the Waikoloa Beach Villas, overlooking the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course.

Enjoy a meal or stretch out on a chaise lounge from the covered lanai to enjoy the unobstructed golf course view and ocean breeze. The home includes TVs and ceiling fans in each room, a washer and dryer, and central A/C (installed in 2022). The kitchen, with its granite countertops and high-end appliances is well-equipped with everything you might need to prepare meals. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. An additional full bath is located adjacent to the guest bedroom, which offers two twin beds. The home is single level and there are no stairs. Cable, WIFI, and free long-distance calls to US Mainland, Canada and Mexico are included.

Updates in 2023 include new flooring, sofa sleeper, area rugs, TVs, decor and a fresh coat of paint!

Waikoloa Beach Villas is a quiet, low-density, gated community with beautifully manicured grounds, located on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island, in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. It is just steps from the Kings' and Queens' Shops (which include restaurants and a small grocery store), a short walk to the stunning Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) Beach, and 20 minutes from Kona International Airport. There are two resort style heated pools and spas for your enjoyment as well as an on-site fitness center and BBQ grills. There is plenty of parking as well as a private garage. Linens, including beach towels are provided, as well as basic supplies for your stay.

Our family has been visiting Hawaii for about ten years now, and Waikoloa Beach Villas on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island quickly became our favorite place to stay! We'd argue that the Big Island has the widest diversity of things to do and will allow visitors to access a full Hawaiian experience. Just minutes away are Mauna Kea Beach and Hapuna Beach, (our personal favorite and number 1 on Dr. Beach's list of top 10 American Beaches in 2021). We love to snorkel at Kahalu'u (great for beginners) and Pu'uhonua o Honaunau National Historic Park (Two-Step). We also enjoy the spectacular mountain views, the contrast between the lava fields and tropical foliage, and easy access via the Saddle Road to the East side of the island to visit Hilo (Farmers' market, local eateries including world-famous mochi), and Volcanoes National Park.

We are honored to share our Hawaii home with you. It is the perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends and we truly hope you feel at home while staying in our little slice of heaven.

We had an amazing time here. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away. There's even a Luau within walking distance (Waikoloa Beach Marriott). The pool isn't huge, but it was never very busy and lounge chairs were always available. Being on the ground level gave great access to a maintained grass area for the kids to play while we sat on the lanai. There was an awesome selection beach/snorkeling/pool supplies in the garage. If we ever stay in this area of the island we'd definitely come back here.

Great condo. Very comfortable bed, clean and had everything you’d need for a weeks stay. Good fast internet made working remotely easy. Nice pool and great location to stores and beach. Grocery store in the shops across the street. The owners have left lots of beach toys to use like boogie board, beach chairs, variety of snorkeling equipment. Has a garage for parking. Nice patio lanai for enjoying the lovely warm air. Great place to stay.
