The Space:
Morning light spills across the lanai as trade winds drift in from the Pacific, carrying the soft rhythm of Waikiki below. From the 37th floor, you watch the ocean shift in color while the skyline glows in the distance. Evenings settle in gently - city lights reflecting off the water as you unwind above it all, just one block from Waikiki Beach.
Sleeping arrangements
This one-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests and is thoughtfully arranged for relaxation after sun-filled days. The bedroom features a king bed with room-darkening shades and clothing storage, while the living area includes a pull-out sleeper sofa suited for children or occasional use. Fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets are provided to make longer stays easy.
Living space
An open floor plan connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating an easy flow throughout the home. A 50-inch HDTV with standard cable anchors the living area, and large windows frame sweeping ocean, bay, and city skyline views. A window AC unit and ceiling fan keep the space comfortable year-round. Fast wifi - 216 Mbps - supports streaming and video calls across multiple devices.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped, offering full-size appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home. A dining table provides space to gather for breakfast before the beach or relaxed dinners indoors. Coffee is provided, making slow mornings on the lanai even easier.
Bathroom & essentials
The condo includes one full bathroom with a walk-in shower and hot water. Bathroom essentials, towels, and hair dryer are included for your stay.
Outdoor living & amenities
Sliding doors open to a private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area - ideal for breezy lanai mornings and sunset evenings. Beach essentials are available for days by the shore. Within the building, guests have access to a shared outdoor pool - heated and open 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM - shared hot tub - open 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM - and a shared sauna. Please note: the pool and hot tub are under renovation until May 2026. A shared BBQ grill - electric - and outdoor playground are also available. The building features an elevator, EV charger - level 2, and free parking garage on premises - 1 space.

Located just one block from Waikiki Beach with shared beach access nearby, you are within easy walking distance of dining, shopping, and local attractions. Self check-in with a keypad allows flexible arrival, and long term stays allowed makes this condo a comfortable base for extended time in Honolulu.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:
• A large heated swimming pool
• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
• A full tennis and play court

We rented this condo with an amazing view. It is very centrally located to the beach, the zoo, the aquarium, shopping, restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance even though they provide parking. The staff responds to any request immediately. I will book again in the future.

Great stay couple pictures are diffrent than actual location such as bathroom toilet is not the same as pictured, everything else was great elevator was down for maintenance for a couple hours on my last night wich would be fine but it was 4pm till 5 30 or 6 good thing we cancled our 4:45 dinner reservation but overall definitely stay here

While advertised as a penthouse, the property didn’t present like one it had minimal , inexpensive finishings, and wasn’t “sparking” clean when we arrived. The A/C didn’t function properly The shower didn’t work well and had. No place to put soap/ shampoo. The bar stools didn’t fit at. However, the bed and linens were crisp and clean. We loved our stay here. Place was clean, comfortable and great walking distance to the beach and many other things.
We had some really noisy neighbors for 3 nights in a row, but a quick call the the security area and it was taken care of.
Wish they lit off fireworks in the view of this penthouse, as that is why we stayed so high up on the 4th, but again, thats not the owner's deal!

We had a great time in this apartment. It was clean and well equipped - the beach chairs and coolers were really handy for the short walk to the beach but even better to have in the car for day trips around the island.
Parking was handy (and the fact that it was included was a major consideration in our booking)
The area is very easy to get around and there are certainly lots of ABCs to stock up the kitchen if you choose to cook - though lots of restaurants around otherwise.
We had a very good experience and would book again in future. Thank you!

We booked this unit for our parents who came with us to Waikiki. They had a lovely experience at the Banyan and would recommend the unit to others. It was quiet and clean. Loved the high ceilings and decor. Fully equipped kitchen although the shower could benefit from a shower caddy. Perfect location and great views! Thank you for everything.
