The kitchen was well eqipped. Had all the appliances & dishes etc. Pool was great for the kids, many times it was just us in the pool. Great location. Nice sitting on the lani for breakfasts. Beds were great. Towels for showers plus beach towels & toys & beach chairs. Was a great holiday.

The townhouse was beyone our expectations. It was extremly clean, super quiet neighborhood and the view of the ocean sunsets was incredible. Everything we needed to have a perfect time was there. The pool was perfect and the hottub was so nice and relaxing. Additionally, the beds were so comfortable and it is also located a short 14 minute drive from the warerfront shops of Kona. There is several restaurants and a store 1 minute up the hill as well.

Stayed here with our two adult children and there partners. Great family stay and had everything we needed . We did ask about a kettle for boiling water for tea and one was delivered the following day which was very much appreciated . Good view of Sunset from patio !

Our group of 3 couples were very impressed by the rental. The incredible views are truly stunning, but especially at sunset. It was well equipped and maintained, and we were so grateful to find 3 rooms with queen/king beds! The location was very convenient for snorkeling down the hill, Magic Sands Beach, shopping, and our excursions out of the bay (Manta night snorkel and Captain Cook daytime). The wagon, beach chairs, and boogie boards in the garage were an extra bonus! We all felt this was the perfect place to stay, and a great value. The management company was wonderful. They communicated well, in a timely manner, and were very helpful. We needed one thing we couldn't find, and they quickly had it delivered. We did have a little difficulty finding the correct unit, since it wasn't included in the address we received. We arrived around 9 pm, and the link in the guide Romvari sent, took us to the incorrect cluster. It was uncomfortable trying our code on a door or two and finding it not working. I texted, and they called me immediately and helped us find the right unit. Hopefully they will include the unit letter and number for future guests. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend wholeheartedly.

The property was in an excellent location, walking distance to restaurants, beach's and local shops and golf course. The property has a lot of amenities for you to use at the beach which is awesome! It has a great coffee machine which was brand new when we were there. Fridge is huge and the freezer has a built in ice dispenser. They have a downstairs toilet which is very handy and the house has plenty of cleaning equipment, very much a home from home. The kitchen is well stocked and even has a few condiments like oils and herbs. Great having the use of beach towels as it's saves you using the white ones. We have left a few suncream in the master on-suite which we purchased whilst there for the next guests. Would recommend this complex and especially this number as the house was forgoes and the host was great! Can't wait to return. Came from the UK.

When we arrived, the unit was 91 degrees inside because the A/C was not working. We had to stay in a hotel for 2 nights and then move to a condo 40 minutes North in Waikola. The property manager was only moderately helpful and not very sympathetic. Disappointed and frustrated in the overall experience here.

We loved the amenities at this condo! The pictures may have underestimated how spacious the condo was and how beautiful the views were! We were short on wash clothes so I called and they had more delivered for us promptly. The grounds were immaculate, the pool/hot tub was larger than we anticipated and quiet, the gated community is very nice. The kitchen and bathroom(s) were well equipped, the lanai’s were amazing! We used the grill and cooked in twice, there is a nice grocery store close... we will stay again!

We love the house and the location! One of the best snorkeling beaches is right down the hill. The only had 2 issues. The sink disposal backed up. The property manager was in communication with me and got a plumber out to fix it. The other issue was tiny ants in the kitchen. I purchased ant traps at Walmart and that took care of them within a day. The house is well stocked and the grill was great for cooking dinner. I would stay again.

Great accommodations and amenities for a parent and two couples. View was amazing and the pool was a lovely touch. Had a little issue with the laundry but the company responded quickly and sent out a service person very promptly. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We loved our stay at the Big Island. Condo was just as it was represented. Able to walk to beach for sunset and sit outside on deck to enjoy the ocean view. Maintenance was helpful and friendly when asked to make a couple of small repairs.
We would love to stay here again!

Quite simply we could not have asked for a better accommodation. The condo was spotless. The decor was in keeping with the beauty of the island and the amenities were way more than we have ever experienced. The kitchen had absolutely everything you would need for your stay. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms fully stocked. Beach towels and even beach toys for kids. The grounds and pool were delightful and clean! Communication between rental agency was also amazing. Very attentive. All I can say is, we will be back!

I can't say enough positive things about this location. The condo was more beautiful than the photos and filled with welcoming personal touches and comforts. The support from Romvari was top notch, and the neighborhood peaceful and welcoming. The natural views were amazing. Not to mention being a short walk or drive to groceries, weekend farmers market, shops, and beaches / snorkeling made this a perfect location. We all thoroughly enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it!

Watching the gorgeous sunset over the ocean every night from the patio (or just sitting out on the grass) was one of the best things about this place. The 180+ degree view is amazing.
Great location and neighborhood with a nice pool. It was nice to be tucked away from all the tourist crowds in Kona, but still easy to get anywhere we wanted to go - snorkeling, farmers market, restaurants, coffee farm, etc. The pool was never too crowded.
We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed, including a rice cooker! We didn't use the grill but it looked like a nice one. Beds were all very comfortable and linens were nice and clean.
Plenty of pool and beach toys (pool noodles, boogie boards, coolers, chairs, and a really handy wagon for carting things around) available to borrow in the garage.
It was a little tough to figure out all the remotes that controlled all the lights and fans, along with the controls on the induction stovetop and the reclining couches (you need to reach down into the cushions to access the buttons), but that is not really a complaint (we figured it all out!) -- more of a suggestion to maybe include a little "house manual" for future visitors.

This place was amazing, clean and communication was responsive. It was so helpful to have so many basic needs available for us to use. Towels, chairs, species but most of all so clean. It would of been so nice to be by the beach but the pool was great!
*It would be nice to have the check out at 12:00.
The check in is at 4:00 and check out is at 10:00.

Hale B-4 was a great property for our trip to the Big Island. The townhouse was clean, well stocked, and furnished beautifully. The sunsets from the lanai were amazing.
There was plenty of room for our group to gather as well as privacy for a couple of us that had to work remotely. The pool, hot tub, and gym were all very clean and we enjoyed the amenities so close by.
We would definitely recommend it to anyone and absolutely keep it in mind for a future trip.

This townhome was absolutely perfect for family for our first day in Kona. The home was extremely clean, well stocked with everything that you could ever need on a vacation and very central to all the activities we were interested in. The pool area was wonderful and we utilized it every day. the house is in walking distance to a local grocery store and down to a wonderful snorkeling beach and an area where you could take surf lessons. The rental company was very responsive and timely, which we really appreciate it. We will definitely be back!

This is a nice condo in a good location. It was very clean and nicely equipped. The property manager made sure we had all the info before we arrived, and was very responsive to questions during our stay. The A/C was much appreciated during our stay. We enjoyed grilling fresh fish on the bbq and dinners on the lanai watching the sunset.

The views from this unit are spectacular. Full face sunsets! Three weeks here wasn’t enough! The property is so well kept. It’s quiet and the pool has 3 separate areas for babies, laps and hot tub. We spent most nights down at the pool having a quick dip before bed. This location is central to the south end and Waikoloa on the west side of the big island. There are numerous farmers markets, downtown kona is only a 13 min drive. We visited many beaches up and down the west side of the island- be sure to check beaches if you have little ones- the White Sands beach is too aggressive for anyone under 10 or inexperienced swimmers but a blast for anyone else. We had another condo rented in town for other family members but this townhome was perfect for The rest of us. The beds are very comfortable. There is AC and ceiling fans in each room AND outside where we had many dinners. There are so many well thought out details for this unit. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of towels and beach equipment. We had one issue with a slow drain in the tub the first couple of days and management sent someone to repair the next day. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Mahalo.

theres nothing really negative about this property. communication with the property manager is a breeze, just simply via text msg. the entire house is stocked with clean towels and linens. theres extra blankets but we didn't need them even in Dec. the swimming pool and spa is just a short walk, perfect to go in the morning and after dinner. there's a shopping center 3 min away, super convenient for grocery. The kitchen has very basic cooking utensils, plates and bowls enough for 5 adults. the only thing i wish they have is a electric tea kettle, but its not a deal breaker. the view is just amazing, we are able to catch the sunset everyday. next time if we are on the Big Island, will definitely want to stay here again.

The rental overall was great. It has beautiful sunset views, fully stocked kitchen/bathrooms, various beach items, and easy access to various locations (stores, groceries, etc). We did have two hiccups resulting in the 4/5 stars. The biggest hiccup, was that the VRBO map shows an extremely inaccurate location. Due to this, we thought the directions given by our maps application was wrong as it would cut off part of the street number. Secondly, the first night the AC seemed to not be working but by the next morning was okay. Also, we did have issues with ants which seems to be common as there were a number of ant traps throughout.
