This condo is right off the beach and walking distance to several other beaches. The view from the lanai is the best we’ve ever had. You can see the turtles swimming and you feel like you are on the beach.
The kitchen is the well stocked. Since we love to cook our own meals this was a plus! The rooftop BBQ area is really nice as well. The BBQ’s are clean and well maintained.

Stunning condo! Exceptionally appointed with full amenities, art and top end bed, furniture and appliances. Top floor with best views of ocean and Kamaole 1 beach. Great view of turtles from the private balcony. Great air conditioning but you dont really need it. Koa wood cabinets and crown molding throughout with exceptional inset dimmable lighting. Best South Maui location on the ocean between Kihei's two best beaches Kam 1 and Kam 2. Awesome restaurants, bars and boutique stores across the street. A+++.

Really loved this rental. The interior is just as shown in the pictures -- very luxurious. The location can't be beat -- ocean front in Kihei -- most condos are across the street from the beach but this one is true ocean front. The beaches are wonderful and the snorkeling right in front of the condo is great. We could even see turtles from the lanai. The lanai is also inset so it feels very private -- we could not see or hear any of the other units.

We had such a wonderful stay. The condo is amazing. It has everything you need to have a great vacation. The view from the balcony was so beautiful, we had our coffee every morning enjoying the view as well as the sunset. We used the BBQ on the roof twice which is a beautiful view as well. The location was great. It didn't take long to go in any direction to go see the other places on the island. The bed was really comfortable and the condo well decorated. We highly recommend This place and would go back again. Thank you Dirk for sharing your wonderful place.

We really loved this place. It has a very luxury feel and is immaculately maintained. The view from the balcony is incredible, gotta be one of the best in Kihei. Some great restaurants and bars right across the street. We walked down to Kamaole beach direct from the condo, it’s right next door. The AC was really appreciated, it was quite hot outside during our stay. That plus having a washer/dryer and beach chairs etc. made it wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

2 weeks of sure bliss. Hate to leave!!!! Listening to the ocean at night and watching the beautiful palm trees from the bedroom was just 1 of our favorites. View is not bad either🤣 Would definintly return.

Dirk has worked with us, through Covid and a health cancellation, to make it possible for repeat visits to his beautiful condo. We appreciate what is truly a fully equipped kitchen because we rarely ate out. As seniors, we find the immediate ease of access to the beach is wonderful. Dirk’s on-island manager is a gem, very quick to respond and willing to solve any of our problems. She is really on top of things so we always knew what was going on. We consider ourselves fortunate to be able to return such a lovely place each year.

The view was wonderful and provided beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. an added plus. Beach nearby or sit on lawn chairs on the grass. Several restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again.

Five stars squared.
We spent five glorious days watching sea turtles from the lanai every morning, snorkeling on Kam I & II, and gazing at beautiful sunsets every evening. Other than a day trip to La Perouse Bay, we stayed "home" and walked to restaurants and stores.
We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed well-stocked. The condo had everything we needed. Most of our time was on the lanai, which appears better situated than some in the building. Others said their patios were too warm during the day, but ours was always comfortably cool without direct sunlight. We didn't need a/c even though it was very warm during our stay.
We highly recommend it. Thank you for sharing your space!

All the 5 star reviews are true for this amazing property and then some! We are so grateful we found this place! You literally have a front row seat to all the beauty of the ocean and the beachfront ...beautiful sunsets...beautiful sunrises...all day long amazing views!
The condo is Meticulously maintained and beautifully appointed...the work that was put into every detail is apparent and we appreciated being able to stay here!
Nance, the property contact on site, is so gracious and a wealth of knowledge for the Island. Nance is the most detail oriented person in all ways and I personally appreciated going into a Vacation Rental that I didn't have to pre clean before unpacking. Everything was Perfect!
We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Maui. What more can you ask for...Ocean View...Sea Turtles to watch right from the Lanai...a walkout access to a great beach...we went to swim and play in the waves most days...and The Royal Mauian as a whole is beautifully maintained, quiet and the most relaxing place to be. It's so close to so many great things to do in not only Kihei but also Wailea! Fun!!

We had a truly incredible time on Maui and were so happy that we chose to stay here. The place was clean and spacious with a wonderfully well stocked kitchen. It also felt very private being on the top floor and with no other units immediately on either side of the lanai. But truly the best part was the view which we spent 7 straight days in awe of. Incredible sunsets every night, watching turtles in the water every morning, It was such a joy. The location is perfect with grocery and restaurants right across the street. We would absolutely recommend staying here and will definitely be doing so ourselves again.

We’ve been staying at the Royal Mauian for over 45 years, almost annually. First as family owners, now as rental guests. We love this facility and especially renting this unit (609) or 608 (same owner). Condo is neat, clean, we’ll stocked. The grounds and location to beaches, shopping and restaurants can’t be beat!

We had an excellent experience staying in unit 609 at the Royal Mauian. There are 4 main features that my wife and I were really impressed with:
1). The cleanliness of the condo was impeccable.
2). The detail and maintenance of the over-all condo complex is top notch. The hard-working and dedicated staff takes pride in their work and it shows.
3). Dirk’s unit is well appointed with everything you could possibly need to make your time in Maui comfortable and enjoyable.
4). Last but not least, the view. Wow, what a view! There are plenty of incredible views in Maui, but our favorite view was from the lanai of Dirk’s unit. We really enjoyed watching the sunset every night here.
Nance was very accommodating and helpful during our trip.
Mahalo Dirk! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the near future.

The panoramic ocean view is outstanding, and the amenities and decor tasteful, though the building itself is quite dated. Nearby beach is one of the best on Maui though can get crowded at peak times. Check-in experience however was a nightmare as the property owner appeared to be on holiday, and was unresponsive and completely unavailable at the most critical juncture. Ability to check-in lapsed from the committed check-in by time. Also, property owner said he would investigate and respond with a summary of what happened within 2 days, but never heard from again.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay in this condo. It was well equipped: kitchen, beach toys, towels and comfortable furniture. The location is epic, it is a 2 min walk to the beach, you can snorkel out front and there are shops and restaurants and a grocery store across the street. The view is incredible, we spent a lot of time on the lanai watchin turtles and the sunset. We also used the rooftop patio and BBQs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful location....tooooooo much fussiness about covering white couches, having us do laundry of sheets, towels, couch covers etc. BEFORE we left. At mid stay cleaning the bed linen and towels not changed. Told to take food off counters because of ants. Also reminded about sand on floors...we are at the beach ........ did not see any of this when we booked... did pay cleaning fee with rental so not lliking these duties, on vacation !!!!

Excellent except the grounds keeper. He goes around schooling people about the rules like a Covid Karen. I watched him several times including last visit and he is not a happy person and can ruin a persons vacation. He does not have the aloha spirit and is a grumpy old man.

We spent the month of January 2022 at Dirk's condo (Royal Mauian 609). This is a great location between Kam 1 & Kam 2 beaches. Also lots of shops and restaurants across the street. The condo was perfect for the two of us. Beautiful views of sunsets from the lanai. We hope to be back soon. Mahalo Dirk.
