***Construction Notice: This unit is part of Phase 4 of the exterior spall repair and painting project, scheduled from 3/8/2027 - 3/18/2027. During this time, the lanai will be locked for your safety and will not be accessible and lanai furniture will be kept inside the condo. We kindly ask that guests do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. Guests may experience construction noise during work hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note that the schedule is subject to change. We recommend contacting us prior to arrival for the most current project updates. The overall building project is anticipated to be completed in July 2027.

We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with four sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). The condo was ready for us to check in when we arrived which was nice. The first thing we noticed when we walked into the condo was that the beautiful Hawaiian quilt on the bed in the pictures had been replaced with a comforter that’s too small for the bed and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The pictures also show 4 chairs with the balcony table—there were only 3 chairs. The floors were not clean and the shower had mold in it. There’s a vent in the shower and it was also very dirty. We cleaned the floors and shower the day we arrived. We didn’t use the comforter because it was dirty. We notified the rental service that the condo needs a deep cleaning and the comforter on the bed should be replaced. The location of this unit is excellent.

The property is easy to find. We arrived after midnight, entrance was seamless. Found free parking by the canal for our rental car. The condo was great for 2 of us. Could use updating. But everything worked great. Kitchen is fully stocked. Loved the ice maker. King bed, pillows and sheets so comfy. Pools are great. Easy walk to beach and fab restaurants and high end shopping.
