My family and I have enjoyed staying in Unit 1307. We love its location and have enjoyed the sunrise and sunset each day from the balcony. The kitchen has all the features necessary to prepare wonderful meals and we enjoyed the use of the barbecues too! Poipu beach has been a favourite place to enjoy snorkelling and it’s a short walk away. Most evenings included a swim in the pool after dinner. We have explored the island and enjoyed the shopping in various areas including a craft show. We have many memories of time well spent on the island and hope to return sometime in the future. The air conditioning in the bedrooms has been a welcome touch and most appreciated!

Great location on 2nd floor with view as shown in listing.
Overall, condo was clean & quiet. Kitchen amenities (besides plates and glasses) need to be updated. Outdoor pool was fabulous!

On the positive side, great location, quiet accommodation, beautiful view of the ocean. On the negative side, this unit is worn out and repairs and maintenance are needed. We used buckets in the master bedroom to control the leaking roof (apparently a problem since 2019), the glass railings on the deck are covered in construction ribbon but there was no evidence anyone was working on the issue. Without air conditioning on the main floor it is definitely warm in the afternoons. I would give the unit a 3 out of 5.

A few things were a little off. One of toilets ran off and on, ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms didn’t work & no access to the safe. Reached out to the contact person and she was really nice but nothing was resolved. Good news it wasn’t a deal breaker. The condo is on the dark side but beds were comfortable and it was clean. You could hear the ocean at night which is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer dryer were perfect. Beach towels were nice and big plus there were beach accessories. The only con is the short beach chairs could use replacement.
Also if you have the air conditioning on it is too hot to sit on the balcony because the compressor is right there. Condo could use a little updates but I feel like they are in the process of doing that.
Sunsets you couldn’t get a better view. Loved the pool.

This condo was excellent all around and we would stay there again. The only two items we would recommend are: 1. the A/C unit is on the balcony and it blows hot air out onto the balcony which makes being on the balcony feel like an oven. Perhaps you could put a plastic cover over the unit that would direct the hot air out and away from the unit and balcony? Also, the beach items (boogie boards and snorkel gear) were a little sparse in this unit. Luckily we had two extra boogie boards from the other leg of our journey so we left them in teh unit when we left. Otherwise, great spot!

Love the location and proximity to ocean. Owner was very lovely to work with. It is an older unit but very clean. The A/C units are in each of the 2nd floor bedrooms. The 1st floor living room/kitchen & 3rd floor loft have no A/C, and the lanai was unusable because the A/C exhaust was on the lanai blowing all the hot air from the A/C onto the lanai. It was not hotter than outside, but we come from a non-humid climate so the heat was a pretty big deal to us.

We traveled to Kauai with two teenagers for a week. The condo offered us plenty of space to spread out and the kids liked having their own beds. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves crash into the rocks. The condo has everything you could need (blender, corkscrew, beach towels, chairs, etc,), The location was convenient to Lihue/airport/Costco and close to nice beaches, restaurants, shopping, hiking and Na’Pali Coast charters. There are two shopping centers within a few miles that host farmers markets, free hula shows, and other entertainment. Koloa is close and has nice shops and food options, too.
One of our very favorite things about this property is the gate at the base of the path to the condo. It looks like a Bird of Paradise and takes you out onto the rocks for the best sunset view! It is a ‘use at your own risk’ type thing and we stayed well away from the edge (avoided the wet rocks because the waves are strong and the rocks are no joke) but the sunset view with the waves was not to be missed!

Completely enjoyed our stay and the show by the ocean with the waves crashing against the volcanic rocks was amazing. Communication with Novella at the management company was excellent.

property is adjacent to ocean bluffs so you can sit on the outside porch and see it. community has a pool and hot tub and small bbq area. the unit has AC in. it’s bedrooms which was nice. we are an active family so the third story stairs did not bother us.

Overall had a great time. Good location accessible and walkable to Poipu beach, Heritage Trail, Shipwreck beach… The unit needs a deep cleaning, upkeep, and could use updating. Had several maintenance issues during the stay but the property manager was very responsive and issues were promptly resolved.
