Skye was super helpful prior to our stay, condo was true to pictures, left us wanting for nothing! So well stocked and little things like having the world’s best ice maker made our vacation effortless. One thing to note if you are shopping condos at Royal Mauian - many units do not have air conditioning. This unit does, and it was glorious in the late afternoon! We used the rooftop grills while watching the beautiful sunsets, everything we needed was within walking distance, and the outdoor areas were immaculate. I would not stay at this property with small children, as there are noise restrictions. As a couple celebrating their anniversary, it was greatly appreciated! Great mixture of owner residents and renters. Would definitely return.

Third time staying in this unit. Beautifully decorated. Has everything you could possibly need. The lanai allows you to whale and turtle watch as well as see magnificent sunsets. The owner is great to work with.

My husband and I stayed at this Kihei condo to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. It was our first time in Hawaii so we didn’t know what to expect but everything was perfect! The condo itself is well appointed, beautifully decorated, adjacent to two great beaches, walking distance to shops/restaurants, centrally located to other great spots on Maui - and has the most amazing ocean views. Watching the sunset from our balcony every evening was pure bliss! To top it off, the owner was wonderful to work with. So thankful to have found this little piece of paradise and hope to be back soon…

I would highly recommend staying at this unit at the property. The location is fantastic situated right between Kam 1 and Kam 2. The unit is newly updated with state of the art technology and high end appliances. Only suggestion is there are no beach chairs provided otherwise there is nothing I would suggest to improve. Will be back again!!

We had an incredible week in Maui staying at Skye's place. Couldn't have asked for a better view and accommodation to comfortably suit 4 people - not to mention we easily managed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner! Check in and check out were smooth and we had all the info we needed, and Skye was terrific to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here!

This is an excellent property. The view is second to none. Everything was available in the kitchen we could possibly need. It was quiet and peaceful which is important to us. Most importantly, we had a minor issue that was handled with speed and kindness by the owner who was easily available to us. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

As gorgeous as the pictures look it does not even come close to doing it justice!!! This home is so incredibly beautiful with a perfect location, breathtaking views, stunning beaches on each side (2-3 min stroll), and every single detail and care you can imagine has been taken to be certain your trip will be perfection. The thought and attention Skye has taken is literally like NO OTHER VRBO owner we have ever experienced and we have stayed at A LOT of places! From the obvious beautiful views all the way down to having nice quality built-in toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc). The kitchen is top quality with a cutting edge renovation completed - the appliances are all first-class...the beautiful furniture - much of it is from local crafstmen, comfortable couch and chairs, extremely comfortable bed with a gorgeous view and being lulled to sleep by the ocean every night! The lanai is perfect - great to wake up to and have your coffee and perfect for the breath-taking sunset with a glass of wine...the location COULD NOT BE BETTER! This was our first time to Hawaii and I researched like crazy! I asked Skye a zillion questions and with his rapid, thorough, patient responses I knew this was the right place to stay! In wonderful Kihei but just minutes from the posh Wailea - we were so centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do! Automated blinds, wonderful a/c, washer and dryer that INCLUDED detergent -- I could go on forever!!! LOVE it here!!!

Location was just perfect, few steps down to two beautiful beaches. The lanai (balcony) was great for sunsets, dinner, lunch and spotting morning turtles. All the appliances are not only new but top of the line. A bonus that isn’t really mentioned is the solidity of the complex, it’s all poured concrete so the walls and floors are really sound proof - so unless folk are on the lanai or out side - it’s very quiet! Skye was very quick and helpful when the blinds lost connection and quickly found a solution. Local food and groceries are within a block - Beach St cafe across the road and Cinnamon Roll place are especially good for breakfast! Would love to stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. Views are some of the best in the area and all the recent upgrades just add to the overall experience. Hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish we had an amazing stay at this lovely 2 bd 2 bath condo. Our hosts were fabulous and made everything extra special for us. The unit is pristine and well laid out. The kitchen in equipped and modern and the bedrooms and living areas are stylish and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and contemporary. This location in Kihei is our favorite allowing for beach walks and great dining and shops near by. We can’t say enough about how wonderful our hosts were. We are truly grateful to have found this spot and will definitely return.

We have stayed at several units in this building and 516 was hands down the most updated with modern and special touches.
Location is everything, and, while we usually stay on the 6th floor, one big advantage with the 5th floor is you don't get noise from chairs being moved around on the rooftop deck.
The unit has A/C, but we never used it once, the unit kept plenty comfortable with just the windows and doors open, taking advantage of the ocean breeze.
Everything is high tech, including state of the art TV and sound system, and automatic / electronic window shades.
The owner is very communicative, attentive, and easy to reach.
If you're looking for a well-designed, modern and comfortable condo in Kihei, this is the one!

This condo is beautiful inside and has every amenity you will need. It is very well located for anything you would want to do on Maui, although I could have stayed on the lanai the whole time watching the turtles and the snorkelers in the reef right outside. The owners were very welcoming and responsive. Everyone in the complex was very friendly.

This condo is simply incredible. Beautifully furnished, and immaculately kept, we felt pampered the entire 2 weeks we were there.
Everything is high end. From the beautiful art throughout, the furniture, the remote blinds and air conditioning, washing machine with automatic soap dispenser, to the complete electronics package along with beautiful dishes and kitchen equipment, just pure luxury accommodations.
The view is heavenly. You can watch turtles, paddle boards and snorkelling all day from the deck. The pool access is steps away and there are 2 huge beaches, literally 2 mins of walking to access. Open the windows at night and fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the shore.
Elevators to get up and down to pool, the suite or to the upper deck for BBQs. Designated parking if you have rented a car.
Restaurants, stores and markets all within mins of walking or driving. The location is simply incredible.
Last but not least, the owners were excellent to deal with. They were always available for questions and ensured we had everything we needed.
This trip was our 25th anniversary gift to each other and we were so grateful we found this beautiful place to mark such an incredible milestone.

This unit was fabulous! Such a lovely unit with very responsive owners. We had a great trip and the unit offered us everything that we could possibly need. The washer and dryer were an added bonus. The unit was recently remodeled and we appreciated all of the attention to detail. The location and views could not be better. You can’t go wrong renting this condo. Quick and easy access to the pool and beach. Many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Lovely condo, exactly as described. Very clean and very comfy beds. Thoughtful decor and supplies.
The view is perfect… so many turtles every day- we had several swim by us at Kam 1 and Kam 2.
We loved hearing the ocean all day and night. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

This condo is exceptional, tastefully decorated with first class amenities. The view from the lanai and ocean facing windows is breathtaking. The kitchen layout and upscale appliances show the meticulous attention to detail by the owners. Remote controlled blinds, high tech air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure comfort. Less than 100 feet from the ocean and wonderful snorkeling. Shops and restaurants right across the
street including equipment rentals for ocean play. Skye is a responsive and caring host who wants his guests to have a 5 star experience. I'd give 6 stars if I could. This Kihei location made exploring Maui points north and south convenient and enjoyable

We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the amazing view. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. We were also impressed with the condo complex in general as they we’re always cleaning and maintaining the property. We didn’t have any issues but Skye was very communicative and available just in case. We were spoiled with easy walking access to two beaches, restaurant’s and shopping, the Cinnamon Roll place is a must for anyone staying here! Again, we loved it and hoped to be back some day!

We stayed at this property just shy of a week and we loved every second of it. Condo is the perfect size for two couples. We each had our own king bedroom and bathroom. Everything about this condo is top notch! Kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful plates, glasses, great knives and so much more.... and everything is so organized. We visited a friends unit and there kitchen inventory was no comparison to this unit. Loved the automatic blinds, bathroom mirrors that light up, a/c worked great, Alexa in every room, large family room tv to watch march madness. The balcony view is breathtaking. Turtles just down below and plenty of whale watching to see from the blacony. Skye took everything into consideration when the unit was remodeled and we would stay there again and again. Note: Skye is an amazing host and replied to my Q&A instantly. Amazing Condo!!!!!

Great condo right on the water, very clean, great location near restaurants and some shops. Can snorkel right off the nearby beach and see turtles! Saw whales breaching, tails and the baby whales, we learned, that jump out of the water are called flying pickles. The HOA staff are amazing cause they clean the pool about every day! Never seen anything like it! The host, Skye, is very helpful. It’s a little pricey but worth it!

This condo was amazing! The views are absolutely stunning from the fifth floor of the Royal Mauian! We had stayed in these condos before and knew that we wanted to again so we booked early. The condo was still under construction so I took a chance on booking it before any reviews were done and before there were any pictures available. It did not disappoint!! The furnishings were top notch, from the remote control blinds to the Apple TV, you could tell that they didn’t spare any expense. Even the dresser smelled brand new! Skye even allowed us to have a late checkout on our departure day since the condo wasn’t rented immediately after us. His communication was great and we were well taken care of! Thank you for allowing us to share your space.

All we can say is “wow” my wife, two kids and I stayed at this location for two weeks and we thought it was worth every dollar we spent to do so.
The property is newly renovated with nothing to spare. The view is breathtaking to look at everyday and also hearing the waves crash so so clearly with windows open while sleeping.
This place is a gem and I hope future travellers think so as well.
Skye has been nothing but amazing to deal with. Nothing major, but more questions from my side and he gets back in a timely manner.

This condo on the 5th floor has amazing views and excellent turtle watching from the lanai! Tasteful and comfortable renovations along with AC and ceiling fans help make this a wonderful place to stay.
