We stayed here for 6 days in December. Apartment is just as pictured and despite the main pool deck being closed for repairs throughout our stay (which we knew about prior), we definitely enjoyed our stay. Every amenity is right outside your door. Comfortable beds and full kitchen. Absolutely recommend!

The location is amazing. Right across from the beach and perfect location for walking and shopping. The condo was clean and all amenities as described. The only down fall was the location of the key pick up. It seemed very unsafe and wondered why they couldn't be picked up at the same location. One down fall was it sounded like someone was running back and forth in the condo above us and was pretty loud when it came time for bed.

Loved staying here. We felt safe. We just didn't like the pick up location of the keys. That street seemed very unsafe and would have preferred to pick the keys up at the condo. Valet staff was very friendly.

This is a perfect location and at 10 stories up has fabulous views. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied and everything clean. The patio furniture cushions need revitalizing -that was a bit disappointing. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I came back to Waikiki. Great fitness center, nice swimming pool, hot tub and just a hop across the street is the beach with beautiful warm water close to shopping. This place has everything you need

This room was perfect for our family. There was ample space and we enjoyed having the full kitchen. The view was amazing and unobstructed with a large balcony. Everything we needed was nearby. We also took advantage of several property amenities: pool, hot tub, outdoor grill and billiards table. The outdoor spaces were very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Our biggest complaint is the back bedroom was freezing and the front bedroom was warm. No way to regulate that we saw. Would be nice if you would fix for future guests.

The location could not be better in terms of being centrally located. We could walk to Diamond Head and easily go to Chinatown. The view is stunning and as hoped but you are high enough not to be. disturbed at night. The property description was accurate and the customer service helpful when we wanted to extend our check-out and when we got locked out.

Absolutely stunning view from the property. The place was very clean and centrally located!
The only issue(s) we had with the property was the dryer and vacuum did not work. Normally it wouldn’t have been an issue, but we stayed for four days, then we were going on a cruise ship. Wanted to have dirty clothes from plane and hiking cleaned before we boarded. Made a phone call to maintenance and they came rather promptly. Upon arrival, was told by maintenance they couldn’t fix until middle to end of April. Yikes, hopefully next person didn’t need it! Then they let me know there was no other laundry on site and I could walk four blocks to laundry location. Decided against it since we didn’t have a car. Also we only had two towels per person and were responsible for washing..Would’ve been extra helpful to know before we arrived. Then the vacuum wouldn’t charge either. When maintenance came, they took vacuum as well, and didn’t offer to send a replacement.

Perfect vacation. We happened to be staying there during the Honolulu children’s festival, so from the balcony we had a front row seat to the parade and a spectacular firework show. The condo was conveniently located for our family, including our two college aged young adults. Easy process to get keys and check in and out of condo. Valet parking was a breeze when leaving or returning car, and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful (recommended a couple of cool restaurants to try). We used the grill and barbecue area one night, which made for a pleasant dining experience at the pool area (had the whole area to ourselves). We had an amazing vacation in Hawaii, and much of it was due to being conveniently located across from the beach and next to many great restaurants and shopping venues, AND also being less than an hour drive to some of the beautiful sites and fun activities (i.e., zip lining, etc.) on the island. For our family, a good part of the vacation experience is dependent upon where we stay including: the location (the convenience factor), the condition of the hotel/house/condo, the amenities offered, and value (what you get, for what you pay). Overall it was a great vacation rental experience and definitely would choose to stay at this condo again if or when we come back to the island of Hawaii.

We stayed with a family of four adults. It was more than enough space. The master bathroom was beautiful with dual sinks. Both bathrooms had heated and automatic toilets which was a novelty. The kitchen and fridge were spacious. We didn’t cook but it was stocked. We absolutely loved the lanai for watching the sunsets. The beach was right downstairs with an abc store and McDonald’s within a few steps. I would recommend for sure. I had a small issue in that we could not find the door code. I called the number in the app and had it right away. I would recommend this condo.

When we come to Hawaii, we usually stay with family, but we were not able to stay with them on this trip. We rented this condo because it was close to the venue for our mother's memorial service. We were very happy with the accommodations. The condo was comfortable for us and our two adult children. The apartment was clean, the location was great, and the view was amazing! The valet parking was really convenient and the attendants were very friendly and quick at bringing our car out.

We island hopped from Maui during our vacation and really loved the location and amenities of this rental! The rental was pristine and the bathrooms, beds, and kitchen were very nice. We loved the privacy of two separate bedrooms (we could put both kids to sleep and still have a place to visit where we could speak in normal voices), we loved having a place to wash our clothes (right in the master bath) & a cozy living room to gather as a family with an epic view of the ocean.The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies (no cooking staples, but plenty of dinnerware & cookware. The soaker tub was also lovely—a hit with both kids and for this mom who doesn’t have a tub at home. We enjoyed every sunrise & sunset from the porch & found the couch comfy for taking in the scenes of Waikiki. The pool area was friendly to kids and the gym was top notch (we used it daily). I think this is well worth the money especially if you 1) like having both privacy or quiet spaces and social spaces 2) want the flexibility to cook, but also the accessibility of the awesome city and restaurants, 3) were already considering 2 hotel rooms somewhere in Waikiki (it’s hard to find anything less than $350 anyway!) The valet parking which was included really made this condo feel more like a resort.On the 10th floor, you could still feel the fun energy of Waikiki, but could also get a peaceful respite from the hustle below. The ocean view was exactly as advertised and visible from both the living room and the master bedroom.The staff also were extremely helpful and accommodating! We mostly vacation through VRBO 3-4 times a year and this was by far my favorite rental so far!

My only complaint is that the bedrooms and bathrooms are so small. There isn't much storage. There was a vacuum cleaner in the primary bedroom closet. Washing machine is in the way of the toilet.

This place was beautiful!!! It was quiet, only 4 apartments total per floor. Key access needed for the elevator. The view was incredible! The apartment was clean, kitchen had everything we needed with a bonus of washer/dryer in the master bath. We had one hiccup at check in, we were never assigned a lock access code. I called the contact number and it was a recording that they had already closed for the evening. This put me in a panic, and my family stuck in the hallway with all our luggage. They called us back and we were in the apartment a little over 30 minutes later. I was so thankful and they were very apologetic and gracious. I would definitely stay with them again.

This is a great condo in a great location. Clean and very well kept. The beds are nice. Has all the amenities you need. Loved the view from the Lanai. Had a problem at the beginning. Went to location with the lockbox to get the fob for elevator access but lockbox was empty. Reached someone from Ali'i and after about 20 mins I was told to go to the property to get the fob from the condo. The valet let us up. I had to pay extra for cab fare because of the extra stop and extra time it took waiting for an answer about why the fob wasn't in the lockbox. If an extra stop is required, this should be revealed upfront when booking and the fob needs to be in the lockbox at that location. This was an inconvenient and annoying start to an otherwise enjoyable vacation.

Great views of the amazing sunsets on the island and a great location. The unit was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable! We loved the grill area (but you have to sign up for it and it is limited to 1 hour.)This unit is not really set up to cook. Very limited cookware! It has no mixing bowls, no pyrex cookware, and no serving bowls. Basically a three-piece pot set, two cookie sheets, 1 set of plastic measuring spoons, and 1 plastic measuring cup. There are also very limited plates and dishes.

I'm 44 and stayed here with my mother, 5yo daughter and 50yo sister. It was the perfect apartment/condo for us to spread out and feel the connection to the beautiful Waikiki Beach without having to be 'on the beach' as such. Photos I took from that deck/lanai are now my screensaver on my computer. The positioning is great as you're to the left of the Circle Hotel in front so it doesn't impact your view. The elevation within the building is good, you're still 'in touch' with the view. Key pick up was straight forward (a couple of blocks away). The pool area is nice but a little sterile - the beach is what you're here for anyway! I didn't use the gym but it looked to be very good and well equipped. We've stayed at the Beach Tower twice now, that says it all really!

Our stay at the Waikiki Beach Tower couldn’t have been better! The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Enjoying coffee every morning on the balcony looking out at the ocean was the perfect way to start each day. The staff, especially the valets, were professional and friendly. The location was great, right in front of the best part of the beach.

The property is a perfect location to enjoy Waikiki. It is right in the heart of Waikiki Beach. The condo itself is very comfortable and well maintained. The views from the living room, primary bedroom and balcony are actually much more expansive than even the photos depict. The small window in the second bedroom doesn't really have a view though. It is easy to spend hours on the balcony enjoying the warmth and watching the dozens of surfers attempting to catch a wave. It is also so convenient to just walk out the front door of the building and across the street to the beach. We didn't take advantage of the smallish pool on the 4th floor but did use the hot tub a time or two. The condo kitchen is quite compact but more than adequate for preparing breakfasts (which is all we used it for). It doesn't have a blender though, which would have been handy. The staff in the complex were all very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to rent to property again.

This was an amazing home away from home. Had all we needed and more. Location was fabulous and staff were helpful the entire stay. Only had an issue with the Wi-Fi, (didn't have any,) and when I calld the number for help I never received a call back. I had to use my own HotSpot.
