With newly installed vinyl wood flooring, tiled kitchen, bathroom and lanai! The condo can comfortably sleep 4, with a queen bed and sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully furnished and stocked with cookware and utensils for you to enjoy the comforts of home while on vacation. Gaze toward the glittering blue waters & white sandy beaches. You'll have the best seat to be entertained by the Friday night fireworks off the lagoon.
Beach access? The walkway ramp from the Ilikai lobby leads directly to the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon & the famous Waikiki beach! You'll be on the beach and in the sand in minutes!
***Construction Notice: This unit is part of Phase 4 of the exterior spall repair and painting project, scheduled from 5/17/2027 - 5/27/2027. During this time, the lanai will be locked for your safety and will not be accessible and lanai furniture will be kept inside the condo. We kindly ask that guests do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. Guests may experience construction noise during work hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note that the schedule is subject to change. We recommend contacting us prior to arrival for the most current project updates. The overall building project is anticipated to be completed in July 2027.
AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed Internet and pass protected WiFi. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Gym access is available through the hotel - daily, weekly and monthly rates are available. Please inquire with the hotel's front desk for more information.

Plenty of room, space in closet to put clothing, towels for the beach, tv and well appointed kitchen. Great view as well! And the building itself is beautiful with stores and places to eat, friendly bellhop and steps to the beach. Nearby restaurants and two ABC stores for souvenirs or food items.

Condo was nice but needs a good cleaning. Floors were very dirty, and cleaning of mop boards. Chipping paint in some places. Was comfortable though. Had to open the refrigerator to open dishwasher.

Fun to stay in the place Hawaii 50 made famous. Our unit was exactly as pictured. Wonderful spot to watch the Friday fireworks! Appreciated Ilikai activities a couple of the evenings we were here. Not too far to the mall, and many restaurant possibilities within walking distance. It was nice to have the property management company located in the building. There was an issue with the shower head, and they fixed it the same day.

We enjoyed this property because we were able to make our meals on vacation. Very close to the beach. Overall good experience. It is a touristy location and there are less acccommodations and supplies than other rentals I have stayed at in other locations. I would guess that this is true for most of the vrbos in this area though. The location also has two pools and a little convenience store downstairs.

I love the Illikai in general and the condo was immaculate! Loved the reusable shopping bag left for me! The bed is on the hard side but i didnt mind it. Patio furniture needs some updating and clean cushions but none of that bothered me.
