View is amazing. Would stay at this place just for the view.Condo is very spacious except for the toilet/bathtub area. If you need privacy, changing in bathtub area is a little difficult. I'd recommend to the host a partition between the bedroom and bathroom sink area instead of the sliding door before the toilet for more privacy and room.There was construction going on throughout the morning and afternoon during our stay, but that's not the host's fault. It was pretty loud though, so if that bothers you, I'd recommend scheduling your stay after the construction is completed.Had some minor bug issues but host took care of issue next day and no other events happened after that. Otherwise, place was pretty clean and well kept. Laundry area near to room very convenient, but keep an eye out. A nearby guest in another room removed our clothes from the dryer and had the gall to use our remaining dryer minutes (which are pretty expensive). Not the host's fault, just a tip to future guests.Otherwise place was great and would stay again.

Property was just like the listing said. Check in was easy, the place was gorgeous, spacious, and had everything you need for the beach available to you. Just a short maybe 5 minute walk to the water. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed this unit. The location is excellent for access to most things, and there are multiple food trucks right near by for less expensive eating. Bonus was that there was actual cable TV, not just a smart TV. because it was a corner unit, it was very quiet. The only downside was the window air conditioner did not point towards the bed area. We generally just use them at night to keep cool while sleeping, but this did not work. Would not stop us from renting here again. Also, do not have the desk book you a taxi to the airport, the price was about $20 higher than what you can get with Lyft.

8 th floor corner condo is high enough up for a view. We prefer not riding the elevator to higher floor while it makes numerous stops. Sunrise is visible from lanai, as it comes up over the back of Diamond Head. Everything worked in the condo. Laundry and trash room are across the hall; not a problem, it's convenient. We like the location near Kapiolani Park, & easy walk to beach. We have stayed in a number of units in the Banyan. Some are not well taken care of or updated and it's kinda hard to know from the online description. We would like to stay in this condo again .

The instructions given were easy to follow. The condo was perfectly located for our needs. The laundry room was just outside of the room which was helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will book again with the app and midway.

Although the unit is on the far east end of Waikiki, it was fairly accessible to the beach only a couple blocks south and the walk to the more central part of Waikiki had many great restaurants and stops along the way.
The bed was pretty comfortable and AC ran well enough to keep the unit comfortable. I would have preferred a more open concept style unit, but it has been mostly renovated throughout still. It would also be great to see a more updated washroom.
The property management was fairly responsive and getting the slow flowing sink took a little bit of coordination to get looked at with timing due to our daughter needing to nap, but was ultimately fixed.
The provided beach chairs were nice to have along with some beach towels, however it just may be a little tricky to transport with smaller children as there is no wagon or cart, not a complaint but something to be aware of.

The location is great, along with the amenities like the pool, hot tub, BBQs and play area. Four of us stayed in the unit. It would have been nice to have more than four plates, four bowls, etc. We were always doing dishes (no dishwasher). Overall, I would recommend it.

The place is great! It's at the tail end of Waikiki, which is exactly what we were looking for. We didn't want to be in the center of Waikiki, so the location was perfect. It's also 2 blocks from the beach and the main Waikiki strip. Easily walkable, and easy to drive in and out of if you have a rental car. We loved the place! It was clean, nice, and very quiet. Would recommend, and stay here again!

Condo had all the things needed. PM was responsive to inquiries which was good! Washer needs to be replaced (but if you don’t care to wash your clothes, then disregard). Its a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Loved that they had a parking garage and easy access to the room, keys, etc.
