Stay was great. The condo was amazing. I would have liked having a large skillet to cook and baking sheets in the condo. I would have liked plastic plates to take to the pool when we grilled. I didn’t bother to ask for these items. Though I’m sure if I would have, they most likely would have provided them. My family stayed in another condo and we used there stuff and returned it. Plenty of nice dishes, glassware in the condo. Very clean. Good location.

Overall condition of the room and location was great. Need to leave a vacuum cleaner to clean up loose sand throughout the week. Cleaning and PMI fee were high. The room rate was great.

My family and I (2 Adults and 1 Child) spent a great 5 days at this Maui Banyan condo, which is well located in Kihei (e.g., close - 5 minutes walk - and easiest access to one of the best beaches, we have been to, local restaurants, central to activities). The condo has all amenities that a family could wish for and had towels and gear for beach activities as well. The bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room with access to Internet TV (e.g., Netflix and more) were clean and all in working condition. The property itself is well-maintained with 2 pools on-site. I recommend that you go to the nearby beach - as it takes the same amount of time to walk and it is a nicer and better experience. The only complaint that I would describe that the parking spots right in front of the building A and B, where this condo is located, has been usually full and I had to park my rental car in the not-too-far parking garage. Nonetheless, this was a great vacation rental condominium.

The condo was very clean and very convenient to get to the beach. All the amenities are also solid like the pool which isn't glamorous but gets the job done. We had zero complaints and the rental company is very responsive and helpful. They provided pack and play for our little ones and booster seats. You can't go wrong here. The condo is just as pictured. This unit has the main bedroom which has glass doors and is close to the living room so privacy/noise can be an issue if you have a sensitive sleeper/baby. Neither bathroom has a bathtub, both are showers.

This condo is in very good condition. It is 88% clean and has basic amenities like the washer dryer. We really appreciated the beach towels and umbrella. But the beach chairs were older and may need to be replaced due to rust and frequent use. The location is very good. About 3 minutes to walk door to beach. But the condo is very dark inside with very little natural light. And the terrace/Lenai is not very hospitable with the two air conditioner units spouting hot air into the narrow place you have room to sit. There is a lot of greenery blocking sunlight and the direction of the window looks into a courtyard so it feels very urban for a vacation setting. However, the condo itself has what you need if you spend your time out in the Maui world. We like to spend time in the condo and this felt less desirable with the lack of sunlight or any view of the world around us.

Had a wonderful stay at Maui banyan a203 with attached batchelor suite. Very clean. Well stocked with everything you need A side comfortable chair would be nice in living room but we just watched tv in bedroom and lv room great bbq area with table chairs and ocean view. Close to everything across from beach pmi great company to deal with. Woukd highly recommend. Also all beach chairs coolers boards etc provided. Would def book again

Everything was just so perfect about this condo. It was meticulously clean upon arrival. Beds, linens, towels… it’s all very modern and of great quality! My husband, myself and our 4 kids ages 2-11, stayed here for 10 days and it was simply the best vacation. You can’t beat the proximity of this unit to the beach at Kam2 and the lower pool. It’s well equipt with everything you’d need for a relaxing tropical vacation. Matthew was incredible and responded immediately with any questions we had. I will 100% book this unit for all of our Maui trips in the future.

This unit was just as described! What you see in the photos, is what you get. Place was the perfect size for the 5 of us. We had the adjoining unit as well. Very clean place and kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioners worked great! There were also plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys to use. Washer & dryer came in handy as we did several loads of wash. Maui Banyan is centrally located in the heart of Kihei. The beautiful Kamaole beach is literally right across the street. We walked over pretty much every day to enjoy the beach, watch the beautiful sunsets each night and do some snorkeling. We saw plenty of beautiful fish and sea turtles right there. No need to pay for a snorkle tour.You are within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants located on the main drag/street. Our favorites were Fred's Place, Penny's Pizza & Pasta, The Cinammon Roll Place and Maui Bread Company. There are also a couple of general stores and gas stations in town. But I would recommend grocery shopping at the Safeway which is located nearby (about a 10 minute drive). We also went down to Wailea a few times which is just a 10 minute drive south of Kihei. They have some great restaurants and shops there as well. Our contact person, Matthew, at PMI Management was awesome. He was always available and responded to all questions immediately; prior to our trip and during. Thanks, Matthew! Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Great location, very clean place, quiet association and outstanding customer service!

Nice property at the front of the Banyan property. The Lanai is very private and has a nice view of the water.
This was one of 5 Banyan properties rented by a group and this unit was the best stocked with amenities (boogie boards, lawn chairs, kids toys, towels etc..). The unit was also well stocked with necessities like dish and laundry soap, garbage bags, etc..
The only caution is due to the nature of the unit there is no elevator so if you have any mobility issues (or just really heavy luggage) getting up and down the stairs can be a chore.
Great unit for families or couples travelling together.

Cannot brag enough about this place. Beautifully renovated condo in walking distance of almost anything you want in Maui. Can’t beat walking across a street to drink coffee on the beach in the morning. LOVE this place.

As I was walking up the stairs, I kept thinking about the commercial on tv. Imagining everything was not gonna be as the pictures and guess what it was exactly as the pictures. Very but very updated and almost new. We have the exact appliances back home and my wife totally loved it. Very good neighborhood, walking distance from beaches. Very peaceful area and great parking, very important. Everyone who came over was so amazed at our place, I really loved the place

Updated clean unit with enough space for our family of 5. They already had a high chair and travel crib set up when we got there. Beds were very comfortable. Well-stocked with beach gear and toys. The property management company was responsive and professional. Location is fantastic, across from Kam 2, close to shops. It is a second floor unit, no elevator access, but this wasn't a problem for us. We had a lovely vacation!

Condo was clean, check in smooth and contactless. Staff in office were friendly. Property is well managed. Liked the fact that this condo had things like seasonings, oil and ingredients to make small meals. The only thing I did not like is tea drinkers like me did not have a kettle to heat up water. They have everything for coffee. I don't drink coffee so I feel slighted. The lack of a kettle is not enough to earn less than 5 stars because I used a pot to heat up water. We loved our stay there. Will definitely rent property again.

We really loved the location of the property and the condo was tastefully decorated. That being said, I would not stay here again for only one reason. The bedroom has glass, see through doors. It is absolutely impossible to have privacy from the other guests staying with you. You can't dress in your room, sleep without people on the couch watching you, or have the ability to block out light from someone wanting to stay up later or wake early in the living room. This was a major problem for us being two couples in the house.
