What a great location in Kihei across the street from Coconuts and the Cinnamon Roll Place and right between Kam I and Kam II beach. While in a perfect location the condo seemed to be lacking the personal touch. In addition, we had other items that made the stay disappointing. The King bed was extremely uncomfortable and we felt the condo needed a dining table. With 4 people in our group we were either eating separately or on the patio. While the patio is great for the breeze and sunsets, the A/C unit is located on the patio and outputs consistent heat when utilized. In addition, we continuously had bugs in the kitchen (ants, beetles and cockroaches). We loved the short walk to the elevator and the grass area near on the beach side of the property to sit out, relax and let the kids run around. The condo did come with a variety of beach toys that we were able to use during the stay (umbrella is broken).

We weren’t told there would be jackhammering construction, which was incredibly loud Monday-Friday all day, other guests were disturbed as well. Management claimed they didn’t know it was going on, we would not have booked this condo based on that alone. The AC unit in our bedroom kept us awake at night even when it was off, and needed the motor replaced which an AC tech said would not arrive until the day after our vacation was over. We could not use the AC in our room, and the portable AC was unbearably loud to keep on while we slept, so we would leave it on before bed but it was either stay awake from noise or be hot and sweaty. The cleanliness was very surface level, the unit needs a better clean in certain areas. A positive I can say about our stay was the condo was the ocean view from the balcony, unfortunately could not recommend this and we’re stressed and disappointed by these issues.

This unit is amazing for the sound of the waves and the beautiful sunsets. It’s steps away from the beach and a morning snorkel.
This unit has almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. An extra seat to sit and watch TV would be a plus (we were a family of five adults) the pillows were kind of flat and the sofa bed had seen better days but other than that we would definitely stay again.

For all but my husband, it was our first trip to Maui and we had such a wonderful stay. The condo was great for the four of us with comfy beds and lots of space.
While the condo had snorkel sets and a boogie board, we ended up renting gear from Auntie’s across the street because the quality was much better and that way we got gear that fit everyone. Highly recommend Auntie’s for rentals.
The air conditioning was much appreciated but if you do want to sit on the deck, you will likely need the air conditioning off as it vents hot air on to the deck.
You can’t beat the location with the water front property and beaches on both sides. There is excellent snorkeling right out front of the condo. We saw lots of turtles right there in the water.
The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back again one day.

Overall our experience was great! The ocean view and grounds were absolutely beautiful. Be sure to go up to the rooftop at sunset! We arrived on a Friday after the office had closed so we were unable to get a car parking tag until Tuesday (plans on Monday had us heading out before the office opened and arriving back after they closed) which had us worried our car might get towed all weekend. It would be great if they would have left the car tag in the room to avoid that concern. Also, the ocean view was obscured due to a blind that wouldn't roll up. Would have loved a TV in the second bedroom for late night watching too. Overall it was a great place to stay though and a great proximity to walk to several beaches and restaurants. They were great to work with us on a late checkout too.

This was our first trip to Maui. The unit was very nice, clean, and updated. The property overall was quiet. The views of the ocean from the unit were amazing. We enjoyed using the beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkeling gear. The pictures are exactly what the unit looks like. If I had to do anything differently, I would not check in on a Friday as the office on site closes at 4:00 and you cannot check in until 4:00. It was a 3-day weekend because of Memorial Day so there was no one on site until Tuesday. While there were no major issues, it would have been helpful to ask a few questions about the unit.

You really can’t beat the view from this unit! Perfect sunset views. Literally walk along/to the beaches! Shops and restaurants right across the street. The unit came with beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach mats and a cooler for all your beach needs! Fully stocked utensils/pots and pans etc…. The only disappointment was the the towels provided had visible stains on all of them. Some areas of the apartment were also not very clean. The drainage in the bathroom is extremely slow (but it’s expected from an older facility right by the beach.) Over all, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. Just hope they could improve the cleanliness.

This was a great stay for a family with teenagers. The snorkeling at the beaches just outside the complex were great. The vrbo is close to all sorts of activities and there's even a small grocery store across the street. We liked the grills on the roof. Several people cooked their meals there. The apartment had everything we needed and we loved having two bedrooms and baths. The laundry facilities in the condo were a major plus. The views are great. We ate all our meals on the lanai. We will be back!

We loved paddle boarding and snorkeling right in front of condo. There were lots of turtles and fish. Condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of 5. Check-in is later than most places (4pm), so be aware of that.

Royal Mauian 210 was an absolute dream. Spacious and clean. Close (walking distance) to local shops, restaurants and bars. Amazing location to not just one but TWO beaches! Very relaxing and quiet green space in front of the building- perfect for spotting sea turtles and star gazing! The unit offered plenty of modern and recently updated amenities but 210’s greatest offering was its view. Absolutely perfect view from the patio! Stunning views of the beaches, ocean and mountains. We ate nearly every meal on the lanai to soak in the views. Also watched every sunset from the beautiful space. Highly recommend Royal Mauian #210. Helped make our Hawaii vacation an absolute dream for our family.

Excellent stay!! The condo is in the BEST location. We snorkelled all over Maui at all the best beaches and our best experience was right outside our door step!! Very quiet and well maintained building and the condo was equipped with everything we needed. Roof top BBQ and tables were amazing for sunsets. Our whole family absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!! Thank you for sharing this gem with us!!!

We have been coming to Maui for decades and stayed in various other condo rentals and Royal Mauian #210 is our new favorite. You can’t really ask for a better location to walk to restaurants, convenience stores, shopping and of course the Cinnamon Roll place, we didn’t even rent a car! The condo was very easy to access after regular business hours and perfectly clean. We love the location in regards to the building set up, I t’s very close close to stairs and elevator. The whale watching was amazing from the lanai as was the overall view of the ocean! We had a couple of small issues arise during our 2 week stay and the Maui Rentals company was on it, fixed and without a question asked. We’ve already booked next year.

This condo was perfect for our family of five. Watching whales while having coffee on the lanai was a perfect way to start each day. We traveled to three different beaches throughout our stay and none were better than the two straddling this amazing location. Our favorite activity was snorkeling and we saw more sea turtles right in front of the condo than any other location. Beaches were also great for swimming, with equipment rental right across the street. Sunsets were amazing, especially from the rooftop patio. The condo itself was clean and well maintained. Kitchen having everything we could have needed and more. Loved our stay in Maui and this condo was one reason why!

We recently enjoyed 7 nights in this clean, well appointed condo with a great location. We cooked most meals on the rooftop grill deck and the condo was very well stocked with all our cooking supply needs. We were pleased with additional touches like the availability of board games, boogie boards, beach chairs, and even a soft cooler for taking items to the beach with us. Having a washer/dryer was very convenient too! And the bedroom A/C was a welcome presence on the warmer evenings. We would love to return one day!

AC in the Master was broken before we arrived. No attempt to fix it. No. Price prior to our arrival. No attempt to put us in a unit which functioned as advertised.
Pool was closed the entire time. Property manager said they’d call and enquirer and get back to us. Hear nothing.
Coffee maker didn’t work. Property manager brought a new one over.
I get that things break but it’s incredibly frustrating to pay for services and/or amenities that don’t function when you’re told they will.
I won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend the property manager and will do my best to avoid them going forward.
The unit is nice. The view is beautiful. The beds are stiff and uncomfortable.
