Perfect romantic gateway. The location of this unit is outstanding. Look out from your bed to palm trees swaying in the wind and the sound of waves crashing on the rocks.
You are steps away from the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. If you visit at the right time you are sure to see Hawaiian Sea Turtles daily, that was a highlight.
We will definitely return.

Stunning property in the perfect location. Short walk to shopping and restaurants. Between two perfect beaches for swimming and snorkeling. The condo is in perfect condition, has everything you need and was very comfortable. Doesn't get any better than this.

This property exceeded my expectations! I’ve always wanted to stay so close to the ocean that I could open the windows and let the sound of the waves put me to sleep. This did that. Pictures of the property did not do justice. It was incredible. This will be our go to Maui place. Clean rental, amazing views, close to fun little places to eat and shop…it just doesn’t get any better! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property! A++

The Condo: Clean and comfortable in a great location. Comfortable King size bed. Good Kitchen and good bathroom. A view from the bedroom also. Nice private patio/deck to chill out. Great view of the beach and of the sunset. Great beach thats good for swimming and sunbathing right outside. A nice lawn in front with deck chairs as well as a pool if you've had enough of the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops directly across the street. Kihei: A nice beach town with plenty of restaurants and stores. A nice beachtown vibe. Wailea is very close by if you want to do some more upscale dining and shopping. I will definitely come to Kihei again. We had a great stay at this condo. I recommend it and would stay here again. TB

This place was nothing short of amazing. The pictures are on point. The view is amazing. My husband and I will be back. We wish we would have stayed here sooner and our trip. We stayed at the Hyatt, which was amazing, but for the value this place was by far better and the view well that was our favorite listening to the waves crash at night was amazing having the beach literally steps away, I just can’t say anything bad about this place. The owners were quick to respond if you had questions walking distance to all sorts of neat little places, you’ll enjoy your stay here if you book it.

We always enjoy the Royal Mauian and stayed in this nice 1 bedroom unit. The unit was very clean. We did not cook a lot but it did not seem well equipped but had the basics. Would also be nice to have some basic cooking ingredients such as spices, olive oil, etc.

We’ve stayed in many different Kihei locations over the years. This spot is by far the best. Great location between Kameole 1 & 2 beaches. Lots of walkable restaurants. Great people/turtle watching from the third floor lanai. Other than a couple trips to Costco, you’ll never have to get in your car. Great host as well.
We’re definitely coming back.

I give this condo a three. It has the potential to be so much better, but there were some major short coming that effected our trip and would cause us not to stay again.
The condo definitely needs a new mattress and pillows. I actually went to Ross and purchased pillows because the pillows were flat, smelly and stained. The mattress is very old with an old stained topper that does not fit the mattress and causes the sheets to constantly pull off. The closet smelled bad which is where the dresser is placed. It just smells like sweat and dirt :( The other really frustrating element was the washer/dryer combo. It took 4 - 5 hours for one wash and covered our clothes in lint. We ended up taking our clothes to the cleaners. The freezer door only opens half way. The couch is dated and really uncomfortable.
The pros of this condo are the OCEAN VIEW , A/C, chairs and umbrella for the beach, great tv and sound system. Location is great! Property was beautiful and close to everything. The property managers were very responsive and easy to work with.
So, because smell and cleanliness are very important to me I would not stay here again. I hope these things will be corrected because the unit has such great potential.

Easy to rent. Beautiful roof top barbecue area ! All necessary needs provided kitchen, bath, bedroom , pool beach access and a/c!! All other needs like food etc , paper goods and restaurants across the street and within 2 blocks:):)

This was the honeymoon experience that we never got to have 22 years ago. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We were able to watch the sunset every night from our balcony and our proximity to the beaches was perfect. We will definitely be back!

If anything the place is understated, you are on the water, panoramic views, absolutely beautiful. The condo was very clean and so was the Royal Mauian. We would definitely come again.

Our family had a wonderful time at the “Royal Mauian,”unit 309. The ocean view and sunsets are extraordinary, everything is within walking distance. There are restaurants, snorkel rentals and shops right across the street! The beach is your own private back yard. There is a grassy area with lounge chairs steps away from the sandy beach. The management company was very responsive and on top of everything from the time we made our reservation until we time checked out. We can't wait to come back to this condo. Location and service were excellent!

We loved our stay at the Royal Mauian! We had some issues with the cleanliness of your unit and a broken outlet when we checked in, but the property manager was very responsive. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed from laundry detergent to beach chairs. Just a heads up, the washer/dryer unit takes a while to wash a load so make sure you start early!

Awesome view of the ocean and beach. We enjoyed watching the sea turtles from the lanai and bedroom. Keyless entry was a plus. The rooftop BBQs are very nice.

This was our first time visiting Hawaii and it did not disappoint! The condo is exactly as described with ocean views and a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The condo was very clean and well stocked for our stay. We would definitely return!

This property is located between 2 great beaches. Amazing sunsets every night and the neighborhood has everything you need within walking distance. The unit had (almost) everything we needed for a great vacation, and while there was one thing missing from the unit, the property manager was quick to respond with a replacement. This unit was a great place to call home during our vacation

I’ve been visiting Maui almost annually for 35 years. I prefer the Kihei/Wailea area over anywhere else on the island. After staying in several condo resorts, I discovered The Royal Mauian - it’s ideal!! I love the beaches; the snorkeling is great; and it’s a real treat to see sea turtles every day!!
The condo is well furnished with everything we needed, and very comfortable!

Condo has been recently remodeled and is very well appointed. It was quite a bit more expensive than any other property we have stayed at in this same complex, but it was all that was available so we booked it. Still worth every penny!!
