The property was nice and well stocked. Even the beach amenities were well stocked; beach chairs, Beach umbrella, boogie boards, and cooler. The pools and hot tubs were very clean and nice.

Was great, room had a few bonuses like chairs and boogie boards. Had an amazing stay was worried with the fire but this part of the island is amazing. Locals were happy to still have visitors.

Adequate for us. Great location. Harbor 15 minutes. Access to Costco/Walmart 20 minutes. Access to beach 3 minutes. Nice beach. Good snorkeling. Condo is showing its age. Verging on shabby. Could be much cleaner. Needs update. Nice property. Pool. Great management.

Did not get to enjoy the pool or outside areas due to exploring the island, but the walkways were brightly lit and easy to find our room. Parking was a bit of a struggle (garage is tight) until we learned that the top floor was basically all non-reserved compared to the ground/second floor. Overall, I'd recommend a stay here!

I had to clean the shower floor because it was so dirty. There were only 6 forks., so I bought some. The mattress wasn't great. I think the whole unit needs to be deep cleaned. I understand you have to turn these condos around quickly but I don't think you would want to stay here either.

The condo was clean, well stocked and well located, right across from Kam II beach. The decor feels like it was originally done well, but hasn’t been updated in a while. We ran into Lynsey, the local manager, on the way into the condo and couldn’t have been kinder. She was coming to replace some items and shared some tips and places to check out on the island. The space was fantastic-roomy and 2 bathrooms with beach chairs, towels and umbrella to borrow.

Let me just list the pros and cons right off the back. My husband and I traveled with our 1 year old and teen.
Cons: OUTDATED. no view of the ocean, covered by trees and such. Noticed some kitchen utensils still had food left on it. The mattress to the bed was horrible, you can feel the springs. Tub was abnormally taller in the master bath, my husband and I kept hitting it as we stepped out after showering. Parking structure sucked, we were only allowed to park on the 3rd level (1&2nd are for residents) & the spaces were pretty compact (we drove a full size SUV), only stairs, no elevator. We had to take the level ramps up and down because we had a stroller which was such a safety issue considering the cars that constantly drove up the ramps for parking that we started parking by the pool or getting dropped off at the front after the 4th day of our stay. The extra pillows in the closets had stains on them.
Pros: air conditioning in both bedroom and living area/space. They had more toiletries inventory than what was listed so we didn’t need to spend the extra money on toilet paper, trash bags, detergent, etc. Sofa was a pull out bed but the couch was more comfortable. They had beach chairs, small ice chest, pool floaties, beach towels, beach umbrella, etc for us to use during our stay. The pool area was really nice with a hot tub. Shopping and food was a 5-10 mins walk. Beach was literally across the street. The app we used was really convenient.

We love the location and stay at the Maui Bayan often. This unit was a bit dated but an good price so overall we were pleased. The management was responsive to the few issues we had, mostly Auth the door code.

This unit being on the 4th floor was great! The air conditioner worked fine and the location is excellent. However, some of the dishes and towels were dirty/soiled and the unit's laundry room smelled very funky despite my spraying Lysol in its closet. Since I'm allergic to dust, I wiped the tops of picture frames, bedframe, shelves and top of fridge and found a large amount of dust. I took pictures of the dirty towels and a few dishes, too.

Great location within walking distance of Fred's Mexican cafe, a great beach, and a very good liquor store. Easy driving to all major Maui attractions.
Cleaning amenities and hand soap were provided for in sufficient quantity for the length of our stay. Cleanliness was generally good, though some dishware was quite greasy and some linen items could have been cleaner.
Two blenders in the unit was a nice touch and appreciated. Knives were almost too dull to use though. cookware was useful and pans were in good shape.
Resort amenities were lovely, we used the grills, the pool, and the tennis court during our stay.

While the overall property is fine, aesthetically the apartment itself could use some TLC. Old faded art in a mis-mash of styles including the AA prayer, and dusty fake flowers adorn the otherwise comfortable place. I ended up buying fresh flowers and putting them in each room, in part to compensate for the drab decor. I kept imagining what a small budget of say $300 could do to brighten up the place. There's some great rattan/bamboo furniture that could look quite pretty if some other elements were freshened up. That said, the bed was okay/reasonably comfortable, the location is good, and everything worked. Also, the apartment was VERY clean when we arrived. Housekeeping clearly does an excellent job.

My family and I had a great stay. Right near Kamaole Beach II. Very detailed check-in and check-out directions. There’s an elevator; which is great since it’s on the 4th floor. Parking was never an issue. Not noisy at all. Air conditioning/washer/dryer/dishwasher worked great. Bed and couch were very comfortable to sleep on. I had read someone said the sliding door in the living room wouldn’t lock. It still doesn’t lock. Front door sticks sometimes and won’t close, but it just takes a little maneuvering to get it to close all the way. As you walk to and from the beach there are outdoor foot and body showers near the entrance which was super helpful.
