Great host! Anytime we needed anything, they were right there. The bathtub was super slippery and we both almost fell. One quick message and some non slip appliques were poor on early the next day. Everything was great!

My husband and I stayed here for a week in Sept 2024. It was amazing! Parking in the garage is easy. We pulled in and parked near the attendant and let them know we were checking in. We were able to then go up to the room and get the parking pass for our rental car. There are elevators on the parking garage levels. This is a 7th floor room right near the elevator, but we never heard it at all. It was very quiet. The door is keyless with your own code. Our first thought when entering the room was how welcoming it was. Very clean, updated, bright and open. The ocean view is better than pictures! The king bed is comfortable and you can see the ocean while laying in bed! The lanai, livingroom, and bedroom all had a great views! It also looks over the pool area on the 6th floor, and the lobby entrance. We enjoyed people watching. The kitchen had the basics and was plenty for the meals we made there to save money. Being on a lower level has an advantage and disadvantage. At busy times the elevators are so full coming down from the upper floors you'll be waiting a while for a spot. So we would just take the stairs down. There is also a small store and coffee shop in the lobby. The walk to the beach and main beachfront street is one long block, literally only a few minutes away! It was all so much better than expected and by the end of our trip we just wanted to move in! We would definitely stay here again!

The Banyon was perfect! Location for shopping and going to the beach was ideal. We rented a car and parking was ample. Location to major highways was ideal to hop on and see the island. Property was clean and well attended.

Our stay at the Waikiki Banyan was everything we needed. We had a great coffee shop in the downstairs lobby we utilized daily for our 6 day stay and the condo had all the basics to get through our stay. The location is seriously in a prime spot, close to everything you want and need, food trucks, the beach and shopping! Also it comes with free parking which was a LIFE SAVER. As parking in other structures in Waikiki can go up to $50 a night. Wish our stay would have lasted longer but we would totally stay here again when we come to Oahu. The only thing I would note is that the elevator can take a long time to operate during the day so if you’re going to be in a rush somewhere, keep that in mind.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was incredibly convenient to all Waikiki has to offer-especially the beach and restaurants. It was plenty of room for three adults. We appreciated the amenities that the building offers, particularly parking and laundry facilities. Also, communication with the rental company was easy and they seemed to truly care that our stay was as good as possible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Mahalo!!

The condo was very clean. And would be 5 stars throughout, but did not have that new look as the photos portray, needs a little TLC. Location is good with easy access to beach, shops, freeways etc.
Street is noisy at night, but can't blame the proprietor for that. All in all we had a very nice stay here.

All was very good though the sliding door to the lanai could use some work, i.e. rollers for door are worn out and door doesn't lock, no prob as nobody's coming through the slider anyway. On the flip side the condo was clean and had everything needed for a two week stay. Great place great times!

Great location for a family of 3. Property is within walking distance of Waikiki beach. Condo has everything you'll need to feel at home( kitchen supplies/appliances, beach chairs, linens). Things in Waikiki can be pricey, this Property is a good value for it's location. Would definitely book again. Only downfall is elevator takes awhile to reach your floor, keep in mind there are 33 floors in the building...be patient and plan accordingly.

This condo was the perfect size for my husband and myself. It could sleep at least 2 more on the sofa sleeper if needed but for 2 it has plenty of everything you might need. It’s right down the street from the beach which was perfect for us and had a parking garage which was nice so we didn’t need to hunt for parking or pay daily. We had a great trip and sad to be leaving.

Even though this place is on the 7th floor and may not have the high water view it has so much charm. I would highly recommend this place!!! The elevators can be slow so being on the 7th floor gives you more options to get to the bottom faster by taking the stairs down one level and getting to the pool and heading ver to the other building where they are not as crowded.
Over this place was great though. Also the coffee shop downstairs is a perfect little place!

Unit is on 7th floor (which we liked). A floor above the pool, hot tub, BBQ (electric BBQ) area. Unit was clean, everything operated well, bed and furnishings were comfortable, no issues with the condo unit. Only problem while there was one of the 4 elevators for this tower was not working. Close to Beach, Restaurants, and other Waikiki activities.

We had an excellent stay in Waikiki at the Banyan. The apartment was exactly as featured and had everything we needed to make our stay great. We made good use of the beach chairs - hitting up virtually every Waikiki Beach Sunset which was a convenient 4-5 min walk down the road. Although the building is a bit dated, the location is top notch, the front desk staff were wonderful and the parking was easy to access. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Stayed Waikiki Banyan for our honeymoon and love it, having a full kitchen saved us a lot money, the unit looks just as shown in the pictures. The pool and 2 hot tubs were never crowd either. I would definitely come back to stay here again.
