This was the perfect spot for our Maui stay. Close to many beaches, shopping, ect. We definitely would stay again. The lanai was the perfect spot for coffee/breakfast & dinners.

Also, closeness to the pool and the outlook... Walkable to Wailea shops and other restaurants which is a plus.

We love this condo complex for the proximity to Wailea shopping, restaurants and golf. Beaches just a few minutes drive away. This particular unit is right on the golf course with excellent views. Very quiet and relaxing. Unit is beautifully furnished and has all amenities needed. We'll be back!

Amazing, well stocked condo. We have stayed in Grand Champions several times over the years and this is now my favorite condo. The mini split ACs work amazing and are quieter than the window units in most condos. The position of this condo is perfectly positioned for an easy short walk to the quite pool and the best lanai view in the community. Loved it!

Susan was so pleasant to communicate with. Timely responses and so informative. Everything I needed for the stay was right there. It was perfect. The condo itself was so clean and larger than I anticipated. Super clean and comfortable. The pillows were so soft. I loved them! ;))

Beautifully kept condo with some extras that made it even more special; coolers, beach towels, beach chairs, ice packs, in unit washer/dryer… sunsets and views over the golf fairway were fantastic. Great location close to multiple beaches. Sunset walk along the Wailea Beach Walk was stunning. AC works great but didn’t need very much due to great breeze coming through. Easy and prompt communication along with a smooth and efficient check in/out process. We will definitely stay again!!

We stayed at this place during our one week trip to Maui and absolutely loved the place. Property was as advertised, very clean and conveniently equipped for our family of 3. Checkin and checkout process was smooth. Property is minutes away from amazing beaches - Ulua, Mokapu and Wailea. Lot of good places to eat with 5 mi radius.

Great location, balcony/lanai faced the setting sun so a great place to kick back and relax. Monkey Pod restaurant is very close and was recommended to us by friends but we never had time in the schedule. Guess we will have to come back!

My husband, daughter and I absolutely loved this place! Beautiful view, loved the lanai and view of ocean and golf course. Great communication with owners. The unit had a lot of extras that made the stay better and we really appreciated the yummy snacks. We would love to stay there again.

We have done many vacation rentals and this one is at the top! It's in a great location and a clean complex. The owners were quick with communications and made check in as easy as it can get. The condo was immaculate and even better than the pictures show. There was even a welcome basket with all sorts of goodies when we arrived. We will be back! Thanks for everything Ron & Susan!

This property was so much more than we expected! So clean, and modern. Decorated so well! Very comfortable!
The balcony view of the golf course and the ocean took our breath away.
Very well stocked to make your stay more comfortable. From ziploc bags, seasonings for cooking, to beach towels.
The pool area has a jacuzzi and bbq available which was so nice after a day of hiking. We grilled some steaks and had a sunset dinner on the amazing balcony!
This felt like a bucket list place to stay!!

We started visiting Maui annually and we usually use a different condo complex but decided we wanted to try Wailea this year. We absolutely loved this location and condo. Susan was great to work with. She was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. She met our grocery delivery prior to our arrival and surprised our young children with a new sand bucket. We were greeted with a Hawaiian Welcome basket and the condo came fully stocked of spices, trashbags, baggies, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. We have never stayed at a condo with any of those items and it was helpful and such a cost savings. The condo was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Our children loved making new friends at the pool and we were able to see the sunset from the Lanai. We would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful time staying in Ron & Susan's Wailea home. The condo was very clean, and well stocked with everything you could possible need. Susan was very easy to stay in touch with.
All the instructions were easy to understand and follow. It is a first floor condo, with the parking spot right outside the building. The views from the lanai of the golf course, and the ocean, are beautiful and relaxing. It was so nice to have a washer & dryer, so we didn't have to pack as much for our time in Maui. I would recommend booking this condo to anyone who is planning a trip to Maui. We hope to go back again some time ourselves!

This was a great place to stay! Our condo had everything we needed for the beach and was so close to the pool, which is so convenient for the little humans. The kitchen is perfectly stocked and having a view to watch the golfers was nice to pass time. This unit was very clean as well and we were very comfortable!

Very close to golf shops and restaurants. Welcome basket was a great touch if you arrive late and haven’t been to the store for coffee. High top patio furniture was great for watching golfers etc. We would definitely recommend this unit.

This condo is in a great location with amazing golf course and sunset views. It was extremely well appointed with everything you could possibly need. There were even spices and cooking oils available so grocery shop after taking inventory because grocery items are very expensive. They have a chi hairdryer available and even a curling iron. I mean it when I say we didn’t need a single thing.
The owner was always available for any questions I had and the check out process was very nice (we weren’t responsible for cleaning the entire condo before check out). It was an outstanding stay! Many thanks

This Grand Champions Villas is located in the fabulous Wailea area on Maui. Walking distance to beaches, resort dining and shopping. This fully equipped unit is perfect for meal preparation, relaxing and trips to the beach with lawn chairs and umbrella, beach toys, etc. Would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Maui.

Feels like coming home: stayed in this unit at least 5 times, probably more. Convenient first floor (if you have bad knees), good square footage, can see the ocean and watch whales when in season (need binoculars.) Convenient location close to beaches (5 minutes in a car), etc.

We had a wonderful stay once again in Maui, the property was very clean and provided all the necessary cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes, beach towels, chairs etc. The property is tastefully decorated, spacious and has a beautiful golf course, garden, distant ocean view; I enjoyed reading and drinking coffee on the lanai. .There are 2 beaches near, 4/5 minute drive, 20 minute walk, and both pools on the property are very close to the condo, which is a plus. Ron and Susan both were very attentive with our WiFi/internet issues, although the issue was not resolved. On a negative note,, sorry, the WiFi/internet was very spotty the entire stay, and non existent the last day and half, needless to say the kids were not happy with this. I also feel they should upgrade the older sofa to a larger more comfortable sectional and possible recliner, so more than 1 person can lounge comfortably, when watching tv/movies. Even with this I would recommend the property. Thanks Ron & Susan, Blessings!

Great stay in the nicest part of Maui. We traveled all over Maui and this little complex (and Wailea in general) is among the nicest areas, by a mile. 10 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to shopping/restaurants/etc. Great patio with a view of the ocean and golf course. Comfy bed too, slept like a baby!
