My family of 6 (3 kids, 2 parents, 1 au pair) stayed at Kelly & Marc’s place and it was remarkable. The pictures were beautiful but don’t do it enough justice. We were comfortable and made good use of the pool and the beach toys. It was just what we needed for a relaxing vacation

The location was great, ocean view was beautiful and right across the street from the beach. The condo was stocked with everything you could think of for a stay and a lot of things we totally forget. The condo was immaculate. We have rented so many condos in the past and this one has far exceeded all of them. I truly recommend the host she was great, thank you so much.

The condo was clean, well-suited, quiet and comfortable! well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Appreciated having beach towels and chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and snorkel gear. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was amazing!
The balcony was so big with 5 chairs and a table. The ocean view was unbeatable though both balcony and master bedroom huge window, especially the most beautiful sunset.
The host was friendly and we were very welcomed.
I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone going to Maui and I would stay here again!

The property was just as described and very clean!! Decor provided a welcoming atmosphere. Even the pull-out sofa was very comfortable! The lanai has a nice view of the ocean; many "extras" included (beach towels, beach chairs, toys); kitchen very well stocked with appliances, cookware and service-ware. Baths and laundry like new. All soaps, towels, cleansers supplied. Location was convenient for all of our destinations. Kelly, our host, was fantastic - answering questions and offering suggestions for our party of 6 from as early as the initial booking. Very timely responses. The extra kindness shown us was much appreciated! The ONLY negative about this property is that it has no main level toilet, so for those not able to navigate stairs, this would not be your best choice - though, this was referenced in the description. Would definitely book again!!! (Oh, that all rentals could provide such accomodations!!)

This condo is a dream. Not only is it in the most perfect location right across from the beach but it is in the cleanest complex, right across the parking lot from the pool/hot tub/barbecues (which are very well kept), and has an absolutely stunning view of the ocean.
We were so comfortable with multiple sleeping options including a sleeper sofa and a roll a way bed. There was tons of storage in the bedrooms and closets to put our clothes away and even amenities in the bathrooms like hand soap, body wash, shampoos, and soaps to wash clothes.
Also want to add that there were beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, beach towels, and so much more for us to use.
We can not wait to come back! The host was so kind and easy to work with. We highly recommend this condo!

Absolutely loved the condo. The Kahana Villas is in a wonderful area. Just a short drive north of the hustle and bustle of the Kaanapali resort area. The view from our condo was magnificent. Sunsets were so beautiful from the lanai. Loved waking up every morning to enjoy coffee on the lanai while watching the ocean.
The condo had every thing you could possibly need. Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment, beach towels and even some macadamia nut treats for us to enjoy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper level, so if stairs are a concern, this might not be a good choice. The unit has an AC unit in the master bedroom, and the guest bedroom can be a bit warm, but as host Kelly pointed out, open the windows and take advantage of the trade winds and you will be quite comfortable. We hope to visit Maui again, and would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was pretty much flawless. Host communicated great, everything was very clear in terms of checking in. The place was really well stocked in terms of the kitchen and bedding but also had all of the beach stuff you could possibly want which we really appreciated. The pool was good, can easily walk to two nice laid-back small beaches, and there are a few options to walk to for food as well. One thing that wasn't clear, at least to me, is that the master bedroom is not closed off but rather a loft and if someone is staying in the sleeper sofa or roll away bed downstairs they can hear and see lights from upstairs and vice versa. Didn't end up being an issue for us but it could be for some family situations. Also they do have shades over the windows but they are light filtering and not light blocking and there is a ton of sun that comes in in the morning, so unless you have eye masks be prepared to have an early start to your day. But who wouldn't want to in Hawaii?

Everything was as described in the apartment, excellent views from the master bedroom and the balcony, we had the chance to enjoy some of the most beautiful sunset 🌇 and many whales. All the appliances work great, TV's, a/c ( I do agree with others customers about needing additional a/c in the other room) Location of the place was great, plenty of restaurants and very close to the harbor. Host was always in communication and super friendly. For sure we recommend staying at this place. Thank you for making are 30 years anniversary unforgettable ❤️

Clean and well stocked, Kelly’s place was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Keep the windows open and skip the AC - between the wind and the waves, it’s easy to drift off to sleep for an afternoon nap after a morning of snorkeling.

The condo was very nice and great size for two couples! The kitchen was well equipped for the cooking we did. The lanai had a beautiful view of the ocean!
The only improvement suggestion is air conditioning for the second bedroom-otherwise it was awesome!!

We stayed end of Feb beginning of March 2023. We enjoyed every second of this condo's offerings. It was so clean and so homey, and not to mention the view! Wow, we saw so many whales from this condo. And the beach across the street we saw tons of sea turtles, I mean they seam right past us! The location was great for everything in the Lahaina area. Would definitely stay here again and again!

The place overall was a great space for all of our family needs. We traveled with for adults and a one year old! There is a pack and play, a high chair that is placed on an actual chair as well as a baby gate. She also provided beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and beach toys. Needless to say this helped our overall stay be nice and comfortable and allowed us to pack less! Not only that, but waking up to a beautiful ocean view with a beach walking distance and pool close by. I highly recommend her space which is family friendly in the perfect location for Maui activities!

Lovely condo in a very convenient location across the road from the ocean. Amazing ocean views from the Balcony and one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom has mountain views. Clean and very well equipped. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Tasty goodies left for us by the hosts greeted us on arrival. This was a wonderful one of a kind experience.

Our stay in Maui was absolutely wonderful mainly due to Kelly's condo being so beautiful with an amazing location. The condo was stocked with every item you could possibly need for cooking, spending the day on the beach or simply relaxing at the pool. Kelly even had a baby chair, floaties, and a pack and play for my 9 month old grandson. This was an absolute godsend. We will definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit. Michelle A

We have stayed in numerous VRBO properties and this one, by far, was the best! I am super picky when it comes to cleanliness and this condo surpassed my expectations! This was our first time in Maui, but I think we already found our favorite place to stay! It's in a somewhat older building but the place (condominium?) has been very nicely updated inside. It is very comfortable, has a well-stocked kitchen and lots of beach supplies to borrow. Beds are super comfortable, and it was very clean. The view of Kahana Beach across the street, especially at sunset, is spectacular and we even saw some whales from our balcony one evening! The location is also great. You're not far from shopping and restaurants but not right in the middle of those busy areas, and of course a nice little beach across the street that is not very busy. Kelly and Mark could not have been better hosts, easy to get hold of with questions and so nice about making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely recommend that you stay here!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Spacious and well appointed with wonderful touches from beach chairs to snorkels and masks and snacks. It was great! We loved sitting out on the balcony for meals and relaxing in the pool and hot tub. Location was great with easy accessibility to any and every part of Maui. Great hosts, great communication, and great value!

What can I say?? Book here! We loved our stay. Kitchen is so well stocked and we had spices and oils to get us started! We were greeted with teas and treats which were perfect! Location to everything West Maui has to offer! Short drive to the best beaches! Never used AC. Trade winds were perfect. No issues with ants or any pests, which I appreciate on Maui! Truly a dream vacation staying here!

There are so many lovely condos and properties in Maui. It can be very expensive to get a place to accommodate a family. This was worth the splurge. Our first impression of it was how clean it was. The furniture is tasteful and comfortable. Very good interaction with the owner!

The four of us, all over 70 years of age, were delightfully surprised to find our accommodations exceeded our high expectations. Everything shown in the VRBO photos and description were accurate, but the view from the loft, living room and patio was exceedingly spectacular. The neighborhood was beautiful with convenience stores in walking distance. An excellent sports bar with unbelievably good pizza and a Chinese restaurant were a short, tree lined walk away. Kelly, our host, was accessible and helpful. We definitely would rent this condo again when we return.

The condo was absolutely beautiful!! Very clean, well equipped for anything from cooking to beach accessories. Kelly was absolutely wonderful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We were close to many things from a awesome coffee house, grocery store, obviously beaches with the most beautiful waters, the rental in itself made our first time trip to Hawaii that much nicer. It's beautifully decorated from wall decor to the furniture, and provided every thing you needed in a home! I definitely recommend this rental! I give this property a 5 ☆ plus rating!! Thank you Kelly for giving my sister and I an amazing place to stay while enjoying all the little things most take for granted!!

The space was spotless and supper clean! Fully equipped kitchen and a huge balcony with ocean view. We stayed for 6 nights and highly recommend this property. The location is close to lots of great restaurants and beautiful beaches. There is a Safeway 6 min drive from this place in case you like to cook. There is also a nice outdoor pool and BBQs.
The beach equipment was really handy as there is no way you can stay at a beach for more than 5 min without umbrellas, cooler and beach towels. We would definitely stay here again. We also enjoyed the delicious snacks Kelly & Mark left us.

We loved this condo! The view was breathtaking. The beach across the street was beautiful, not very busy, and had sea turtles daily. The condo itself had plenty of room for everyone and was very well-appointed. We appreciated having access to beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, and plenty of kitchen supplies. We had an incredible week in large part due to the beautiful condo. The location was outstanding. It was close to so many beaches, restaurants and shopping not to mention the breathtaking views of the sunsets and rainbows. The condo was well maintained and stocked with everything we need to literally walk in and hit the beach. Kelly was so helpful during the entire process! I appreciated that she had literally everything that we needed to stay for the week. I was so grateful for the beach gear and a fully stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend! We will be back!

I cannot rave enough about this condo! Kelly has the perfect spot here...off the beaten path, yet convenient to Kaanapali and Lahaina...as well as the awesome beaches near Kapalua. The local beach down the street is perfect for sunset watching, a quick snorkel with turtles or just hanging out on a beach close to home. It is very picturesque and clean! You can't beat the stunning view from all of the windows -- even the non-beach view is beautiful! We used the rollaway bed downstairs and there was plenty of room in the living area to leave it out the whole stay. Kelly was quick to respond to any inquiries. She brought us mangoes and left us treats/flowers for our 20th anniversary! Appreciated the AC unit upstairs for sleeping at night. If you follow the instructions for lowering the shades, keeping the windows and fans on...the heat was no problem. There truly is an amazing breeze all day long! Pool is a bit small, but nice for a quick dip. Kitchen is big and really well stocked. Unit was super clean! We have no complaints! Really hope that we can come back SOON!!

We loved our stay at Kahana Villas F507! There were six of us and we had plenty of room. Very comfy beds. The kitchen is spacious & well equipped (except we couldn't find bbq tools but that doesn't mean they weren't there, could be we just didn't find them). Loved having the beach so close. Our favorite spot to see turtles is a short walk with great snorkling!

Recently updated two bedroom condo in Kahana with a full kitchen and two full bathrooms. Very clean, nicely decorated and stocked with everything you need to feel at home. Kelly, the owner was very communicative both before and during our stay. Great location!
