This place was very comfortable, and clean. Linens and sheets were fresh, bed was great, beautiful views from patio at night sitting outside with my BFF drinking a glass of wine watching the moon on the ocean. So quiet. So peaceful. FYI no A/C in unit which I forgot to even make sure about. But there is a great breeze that blows through once you open up all the windows and sliding doors facing the ocean.

Host was very clear about check in process and expectations of guests. The home was extremely clean, and the location is amazing. If you do stay and enjoy a bit of spice, try the Indian restaurant that is located on the ground floor.

This is a very nice clean well maintained condo on the first level steps from the beach! My daughter graduated from college and she and her mother and I spent a few days on Maui to celebrate and this was a fantastic location. It is close to everything including the water dining shops grocery stores it's all right there.

They said I broke a lock on the pull out couch when there was t a lock on it and they said I wasn’t able to use it so they charge me $100 extra for it and in reading the original listing or any email that was sent to me was anything said about not being able to use the pull out couch. Other than that the room is a great location

Unit was dirty and dated screen door on lanai was ripped, lots of stains on carpet, beds were ok pillows were not. View was amazing from lanai.

We had an amazing stay. Beautiful place with the beach right in front of you. Amazing sunsets every night out on the lanai or up on the roof. Just enough supplies to get you started. Couldn't be happier.

Beautiful location, smelly carpet that disappeared with windows open for 1day (cleaning problem?) loved the lanai .

The location and setting right on the beach was lovely. The restaurant was very good, the unit however had not been cleaned very well and the carpet was really old/worn and had stains. The sheet had a stain too and the management co. did send new sheets-we went to wash them as they were brand new and opened the washing machine to fine a load of towels in there that had not been dried. Basically everything worked but it just was not very clean feeling.

Very nice condo with great ventilation to keep it cool during the day time. All amenities for cooking and relaxing including ice maker. Walk out to the lanai and you are yards from the ocean. Great place for two couples wanting some relaxation and beach time. Close to grocery and shopping.

Location was ideal, such a beautiful spot; right on the water and you have access to both sandy beach with waves and a sandy spot that’s protected from waves. Great for kids! We found quite a few little fruit flies initially, but after a good clean and keeping food in fridge, they went away. A few issues with plumbing; the garborator and toilet struggled despite following all the rules (luckily this didn’t happen until the last day so no impact on our stay really). Also no bathroom tub plug which would have helped with baths for kids (but again, we made due with some homemade devices!)
Despite no air conditioning, the breeze provided all the coolness we needed!! Was a really lovely stay! The view was spectacular. Beds very comfortable and lots of room for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids under 5!!)

Great condo for a family vacation. Close to the beach and pool. Would have loved it more if it had AC. Our two year old had trouble sleeping on the hot nights even with extra fans. Would highly recommend.

If this unit is not available when you want to attend, I suggest a unit on the south side of the building. Sunny, much better views and amazing sunset viewing right from the lanai.
Since they took the pics they have installed a new stove, dishwasher and vanity in the second bathroom. The beach chairs and umbrella are all quality Tommy Bahama. The only slight issue is that there were only 3 of these chairs although there are other chairs of lesser quality. Not a problem for since there were only 2 of us.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The furniture is dated but totally acceptable.
The beach outside the unit is rocky and not that great. The beach by the fish pond is great if you have young children but the water is murky. I suggest a short drive to one if the beach parks a few miles south of the condo.
The entire condo complex is very clean and well kept. I highly recommend this condo complex.

Great location! The place had lots of amenities. Beach chairs and towels. The lanai and grassy area beyond was a great place to hang out. The beach was just a few steps away. Kitchen well stocked. It has a few maintenance issues with the master window and slider but did not detract from our stay. Would stay here again. The Indian food restaurant on property was yummy too.

The location was perfect. 100 feet to the beach. We especially liked snorkeling at the kids beach located in front of the property where we saw hundreds of beautiful fish and large tortoises. The location is conveniently close to the Main Street and shopping.
Checking in and checking out was easy and the free on-site parking is very convenient.
My only recommendation is the decor and furnishings are very dated and could really use an update. Otherwise the place was comfortable and very convenient.

Even within Menehune Shores this place was premier location! First floor on the south side, quieter side. Close walk to fish pond (perfect for young kids and seeing turtles). Pool well maintained. Unit well stocked: chairs, bags, coolers, grilling equipment, Tupperware, skim board, beach chairs and umbrella…there was nothing we missed! No AC but we thought it was fine.
