Was a little messy when we arrived (dusty bathroom vent, chandelier) and was super hot. The hide-a-bed (sofa bed) was also not that great. Advice, just pull the mattress off and use on the floor. Wasn’t a fan of having to pay $2 to use the electric BBQ’s on floor six. The television remotes had dead batteries, but that’s ok because we didn’t stick around. Parking was good for a standard rental jeep. Noisy city, but if you want to relax...go to Maui instead. Staff were doing repairs all around; and they mean well. Wish the price was a little lower.would be nice to let adults use hot tub up until 2am. Not all of us are drunk party goer.

Overall good value & well positioned.
However the condo needs a deep clean as carpets, soft furnishings and hard floors were grubby. Glassware and chinaware also needed checking as some were not clean

This rental was great, super family friendly and clean. The location was perfect too because we had several options around us to keep us busy. I just wish there were more towels and detergent to wash clothes as well as extra trash bags since we stayed a week there. Other than that, no complaints.

Great location. However,, the carpet in the unit was badly stained in several areas although it seemed otherwise clean. the sofa was extremely uncomfortable. the unit was lacking in supplies, namely dish towels, no beach towels and one towel bar only in the bathroom.Who only uses one towel in a unit that accommodates 6 people? Also the air conditioner leaked water continuously and the tiles on the deck were loose and a bit hazardous.

We rented this place for a little over a week. The location is central to downtown Waikiki, 5 minutes walk to the beach, and other shipping areas are within walking distance. The check in process is a breeze and the host is quick in answering any questions we had. This place includes covered parking which is very convenient! The full kitchen is also a plus as it saved us a lot of money from eating out. A few recommendations -1. The carpet in the living room needs a deep clean. We noticed stains in several areas of the living room carpet when we checked in.2. If you’re concerned about COVID, we recommend that you take some time to wash the linens it provided when you check in. The coin-operated washer and dryer are located on the same floor which is convenient.Other than that, everything is great. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

This apartment is in an excellent location and the foyer is lovely. The apartment itself needs a renovation, the carpet is very dirty and the beds are not comfortable. The lighting in the bedroom is non existent and the beds move around and are noisy. There are broken tiles in the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay with a full size fridge and oven. The pool and entertainment area is great.

Nice and clean rental. It was close to everything. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores and more! I wish there were more clean towels because we were constantly at the beach. I stayed there for 5 nights, and it was hard to wash the towels because were on vacation so we weren’t home most of the time. However, it was such a nice and clean rental home. The decor just made it feel even more at home. Will recommend this place for sure :)

The property is in a good location - just a short walk to grab coffee/food, and be on the beach.Staff was 100% professional when booking - they promptly followed up via email. Booking was a breeze and splitting the balance into 2 payments made it easily affordable. Decent place to stay - offering 2 full size beds and a sleeper sofa. Good water pressure and wifi worked during our entire stay. Checking in with the fob was a breeze. Having a parking pass was a bonus! Balcony with city view overlooks the pool on the 6th floor, you can see a little bit of the ocean between the buildings. I would recommend that you allow time to wash bed linens and towels prior to using them - just to ensure that they are clean. There is a washer/dryer down the hall from the condo.

A great home base in Waikiki. Close to the beach and nice it has a parking spot, so helpful. Looks just like pictures. The pool at the building is big and nice for kids.

I had originally scheduled my trip for Oct 21 for a friends wedding but due to COVID had to be rescheduled, i emailed to ask if i could just push out my reservation. Toyoko replied immediately and accommodated my request with no questions or fees. All though the nightly price did go up because of the peak season in march it still wasn't a problem!! You can't beat the price for this condo no matter what time you go! Its perfectly located within 0.5mi of everything on Waikiki and its only 1 block from the beach. I will definitely stay with them again!

The place is great with only one bad part.
I’m a single mom traveling with my three kids, I don’t mind the early checkout, but the front desk won’t hold our luggage because we’re not actually the hotel guest. (10am to 12 noon) our airport shuttle is picking us up here at 12 noon and for 2 hours I had to drag our luggage with us to grab lunch. If I was single or traveling with friends it’s not a problem; but when traveling with young kids - it becomes a big problem. We came here with only 4 luggage and we’re leaving with 6 + 2 duffel bags, so it’s very inconvenient.

Little disappointed because two time we have to wait out side of the building for more the 4 hours, no power in our tower. Couple people have been in the elevator when that happened, very scary 😨

We stayed 9 nites in this property. The property was clean and shown like the picture. If u rent a car recommend to drive small car because it was quite a challenge to maneuver the turns in the parking lot. 2 full size bed…mattress was a little soft for our liking due to my bad back. I was surprised that the toilet had a bidet. We do a lot of traveling and had stayed in 5 start hotel and never had any bidet. Let me just say u will have a very clean bottom. Over we really like the property and enjoy our stay.
Pros: AC, Parking included, 1 block away from the beach to avoid the noise. Bidet

Overall a very nice room. The beds/pillows were a little uncomfortable but it was fine. We arrived very late and all instructions from the owner were perfect. We were able to get into the room and use the parking pass without having to wait at the check in counter. Everything was clean and tidy and very quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was great and having the parking pass was also very convenient! Never had to worry about finding parking at night. Views from the hotel were wonderful, location was walking distance from a lot of down town activities, the downstairs cafe was a great quick breakfast and coffee stop! Very yummy. Over all it was great, size was perfect for couple or small family. Would definitely use again when returning!
