This property is truly such a great location. Comfortable beds, good space, lovely having two bathrooms and comfortable patio chairs to watch the waves.
My only complaint would be that there wasn’t a knife bigger than a steak knife so cutting my pineapple was more challenging than it should have been.
I would also suggest to the company to replace the “cutting boards” and sautee pans as they were on their last legs probably years ago.

This condo is in a central location on Maui. Most destinations can be reached within a short distance. Access to miles of barely populated beaches just steps away. A perfect place for those who wish to avoid crowds and overpopulated resorts. This condo provides spacious comfort with two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The a/c works great but isn't needed with all windows open. This top floor corner unit has a lanai in the living room and another in the front bedroom that provide views of the property and the ocean. Comfortable beds as well. The only thing this condo lacks is living room furniture. A flattened futon and a worn out, very old filth-stained couch are the only things to sit on. Not a comfortable space to relax in. We covered the couch with beach towels. This is the only reason we wouldn't refer this property to a friend. Surely the high price on this condo allows for a simple furniture upgrade.

This two bedroom condo worked well for husband and me and his mom. Be aware that the bathroom is not attached to the master bedroom however; we used command hooks to hang a shower curtain across the doorway. Could have used a laundry basket and a few other little items in the kitchen but overall well equipped. Beds were super comfy! (Same as we have at home). Master bedroom bed is adjustable so nice to raise up for reading.
Lovely location centrally located to all things on Maui.
Pool was heated but not overly so; it was refreshing.

Beautiful views. Great upgraded showers. Bathrooms could use a fresh caulking job but I do not live in a humid state so I'm not sure if it's normal for that to get dirty quick. The air conditioning was amazing! Really appreciated the coolers, Beach chairs, Beach towels, and ice packs that were supplied! The assigned parking spot was close to the elevator which made things easier. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!

My family of five really enjoyed our stay here. The view from our unit was beautiful. The unit was conveniently equipped with all sorts of amenities. The king sized bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. It was great having a designated parking space. Overall this place exceeded our expectations. Overall, the place was fine, though I doubt we would re-book this specific condo.
We've been to Maui a number of times, usually staying north. This time we didn't stay for very long and I wanted to avoid traffic that can occur from Maalaea to Lahaina. Maalaea is convenient to both south and north - Kihei, Kamaole as well as to Lahaina. The area is reasonably close to the airport and the services the east side of the island as well. The national park to the south is not a bad drive. Also trim some time off going to Haleakala for the sunrise . The Maui Ocean Center is really close by (could walk). The downside is that you don't get true sunrises or sunsets (at least we didn't) as the mountains on either side obscure these events. The upside - TONS of whales breaching and swimming in the bay - TONS. Small area to access the bay at the back of the condo complex. BBQ outside, hose in parking lot to rinse gear/stuff.
Overall flow - fine. There are two rooms with two 3/4 baths. The main bedroom was separated by a movable wall/screen that provide privacy. There was air conditioning in all rooms. There was a main sitting area with 2 couches and a TV. Balcony had the only table to sit at to eat. Inside there are bar counter type seating. Kitchen with fridge/basic pots/pans/utensils.
The condo had a small gift basket of coffee and other treats that we welcomed. The kitchen overall was clean.
We felt that the place could use some TLC and didn't have the most welcoming vibe. The artwork from in the second bedroom had come off the wall and was in the closet. There was a build up of dust along the dust boards and in the corners dirt/dust had built up giving a sense that good thorough cleaning had not been done. Good wall repair and fresh paint would help. We found old food caked on some of the dishware are ended up rewashing the dishes prior to using them.
The vibe was one where I thought this place is being managed for profit. They provided an exact number of trash bags, dishwasher soap, paper towels, that they felt you would need. The toilet paper felt similar to the most inexpensive one could buy on a commercial scale. Kitchen supplies -salt, pepper and that's it. No oil, spices or anything else someone might use. It's a bare kitchen. If you want to cook - suggest you bring everything you might want or be prepared to buy it. There was 1 large and one small cooler. They had 4 beach blankets and chairs.

Was beautiful decorated condo. Refreshing with a great view high up. Condo had all the necessities especially beach towels and chairs. Location is great a short walk to the beach , shops and restaurant. We especially enjoy the 5 mile sandy beach walk every morning. Only down fall was the wind. Was very windy most of the time and we like to have windows open so there was quite a wind tunnel. So if you done want fresh air and wind noise close the windows and turn on the air conditioner!

Overall, I was the location was great for shopping and activities to both sides of island. However, the unit lacked garment storage and lighter weight blanket in guest bedroom. Maintenance was called to secure blinds to close and create a quieter environment with louvered windows for sleep. Maintenance needed to reattach pneumatic closer on storm door. Living room furniture could be updated or covered and throw rug should be discarded as it is dirty and worn out.

Very much enjoyed having a full kitchen to make the occasional breakfast or dinner when we just wanted to relax. Also very close to snorkeling tours at the harbor. Easy pickup for Haleakala. Nice little pool as well. One of the gas grills was not working - that would be my only complaint.

Incredible views from the master and main living area. It is a great location for ready access to so much of Maui.
The area is extremely windy. The adjustable bed was wonderful … the best bed of any rental we have ever stayed. The stools in the unit need to be replaced and the living room rug cleanliness should be addressed. We cleaned the fans (which were incredibly dusty) so that our son could use the spare bedroom (which has no A/C). It was too windy to even use the windows in the second bedroom.
We had a mixed reaction to this rental. Great location, very spacious, beautiful views, but windy and the second bedroom was difficult to use.

Walking in felt amazing but after that you started to notice the features you didn’t see on the ad. Sliding door was damaged and couldnt be closed easily. Windy area so because the whole sliding door area is not sealed like it should it made lots of noise all throughout the day. Room by entrance was humid unless you open window that would let lots of air in but you would also need to open the sliding door in the living room or else it would make lots of noise and slam doors in the house. Nice view but I’ve stayed in less expensive rooms that had better. The “beach access” is a small dirty looking area which is not worth it to me. I will not stay here again, especially because they have to security cameras and our Jeep’s were vandalized causing us to lose $500 for nothing. This is the only time I will be mentioning this place because I’ll pretend it never happened so I can come back to Maui .

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks in Ma’alaea, it was a central location to explore from, we loved the koi pond and pool areas on your property especially. The condo was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to relax including all beach necessities. The area was safe and quiet. The views from the condo were amazing. We had very minor challenges with just a few things - the tv cable did not work after a few days (but who needs tv?!), the blinds in family room and main bedroom were sticky, and we wish there was an A/C in the second bedroom but the night winds provided much relief. We hope to come back as it was a very memorable and overall very positive experience for us, thanks so much for having us.

The location of the facility was perfect. Communication with the employees was also perfect. They were so quick to respond when our flights got delayed and with any questions. They also offered cleaning supplies which was nice. I highly recommend this condo. One thing I will say I wish was better was there was no AC in the second bedroom. Our toddler refused to sleep in there. They did have two fans that we used to try to push the cool air from the front rooms to the back that made it okay for our teenage son. Otherwise everything was great!
