This was a great place to stay! The location could not be beat. There were great restaurants within walking distance, three grocery stores within a few miles, it was an easy drive to anything along the coastline, and of course a beautiful beach across the street with three other beach parks within walking distance. The condo was well stalked with anything we could need. There were two of us and the condo was a perfect size for us, but it would be good for a group of four also, especially if you are spending most of your time out enjoying the island. The property was well kept and had good facilities for laundry and other needs and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, Beach and places to eat nearby. Natural Breezes keep the condo comfortable although air conditioning is available. Shower is nice, bed is firm. Good communication from owner. Laundry next to the pool nearby allowing for a dip or relaxation while doing laundry. Quiet complex. Beach chairs and snorkle equipment on site. Enjoyed the stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. Jim and Pat were gracious hosts. When we had a flight schedule change prior to the trip, we asked if we could take off a day. They were glad to do that.
Check in was a breeze. The place is centrally located to the pool, office and amenities offered in the complex. It is a easy 2 minute walk to Kamaole Sands II.
The place was cozy and had all the amenities we needed to cook our meals and have a comfortable stay. We have stayed at a number of properties in Kihei and this one ranked pretty high. We enjoyed our stay here immensely.

We stayed here for a 40th birthday girls’ weekend and had a great time!
Pros:
-Loved the cleanliness of the property. There were a few bugs and spiderwebs, but the house is located out in the country, so it’s to be expected.
-The house is very spacious and housed our group of 8 ladies comfortably.
-Check in was smooth and easy.
Cons:
-The shower heads could use replacing.
-The shower in the master bathroom has a window that is quite large and doesn’t have any coverings over it. There aren’t any houses or anything next door that invades privacy, but it would feel more comfortable if there was something to cover it up.
We loved this house and had so much fun! We all said we would all come back again.

We had a wonderful time in Kihei! This condo is in a great location right across the street from Kam II beach! I enjoyed paddling my SUP in the morning on the calm water. One day we experienced high winds and decided to just relax by the pool while we did our laundry in the laundry room right around the corner. There are beach chairs and a wonderful assortment of beach toys on the patio. This condo is just the right size for two. We cooked some really delicious meals in the kitchen and outside on the grill. This is not a five star star resort but we were very comfortable and we met some very friendly and wonderful people in the neighborhood.

This property is across the street from a beautiful beach. You can simply cross the street with your beach chairs and snorkel or go over at sunset along with everyone else who gathers to watch the sunset. The property has a beautiful pool, which is right across the parking lot from this unit, and the laundry room has plenty of washers and dryers Very reasonably priced. It is steps away from a small shopping area where you can have fantastic dinners, great morning sweets, including gluten, free cinnamon, rolls, ice cream, and souvenirs. The nights are quiet. This place met our three top qualifications: very comfortable king bed, fluffy towels, fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Maui.

Really great communicators and really helpful. TV didn't come on and they just had upgraded service. Dropped them a note and they were back in touch with me on the same day. A neighbor of theirs stopped over to fix.

Our condo had everything we expected and more! The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into making their guests comfortable. Lots of recreational supplies (boogie boards, snorkel equip) and kitchen utensils (right down to clips for potato chip bags) and condiments. Best lodging value on the island!

Friendly hosts. Everything was very clean. Kitchen was large and will start. It is across the street from the beach and close to grocery stores. Would highly recommend. The bedroom is large in spacious. No complaints about this place!

This rental is in a great location - just across the street from the beach and many restaurants within walking distance. The unit also felt gigantic after spending time in tiny hotel rooms on the other islands during our trip. The only downside was the a/c unit isn't located in the bedroom, so it can be difficult to cool that room down. Several fans were provided for the unit, which helped alleviate this to some extent. Overall, a very good stay.

Checked in and the place was not well kept. The floors were sticky and place was not properly cleaned. We couldn't find extra garbage bags or paper towels. The location is great though. It's right across a beach. The pool is well maintained. However due the hurricane, it was closed. Though the weather turned out okay, they kept it closed. Thought we could do without an air conditioner but it was quite uncomfortable. Blackout curtains would have been nice.

We loved staying here. The condo is in a lovely area of Kihei, across the street from a gorgeous beach, and surrounded by lots of cool shops, and restaurants, The condo was extremely cute & homey, with all the amenities we wanted, and even a few we didn't know we wanted til we had them (like beach chairs with storage/coolers and drink holders built in them 🌞🥂) Best of all, the bed was very comfortable. The on site management were really sweet and helpful. We definitely felt the Aloha spirit here, & really loved it.
The owners were responsive & very helpful/accommodating when a small issue came up at the end of our trip, which really was the icing on the cake of a wonderful stay in Kihei.
Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Maui, and we hope to return in the future!

No air conditioning but because it is a ground level suite it is cooler. There are fans and windows which provide good circulation so the suite is a nice temperature.
The bathroom and shower area are nice but the rest of the suite needs a facelift

Mr. and Mrs. Weber's condo at Kihei Kai Nani is very comfortable. Not only is it a very convenient location to the beach and restaurants, it is on the bottom floor with the patio facing a parking lot which makes it superb for privacy. The condo has every convenience including a lot of beach "stuff". I would highly recommend this condo for the rental price as it makes it a very affordable holiday. We would certainly rent this condo again.

The location is nice and other condos in the complex are fantastic. This one did have a great price but you get what you pay for as it needs to be updated. In addition, the lanai gets no sun leaving the condo dark all day.

Absolutely, loved this place, exactly as described, perfectly located & The Weber's were so wonderful to work with. Been to the other Islands and stayed in lots of different condo's, this just really had a real down to home feel, Had the best snorkeling trip in 7 visits with Blue Water Rafting, highly recommend. Foodland offers a discount card you just need to notify them of the condo you are staying at numerous condo's participate in this, a huge savings when using the card I hope I will be welcomed back, as I wouldn't want to stay any place else on my next return trip. Thank you for opening your Condo for people like me to enjoy.

We stepped into our home-away-from-home and were totally happy! The listing photos, descriptions, and previous reviews are very accurate. The Kihei Kai Nani staff are welcoming and helpful. The owners make booking easy and provide all the details you need. They have the condo supplied with kitchen, bath, and beach items and their rental price makes this condo a very affordable place to stay on Maui! The bathroom shower (with a small step up) is very large and has a good safety bar. It can accommodate a shower chair if needed. We recommend this condo and would stay here again! What a great place! It felt just like home-and everything you need is there. even snorkle masks. The condo is very clean. And what a beautiful beach. the condo is in walking distance to many resturants, etc.The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is great.
