Aloha! Great accommodations to put you right in the perfect spot to travel north or south to see the island. Owner included everything you could think of that you would need on vacation. Safeway shopping center is just across the street which makes it so convenient. The only downside of this unit is the parking lot at the side of the building. We wanted to sleep with the doors open but it was too noisy with people coming and going. We never tried the restaurant on site because it did not open until 3pm. If you are one that likes to be served at the pool this resort is not the place. Coolers are not allowed so make sure to take your insulated cups because they did help us at the pool and beach. Beach is rough but I saw people swim. Others said it was not a swim beach, maybe not for kids or for non swimmers. Overall, this was a nice resort to stay in Kauai. I would recommend if you are looking for a home away from home stay. Mahalo!

My son and I had a lovely stay in this condo. Even though we didn't do any cooking it was lovely having a kitchen to prep our on-the-go breakfasts and to keep drinks cold in the fridge. Having a full size washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. My son is 15 yo and said the pull-out sofa bed was comfortable. The king bed in the bedroom was great. I enjoyed the lanai with the view of the ocean. The beach is a short walk & it was lovely to watch the sunrise over the ocean.
There is no elevator in this building, but there is one in the next building. There was plenty of parking on site so we parked near that building and the door is super close to the elevator. Coming from the pool or beach meant a little extra walk to get to the elevator but it was not a big deal. We often took the stairs down and if you have the energy you can take them up & not have to get to the elevator.
There is a strip mall across the street with a full grocery store. We were told on our last day that the shave ice near the grocery store is the best in the area, but we left too early the next day to try it - next time!
We rented bikes from the shop in the lobby. There is a trail that begins near the property that goes along the water for a quite a while. I hadn't ridden a bike that far in years, but it was a very nice & mostly flat trail so I went farther than I thought I could.
Overall this is a well appointed and comfortable unit in a lovely area of Kauai.

Pictures are as described. Nice view of ocean sitting on balcony every am for breakfast hearing the sounds of the waves. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nicely stocked with all appliances we needed. Pleasantly surprised there was a nutribullet so we were able to make smoothies.
Only downside was a/c only worked intermittently. My husband had to fiddle with each day to get it to work. And of course the roosters but they are everywhere on the island. Just don’t plan on sleeping in. Overall one of our favorite vacations. We’d stay here again.

From check in to check out not one problem. Beautiful sunrises on our beach. Great location to all parts of the island. The condo was in great condition and had everything and more than we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Very close to grocery stores restaurants etc. All you need is right here.

What a wonderful condo. Loved waking up in the morning looking at the ocean in this comfort. Everything we needed was right there. It was so tempting to do nothing and just stay on the property all day, but there is also so much to do if you choose. Mahalo and hope to see you again.

Relaxing, peaceful property, centrally located to anything you want to do on Kauai. Beautiful manicured grounds and pool with plenty of seating for lounging. Oasis Restaurant on premises has great food, with music and drink specials for Happy Hour. Safeway directly across the street makes provisioning a snap!

We had a wonderful time. The condo is conveniently located walking distance to Safeway for supplies and restaurants to have dinner. Loved that we could just walk places and hang out without always getting in a car. Relaxing and the pool and beach were nice to hangout at. The beach was nice and quiet. Always a lounge chair to sit and look at the ocean in and the pool was a refreshing place to sit and relax. Love the slides and the lazy river instead of just a square pool. Gave the area some character Staff were nice and friendly. Wish the oasis restaurant was opened for happy hour and dinner though as they had to close it for unknown reason.

Great location on the beach - the view was not a complete an ocean view but it was good.
Amenities- the condo had everything you could need, (2) bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and a really nice sub-zero fridge. On-site gym and on-site restaurant; which had great service and food to offer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent week in F401 & highly recommend it for couples or those only needing one BR. Ocean view from inside & the lanai, perfecto huge bath, easy access from close-in parking, 2 minutes to the pool area. You get the idea - this is a great base for exploring Kauai.
Candace & Co. made everything so easy. Check-in was all online, we had excellent directions and access instructions before we arrived. Could not have been easier to access and use everything.
This is just a great Kauai vacation location! That says it all.

We stayed in this lovely unit for three weeks and enjoyed every minute. It was spacious, immaculate, and very well equipped. We could see the ocean from our lanai and felt very private, but could easily walk to get groceries and supplies, pick up mail, and rent bikes. We loved being near the Kapa’a public path, where you can walk for miles right along the shore. The pool was amazing! Our hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. We are already trying to figure out when we can return! Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort was great. The location of the resort is perfect for exploring both the north and south sides of the island. The condo itself was very spacious and clean, which made our stay very comfortable. We would recommend staying at this condo to anyone looking for an easy and enjoyable stay in Kauai.

We rented three properties for an extended family vacation. decided to give Candace another try after covid in 2020. I have to say that the unit was clean and had the most beautiful carved wooden tables in the living area.The property is a great small unit for a couple and maybe 2 small children as opposed to the description of supporting 4 people. The 2 bathrooms are, in reality, what could be considered a bath and a half. The main bathroom is huge with a large soaking tub and a commode separated with glass. What it supposed to be the second bath is a commode and a small shower separated from the passage into the master bath with a sliding panel door with the sink in that passageway from the master bath to the foyer. There would be very little privacy between the 2 "bathrooms". The living room was very small and there was little room to move the beautifully carved wood coffee table to open the sofa bed. THE KITCHEN IS PHENOMENAL!!!! TOP OF THE LINE! THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE CONDO! Unfortunately the Kerug was missing, there was a mark, not sure if it was just from cleaning or truly damaged on the subzero refrigerator. We were not provided the accurate wifi code. Needless to say the first 2 days were pretty frustrating but we acclimated. The description reads "steps away from the pool"; you need to walk through two buildings to get to the pool. As I wear a fitbit it's exactly 1223 steps
( approximately .25 miles or 2 city blocks) from the condo door to the gate to enter the pool area. Renters are required to remove trash daily, which is reasonable during to the climate and/or "critters"., but you have to take it 2 buildings over, which again, was not as described in the condo instructions. The condo was described as an oceanview. If you sat on the luani during the day, there was a glimpse of water. The condo has a view of a grassy area, the bike rack, a garbage can outside the other building and the parking lot. Candace was responsive to our calls, especially during our chaotic search to find our condo. The cleaning crew brought up a vaccuum cleaner per my request as we wanted to keep the floor clean of sand and debris. My review would be better if the description of the condo was a little more realistic of what to expect.

The property was beautiful and everything we needed was located right around us. We were bummed when we got to the room and most of our view was the parking lot. When we saw pictures it looked more like an ocean view. However, if that’s the only thing that went wrong in 10 days, it was a perfect trip!

We had an incredible time staying at the Waipouli Beach Resort. Beautiful condo with everything you might need. The pool was beautiful and not too busy. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, gadgets, etc. Outdoor grills at the pool. Very comfortable bed! It's a 20 minute walk to Kapaa and an easy 30 minute drive to the north or south shores for other activities. The check-in/out was super easy and straight forward. Free parking. I highly recommend this to anyone! Also highly recommend a drive up to Secret Beach and a stop at the Kalalea Juice Hale for a smoothie! The Kealia Bike Path is beautiful and the breeze makes it perfect temp biking.

All the little extas in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry were supplied. Other family rented straight from the property and didn't have the same provided for them, so thanks so much ! Highly recommend this unit! Mahalo🌺 Ps- don't miss happy hour at the oasis bar right on the beach there 4p-6p daily with $5 selected tropical drinks. Also entertainment on Wednesday nights from 5p7p. Reserve a table ahead of time for dinner though. It gets busy.

I was completely satisfied with accommodations of Penthouse F401 when we Opened the Door. The condo is centrally Located near Restaurants and Shopping. Our driving to Activities was easy because we were located between the North and West Sides of the Island with easy access to the South Shore also. The Condo has a fully stocked Kitchen with your choice of a Keurig or conventional Filter type Coffee Maker. All Appliances are newer including the Front Load Washer and Dryer. The Pool area is very well maintained with a sand bottom pool area for Children. The Restaurants are very good and the Bull Shed Steak House located Next Door. Oasis On The Beach is the Restaurant located at the Resort has some great Breakfasts. This was our Second trip to Kauai we had stayed at another Local Resort before and we were not very pleased. This time we choose Waipouli Beach Resort and we made the Correct decision. I would stay here again if we returned to Kauai. The People at Kauai Calls who I booked our stay with were very helpful and kept us informed of what to expect during our stay.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort. Candace was extremely responsive and the process for booking, payment, and arrival was much too easy. She even provided snorkel gear, beach chairs, and boogie boards at no extra cost. We didn't have to check in at the front desk since the resort uses coded doors, this saved us time on our arrival. Additionally, the AC reset during the middle of our stay due to a power failure (not the responsibility of the resort) and they were quick to repair the issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property with amazing views. The unit was better than the pictures, how often does that happen?! The unit is HUGE and there was so much room to move around. The pool is great, and the pool bar is even better. I only wish there was a ceiling fan or small fan in the bedroom because it gets a bit stuffy at night. The living room stayed quite cool but the bedroom was a bit warm, especially in the middle of August. I have already recommended the unit to a friend who will visit in January. I would totally go back here anytime.

We had never been to Kauai before and we choose this condo what a great decision, it is a beautiful, clean stunning property across the street from shops including food supermarkets. The condo itself is stunning, a five star property, quiet and it is fully loaded with high end appliances. We were most impressed with the thoughtfulness of including soaps, beach chairs, coolers, variety of cooking spices - there was not a thing missing from this place! we hope to return someday as a few days were not enough to explore this beautiful island and relax at this stunning property!
