This property was the the best I have stayed at in all my years of travel.
Our trip included my in laws and husband and I- and our two kiddos (ages 1 and 3). It was the perfect place for everyone in our family.
It was super clean and fresh when we arrived. Appliances. Dishes, Extra towels, cloths, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, all the basics were provided and more!
We were able to easily get into our condo even with a 2am arrival. Parking space included was great.
The laundry and dishwasher was a life saver so we could relax and enjoy our week.
Pool is literally steps away from the lanai. My toddler was overjoyed to spend her afternoons in the pool. The maintenance crews at the bayan do a wonderful job keeping everything outside and at the pool clean.
The hosts Jamie and Lori were wonderfully receptive. They provided baby items for me prior to our arrival - high chair, pack and play. It was our first time travelling with our kids and our hosts provided all the details we needed so that we felt comfortable.
The wagon was great for trips to the beach with the kids. The complex in across from Kamole 2 - one of the best beaches in Hawaii. The snorkel gear came in handy for Uula beach- and we swam with turtles twice during my stay in maui.
Basically if you are travelling with your family- THIS IS THE PLACE! Book it now before its too late!

This place was perfect for our stay in Maui! We could walk right down to the beach or great food! It was an easy drive to our activities and parking was a breeze! The place had everything you could need—from beach toys to laundry and dish detergent, we were not left wanting in the slightest!
I would highly recommend this location for anyone’s future travels!

Very nice property. Had everthing we needed-ac was great, tvs and appliances all very nice, everything we needed for the beach- chairs, cooler and a wagon to haul it all etc. Great pool & hot tub. Host was very accomdating and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Maui is open and is wonderful place to visit. We pray for Lahina's recovery but the towns west of there are also open and need visitors to survive.

We met the property owner as we arrived. He is wonderful, so friendly and accommodating. The unit was perfectly located- close to pool yet private. And it was just as the pictures showed. My family of 5 was so comfortable. Full size washer/dryer- huge bonus. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Kihei. Thank you, Jamie!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. For two couples, it was the ideal size and layout - but hope to return with our kids too. It was very well stocked and clean, and the AC made for perfect sleeping conditions. The grounds of the complex are gorgeous and we loved smelling the plumeria as we walked to the beach. So glad we picked this spot, if you are considering it - don’t hesitate!

The night we arrived there were mosquitos in our room but I think this must have been because the cleaner left the door open while cleaning. And luckily no one got bit. Jamie was great to communicate with us. The location was great and the rooms were clean. The only complaint I really have is the early morning wake up call from the roosters in the area. :) So if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in this might not be the place for you. Jamie was really great and even let us have a late check out due to the fact that we had a super late flight. Overall we were happy. The location to the beach and to restaurants really helped make our trip fabulous.

What a great time we had! This condo is so perfectly located, a great beach right across the street as well as shopping and restaurants w/in walking distance. We were especially thankful for all the beach equipment the condo provided to us (beach chairs, boogey boards, snorkeling equipment, etc).

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was a nice size for four people. The location is great for walking to the beach and for using as a base for driving around Maui. The unit has everything, from beach gear to kitchen equipment. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the complex. Check in was super easy and the owners are easy to communicate with.

Condo included everything we needed - and more! Loved the location - close access to pool. Beach was across the road. We were able to communicate with host with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this beautiful condo (exactly as shown on online listing).

A wonderful location, close to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. The condo has excellent amenities with everything you’ll need to have a wonderful vacation. Ground floor location is ideal for vacationers with children. We loved it so much we’re returning in October!

This property is in a great location and is very walkable to the beach and restaurants. The condo complex has beautiful grounds and 2 very nice pools. The unit itself had everything we needed for the beach including chairs, umbrellas, and toys for our toddler. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay and found everything to be exactly as described. We loved the location of the condo and our kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the beautifully kept grounds, and ability to run around on the grass as it's a ground floor unit. We are so grateful for Jamie's hospitality! One added bonus that I don't think has been noted before is just how sound-proof these units are. We brought three kids, one of whom was just one, and worried that we might be too noisy for our neighbours. Our lovely neighbours assured us that they couldn't hear anything and it was amazingly quiet in the evenings, so our kids were never disturbed by noises or loud voices. We also managed to forget a computer cable behind, and Jamie very kindly sent this along to us!

Our first trip to Maui and I did my research on location - this place is top notch! Not many properties can boast consistent 5-star reviews, but this place deserves such ratings!
Beautiful and clean - quick walk to beach - easy parking accommodations - well stocked water gear with wagon to bring items back and forth - centrally located with access to many places within walking distance - quick drive to most everything we wanted to see
Jamie was very responsive to all inquiries - our flight to HI was canceled which extended our stay by one day. He didn't hesitate to offer that extra day - what a gift after the disappointment of having our plans change!
We brought our four children ages 9 - 17 and it was a lovely home base for our family of six.
I could go on and on, but it would just be a repeat of the many other reviews - THANK YOU, Jamie and Lori - your place is beautiful and it made our visit that much sweeter!

This was our first time to Hawaii and we had such high hopes for the vacation. This property did not disappoint! The location was very centralized and gave us easy access to everything on the island. The unit was well provisioned and had all the comforts of home. We would definitely stay here again.

This was hands down our favorite rental we have ever stayed in. Decorated beautifully. SOOO well stocked with everything you could need. Air conditioning and 3 TVs with streaming, beautiful landscaping that led straight to the pool. It was perfect for our family and very kid friendly too. Also they had a ton of stuff to take to the beach for our babies too. Umbrellas, beach tent, wagon, cooler etc. Thankyou so much for letting us stay. We would love to come back again next year :)

There’s not much that I can say that all the other reviews haven’t already said. This condo has absolutely everything you could ever need. It has been remodeled and is in perfect shape. The hosts are amazing and take care of anything and everything. Put it this way when we got home from our trip we booked another trip back to this same condo for next year!!!

We took this trip to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday, our daughter’s high school graduation, and our 24th wedding anniversary! The condo has everything we needed, and more! Check in was very easy and seamless, Jamie and Lori have great communication and we received emails with all the information we needed for our stay. We were pleased that the unit was a very close walk to the pool, had 2 lanai’s, and was in great condition. Air conditioning units were in every room, making it very comfortable night and day! We enjoyed coffee on the lanai every morning, the tall shrubs provided privacy in order to do so. Apple TV is provided in every room and was a treat for us to figure out! We are considering replacing our DirectTV at home now! We had a couple minor requests and Jamie was quick to respond and provide what we needed with a completely positive and glad to help attitude! We consulted the emails they sent us that I printed out daily to check on activities and restaurants close by. The beaches were awesome as well. It was windy every day but most days it didn’t stop us from anything. I think there was 1 day that the red flags were up on the beach and we couldn’t go in the water, but we always had the pool and hot tub! All the appliances worked perfectly, the kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve food. Parking was never a problem, if the closest lot was full, only later at night, my husband would drop us off and park in the parking structure. The pool area had huge barbecues available, along with a nice covered seating area, big enough for our 12 person group to enjoy meals together. There is even a sink and counter area to put out the food. There are also bathrooms and an outdoor shower available at the pool. There is plenty of lounge chairs and tables poolside as well. Right outside the unit is a quaint, rock waterfall that is lit at night. The flowers on the property were beautiful and we saw people working daily to upkeep the foliage. There are a few resident cats on the property as well, they won’t let you get too close though! They have clipped ears so we know they are “working cats”. Someone leaves out food and water for them, someone even put a cat bed out there for them! You will not be disappointed when you stay in this unit, we will return! Thank you Jamie and Lori for being such awesome hosts and providing this home away from home!

I travelled with my partner and another couple to Maui and had a great stay in this condo. Great central location and It’s fully stocked with everything you need for a great Hawaiian vacation, from comfy beds, to pots and pans, to beach chairs and boogie boards and snorkel gear. The washer and dryer was awesome to have mid-stay and worked great. AC blows cold, Apple TV works as intended and there was even a computer available for us (although we did not need to use it during our stay it was a nice touch)
Altogether, a great stay and would definitely come back to this rental for another trip.

We enjoyed our stay very much and it was exact what we looked for and hoped to be. Jimmy was very helpful during our stay and his condo is very well equipped. The entertainment options are good. Location is great. I particularly loved the surrounding of the condo, nice tropical plants and flower all over. The smell of plumeria, jasmine and gardenia just so memorable.
