Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it's about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $35 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.

CHECKOUT CLEANING:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival. We are able to provide extra amenities for an additional charge. If interested, please contact us.

LINENS & TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and a blanket are in the closet.

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 a.m.- 10 p.m daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. The condo looks just like pictured on line. It was clean, kitchen was stocked with enough pots and pans, starter kit with laundry and dish detergent, reliable wifi and even a inflatable mattress. I had already brought one when I noticed in the closet - my boys do not like to share a bed. Bed was clean and comfortable, pillows were ok, standard hotel pillows . Location was perfect, close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants but still in a low key corner. You'll find many restaurant choices in the area. We explored some of the local choices by focusing on off of main avenue. Rent a car if possible, we went to Walmart and grabbed some essentials for breakfast and lunches plus snacks, it will save you a few $$$. We are very happy with our stay and would definitely book again in the future.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Beach is close enough to walk to but far enough away that we couldn't hear the waves (I love the sound of waves but it keeps my daughter up). Very easy check in. Parking garage wasn't great when busy but nothing to give a bad review about. I would definitely stay here again. Management responded quickly to any questions.

Amazing view with everything we needed to enjoy our first time in Hawaii! The beach chairs they provided really came in handy. Loved that it was so close to all the amenities and that parking was included. Check in and out was super easy and we appreciated them checking in to make sure everything was satisfactory. Clean and comfortable condo with a beautiful view. It was nice and quiet. You couldn’t hear much of street traffic or sirens. I needed help the first day and the property manager was quick to respond. Parking was easy and very convenient. Enjoyed the pool. I would definitely stay again. I loved the condo. It had all the amenities you would need. It’s exactly as pictured. The instructions were very helpful and check in and check out was a breeze. Great stay!

If you're looking for the perfect location, price and ease of stay this is the place to be! Location was two blocks from the beach and great food locations! The accomodations were perfect. A perfect size for two adults and two kids. The kitchen was super convenient for quick meals along with access to parking AND the pool! Checking in was super easy and any questions you had property management was super responsive! If you're looking for a great location and price I would recommend staying here!

This unit is conveniently located in the heart of Waikiki walking distance to the beach and zoo. Makes it so easy to enjoy Waikiki. This is a clean and user friendly unit. The bathroom is very clean and well stocked with essentials. Bed is comfortable, no lumps and not too soft. I found the kitchen to be stocked with enough essentials to help you make it thru a few days till you get groceries. I appreciated the fact that there was a roll of Saran Wrap, a roll of paper towels and coffee filters left for us. Thank you! The property management company responded quick when I had a minor clogged sink. It was fixed the same day. We didn't have much of an ocean view but what we did have was beautiful. Most days were beautiful and sunny so its hard to say anything negative about this unit.. I would love to stay here again and recommend it to others.

This was a last minute booking, since our last unit had a water pipe renovation during the time we would have stayed there so we ended up canceling that. This unit turn out to be good unit, it had a vie of the ocean, except for a few buildings. It’s convenient, close to everything and the beach is walking distance, and the free parking is a plus, it would have been $30/24 hours at the same garage offered with this unit. Overall, it was a nice stay for us.

We stayed at the Waikiki Banyan for 11 days. The condo was extremely clean, and well stocked with kitchen appliances, pots pans, dishes etc. The condo comes with bath towels, face cloths, hand towels and beach towels. The condo also comes with a cooler and beach chairs. The king size bed was so comfortable and the linens were nice and soft. The view is fantastic as is the proximity to Waikiki Beach, shopping and restaurants. The condo also comes with free parking included which was a huge plus for us. Communication with the property manager was easy and fast. Check in and checkout were extremely easy. There is also a binder in the condo with lots of information about local restaurants, urgent care, shopping, check in and checkout procedures. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in Waikiki.

My husband and I chose this place to stay because parking is very limited and there’s no fee for parking which was great. Overall the place was a nice stay, although a little outdated. The only thing I would say is the lamp on my side of the bed was not working so it made the room a bit dark. Also we stayed during the week of their fire drill which woke us up every morning which was irritating because we were already jetlagged from our trip. Other than that great stay! Thank you!

Great value for what it is. Pros: -4 minute walk to Waikiki beach -Better views than pictures portray -STOCKED unit. Kitchen has EVERYTHING and there is also beach gear available -really nice kitchen updates -unit itself is spacious and nice -Free Parking! Cons: -Property is really dated looking -pool/amenities look like they haven’t been updated in 30+ years -hard to get help if needed. Front desk would barely speak to us and property management takes a while to respond -Parking garage is a mess Overall, this place is a really great value but it seems like the things outside of the unit itself are lacking. Waikiki Banyon building and property mgmt company. For the price it’s probably worth it. TY!

The property itself is very nice. The problem lay in us attempting to reschedule our trip after seeing Governor Ige pleading with tourists to stay away because of the "crisis" (his words, not mine) Covid was causing, particularly with rising case numbers and the impact on health care facilities. Midway Realty flat out refused to accommodate our request because it was within 30 days of arrival. There was no flexibility in their "policy", though even our airline amended theirs to provide vouchers for future use, and we received refunds for our pre-booked and paid-for pre-flight Covid tests. This inflexibility in Midway's policy resulted in, by us choosing to abide by the Governor's plea (not mandatory, but certainly reasonable under the circumstances at the time), losing thousands of dollars for our pre-paid accommodation. They would not allow us to re-book for next year as requested, only offering to refund the cleaning fee. We didn't cancel our reservation because we didn't think it would be appropriate if they chose to re-rent the suite, but we decided not to travel for the reason stated above. Although wee are frequent travelers to Honolulu we will not rent any Midway- managed VRBO accommodation in the future.

PROS: Very convenient to beach and food trucks. Comfortable bed, AC works well, cost (with all the add-on fees) comparable to beach front high rises w/o the traffic hassles. Quiet neighbors. Free parking definite plus. CONS: moldy tub corners, tub coating coming off beneath dripping tub spout (have photos, cant see a way to upload). No dishwasher or garbage disposal. Kitchen sink drain piping loose and will overflow into cabinet vs sink backup. Single pane windows conduct louder street noise (think occasional evening loud motorcycles, car horns) and really warms up room on hot afternoons as afternoon sun hits windows (but AC does keep up). A supply of dish towels and hot pads would be nice vs roll pf paper towels.
