The ambiance overall was perfect! Whatever I do in the kitchen every morning, I still get to enjoy the view. I sit outside and enjoy my coffee in the morning or enjoy my cocktail at night with the city lights and pool view to enjoy. We get a good sleep every night. The kids were very curious with the bidet. I have used it in the past in a hotel but never owned one, maybe now 😂. The communication with the property manager was excellent and made our stay peaceful. Mahalo!

We stayed at the Waikiki Banyan for our 4th visit to Waikiki. This time we stayed in suite 2410 tower 2 for two weeks at the end of August. The suite was perfect. It was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed including; beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and a parking spot which was very convenient. The beach and restaurants are just a short 5 minute walk. Everyone we dealt with thru Captain Cook were amazing and helpful. We would highly recommend this property and specifically this suite. We will be back again for sure. Mahalo!!

Great location, responsive staff. Clean room with comfortable sheets and bed! would definitely recommend especially if staying with younger kids (we had a 2 and 3 y/o). Also helpful was the same floor washer/dryer unit. Thanks for a great stay!

This unit has an amazing view! It's partial ocean view but it's enough to see waikiki beach. We really loved the free parking that comes with the unit,parking is expensive in waikiki. The unit had everything we needed, wifi, bath towels, beach towels, full kitchen, we even found salt and pepper!

Nice overall clean unit. Management was very responsive to minor issues. Bidet was a bonus. *** Do not rent if you have mobility issues. The tub is 20” to get into (normally 14-16”). There are also shower doors and a short tub to contend with.
