Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it's about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.

CHECKOUT CLEANING:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

LINENS & TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and a blanket are in the closet.

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 a.m.-10 p.m. daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

Gorgeous views from the unit and the location is perfect (close to the beach and restaurants). Check-in was very smooth and property manager responded quickly to any questions. However, there are few things that could be improved. The cooler in the unit keeps shutting on and off continuously with loud thud and was keeping me awake at night (as I am a light sleeper). The pillows also are very soft and no option to swap with firmer pillows. The bed itself was good enough and overall we had a good stay. Other things outside anyone's control is elevator wait times during busy periods can be a bit frustrating.

This property is in the southern end of Waikiki a couple blocks up from Waikiki beach. Super easy to walk to. The unit itself was in excellent condition and very comfortable. The veiw was amazing and made for a nice, relaxing time even if we just stayed in for the night. Overall it was an excellent stay and would highly recommend.

I grew up on O’ahu and I’ve always loved the Waikiki Banyan. The location is convenient and within walking distance to everything and it’s easy to access with a car as it’s not far off of Kapahulu…which makes a morning run to Leonard’s for malasadas even easier. We debated about staying in a hotel…but the convenience of having parking included as well a full kitchen made this a better option. While we didn’t use the stove we did take full advantage of the fridge to keep all of our pickled mango and L&L mac salad chilled. Communication was great and check in and out was seamless. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo nui loa and a hui hou.

Stayed in this apartment for a week with my spouse and a 6-month baby. What we liked: - The apartment was very clean - Upgraded fully stocked kitchen and bathroom - Ocean view from the balcony. Even though it is only a partial view (obstructed by neighboring towers), it was still very nice. - Beach chairs and towels were provided. - Parking in the building and it was included in the room rate. - Location is overall good, just one block to the beach, but you'll have to walk a bit more to good restaurants and stores since they're like 5-6 blocks away. What could have been better: - The listing didn't mention that the room is right in front of the elevators. Every time an elevator arrives, it dings (at night as well), and this sound was very audible in the room. - No dishwasher. You have to hand wash if you're planning to cook. - Beach umbrella was not provided, so we had to spend $25 to buy one in the convenience store nearby. - Mattress was very soft. This is subjective as someone might like it that way, but we had a lot of troubles sleeping on it. - Smoke detector in the bedroom flashes every minute and it was ridiculously bright! Another thing to impact our sleep. Why can't you just get a detector that doesn't flash? Now the worst part: - There was an evacuation call every other day. This is absolute absurd and I have no idea why fire marshal hasn't shut down the building yet. By the end of our stay we had learned to ignore those alarms which I believe is exactly how residents treat them. - Elevators are very slow and often crowded. One out of 4 elevators was down for the whole week of our stay and often the second one was down as well, leaving just two working elevators for 38 floors. - We asked to provide a portable crib for the baby and the thing turned out to be some dingy contraption without a mattress, so there was no way the baby could sleep there. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Especially if you travel with young kids, you should really look elsewhere as those evacuations are extremely disturbing.

This property location to town and beach was great but the unit is probably better suited fir couples. First the sink handle leaked, so water would get everywhere anytime we brushed our teeth or washed our hands. I couldn't cook an family meal because the skillet wasn't big enough to cook a full meal. A piece of bacon barely fit the lengeth of the pan. The BBQ'S while plentiful, were electric and tou have to pay for the use and if it rains, you cannot cook. Also the first BBQ were used didn't work so we had to go to security to get our money back and report the issue, so we ended up eating out way more than we wanted. There are 2 hottubs for two large towers and only one hottub ever worked at one time so it was hardly ever available. We would choose another lication next time.

The check-in process was very easy, instructions for getting the parking pass when you first arrive were very thorough. With a 1-yr old, I wanted to stay somewhere with a kitchen to make it easy to prepare foods she’ll eat, and this place was perfect, with a fully stocked kitchen. My husband and I were unfortunate enough to get food poisoning that lasted most of our trip, but this place was close enough to take the baby in the stroller and just walk along the Waikiki strip, and I was even able to sit out on the balcony relaxing and soaking up the sun when we didn’t feel well enough to go out anywhere. Would highly recommend!

The property was great! An older building but expected in downtown. Was a great walk to the beach and the cafe and mini mart downstairs were awesome. Parking at the garage was good except when you come late at night and the lot is full - there’s barely any spots left since it’s shared between all the hotels. Other than that a great stay!

Clean, neat condo with open floorplan. Two blocks from the beach, with restaurants and shops within a few blocks. We walked nearly everywhere. Fully stocked with pots, pans, microwave, fridge, toaster. We had a great view of the surfers, in our case, from the 35th floor. We would definitely stay there again, if the opportunity arose.

Stayed here for four nights for a family wedding. Clean, well-stocked condo. Pack n' play was there at the condo upon arrival. Clean space with comfortable bed. A little dated/could use an update, but overall very nice. Conveniently located to the beach and main downtown area. The aquarium and zoo are also a short walk. Overall, would highly recommend especially with little children. Conveniently located laundry on each floor. 6th floor has outdoor playground.

This place was amazing. Check in was easy and the place was immaculate when we checked in after a LONG day of travel. Awesome location and enough space for me and my daughter to spread out and be comfy after a long day of sight seeing. Just two blocks from the most amazing beach you’ve ever seen. To start, if coming from the airport, good luck. Due to traffic it took forever to get to the condo. However, once we got to the room, all our troubles were gone. The room looks exactly like the pictures, it’s high above the traffic noise and close to everything. If I could give this condo 10 stars I would. The lower floors have trouble getting elevators, but we never had that problem. The coffee shop on-site is great and we felt safe. The parking garage ceiling is VERY low so remember that if you’re renting a car.

Excellent location. We were just a short walk from the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Both my husband and I have had injuries that make it very important to sleep on a good mattress. The bed was perfect. Check in and check out was easy. The parking space and parking pass are a definite bonus as a lot of places charge extra for this benefit. I will definitely be referring to others and hope to return one day ourselves.

The condo is beautifully appointed with a great location and views. My only complaint is the property manager didn't notify us when the building had to perform water repairs. I happened to see a sign about it in the laundry room 2 hour before the water was to be shut off for several hours. Also, the sheets weren't great quality. Other than that it was fantastic. That's why I saw it's almost perfect.

This property is nicely located in the Waikiki Beach area and has a good ocean view from its balcony on the 35th floor. The open floor plan is nice and had everything thing we needed to enjoy our stay and be comfortable. Everything is well maintained, clean, and inviting . One of the perks we really appreciated was free the parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. The free parking pass, beach chairs, and cooler were all bonuses. At this time of year we were able to see the sunset from our balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed for the few meals we cooked. So close to the beach. Great stay!
