Our family of 4 had a wonderful time during our stay in Wailea Ekahi Village. Unit 1C had everything we were looking for and very short walk to the beach. Our host was very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. If you are looking for the perfect spot, wonderful host, this is the place for you. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. Very nicely decorated and plenty of space for us to each have enough space. Loved the full kitchen and roomy dining room table. The lanai was very welcoming for our breakfasts or any other meals, too. The air conditioning had no trouble keeping us comfy when we wanted to be inside, but we were certainly close enough to be down on the beach or in the pool most days. There was a little construction noise that we communicated with the host about and they were very quick to help us out. What a great stay. So beautiful. We would definitely recommend and return.

Very guest friendly property and grounds. Nice way to be apart from the crowded hotels in Wailea. Unit has spectacular views of mountains and ocean from the lanai.
Highly responsive hosts made the visit easy and enjoyable.
Suggestion: put the pull out couch directly on the floor for greater comfort

Condo was descent. Could use some renovation but overall it was comfortable and clean. Owner was great and very responsive to our needs. Brought us extra towels when requested and let us drop off our bags before check in time so we could wonder around the island. Location is ideal and the beaches are phenomenal. I would stay here again!!

This is our second stay at the beautiful Ekahi and this condo is in a great location on the property. Close to pools, pickleball courts, the beach and walks to the Shops of Wailea. It is also far enough from the roads for a quiet experience. The owners were quick and always very helpful with their responses as needed. We highly recommend staying with the Casco family.

We prefer the southwest of Maui and this was the perfect location. With a beach and multiple pools on property, as well as walkable access to all of the Wailea resorts, it is eminently convenient. The unit has all the basics and is comfortable. It could have been slightly cleaner and there is an ant problem that needs to be corrected. But the owner is kind and very responsive.

The pictures don't do this property justice - the whole village is gorgeous and the condo itself is beautiful and spacious. We had resigned ourselves to the non-ocean front spot, but honestly it's such a short walk to a great pool and the beach that it really was no problem! The pool was great - we used the larger one near the ocean even though there was a small one right across the street from the condo. The kitchen was well outfitted, and we enjoyed watching TV while recuperating from our swimming and sunning. It was so great that there were 2 boogie boards, which is my husband's favorite beach activity!! There was actually tons of gear, plenty for everyone if you had more folks in your group.
Our favorite thing about this property were the two lanais - the small private one off the bedroom was so cute and we loved the screen door for listening to the birdsong in the morning as we woke up. The larger one out back with the dining table and chairs was our favorite place to hang out when we were at the condo. We even got two meals to go in Kihei just because we preferred to eat at our lanai instead of the option at the restaurant!
We appreciated the washer and dryer more than I thought we would. The owner asks that you wash your towels before you leave (you can leave them in the dryer) and we ended up washing all of our swimsuits and towels that we had taken with us too, which was really nice to start fresh for the second leg of our Maui vacation!
I took one star from cleanliness because the floors were pretty dirty - not in a gross way, but with like actual dirt and sand. It was like this even though we washed our feet and flipflops with the hose out back when returning from the beach, and left our shoes on the back porch or by the front door depending on which entrance we used. Regardless, if we stay in this area again on a trip to Maui, we'll choose this rental again!!

Staying at Ekahi village with my family in ‘93. This property was so beautiful and better than I had imagined. The view from the property doesn’t get mentioned enough- it is truly breathtaking. The sleeping amenities as well as all of the beach equipment amenities was EVERYTHING we needed for our family to have a fun and comfortable stay. We cannot wait to get back!

The condo was clean and well equipped and just across from a a small pool or a short walk to the main pool/clubhouse/beach area. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained. There were all sorts of beaches, stores and amenities within a short drive.
Overall would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable priced place in the Wailea area.

We try and visit Maui every year. Typically, we stay directly in a condo/resort directly on the beach. While this place was exceptional, my family of 3 would not choose it again. We tried this property with other family who've been to the Wailea Ekahi Condos before and loved it. We loved our unit but not the proximity to the beach. We prefer a much more intimate (smaller) place with a basic pool and directly oceanfront. If a larger community with multiple pools is what you're looking for then this is the place for you. Our vacation was great but we wouldn't choose this type of larger community arrangement again.

It was a short stay before going back home. The condo itself was nice. Comfortable and good location. We didnt spend much time in
the condo since the beach is just a short walk away, but there were too many kids to enjoy the pool area. No adult pool was provided, so I could only swim early in the morning before the crowds came out. The pool chairs were all torn & worn out. I had to look around to find one that wasn’t broken. Overall, the location was nice, close to shops. If property management doesn’t improve things, I don’t think we will be back.

The condo is well appointed with a great kitchen, comfortable living area and bedroom. The patio includes table, chairs and chaise and of course everything you might need for beach time! Thank you for a wonderful experience and place to stay. Right when we walked in, we appreciated the open and light spaces, as well as being able to see the ocean water from the living room and kitchen areas. Everything was comfortable and clean. We had plenty of bath and pool towels to use during our stay. The owners even left a welcome card and a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate our honeymoon. We would definitely book this place again!

Very nice unit in a wonderful setting. One bedroom unit is great for a couple. The grounds are beautiful, the quiet pool is nearby and the beach is magical. Other great beaches just to the south. Chang's beach had lots of turtles, which was a snorkeling highlight. Due to Covid our trip was delayed by a year and the unit was sold, but the new owners were great to work with. Thanks so much!

This property is exactly as advertised. Although only a one-bedroom, it comfortably slept four adults as long as you don't mind sharing a single bathroom.
The condo is well equipped with all the beach gear required to enjoy the sand and waves, and the kitchen is well equipped to allow a group to cook for themselves all week.
We had many questions before arriving and the hosts were always quick to answer (and the answer was usually, "Sure, we have that.").
I'm hoping to visit again in the near future.

My family and I (with two children under 12) just completed a lovely two-week stay in this unit - our first in this unit and our fourth at Ekahi. The unit is great, communications with the owners was excellent and timely, the unit was very clean on arrival and had all the necessities. The location is excellent - maybe a 3 minute walk to the pool and pavilion area. The bed was so comfortable that I actually wrote down the name of the mattress pad so that I can buy one for home ! I would definitely recommend this unit.

This condo at Ekahi Village is in a great location in Wailea. It's on the first floor so no stairs. It has a small view of the ocean from the lanai but at sunset time we took a few steps away from the lanai to get a really good view. The condo was just as described. What we enjoyed the most during our stay was the 4 minute walk to the heated pool and the beautiful beach just beyond the pool. The landscaping of the grass and plants at the complex makes for a pretty walk down to the pool. Also enjoyed hearing the birds sing. The owner was very responsive which we really appreciated.

Quiet and comfortable and a good location. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets sitting on the lawn a few yards from the lanai. The pavilion with the main pool, and the beach are just a couple of minutes walk away. The view of the ocean from the kitchen window and the lanai is small but enough to make one aware that the ocean is close by.

We rented this condo for just over a week at the end of September 2021 and had a great time there. Everything worked nicely from the air-conditioning, to the Internet, to the kitchen with extras like tupperwares for storing leftovers. There's a view of the ocean from the kitchen window and the patio. Not a huge expansive view, but if you step a few feet onto the front lawn you can see a lot more of the ocean and enjoy the sunset. The condo development is very nicely maintained with lots of paths and a pavilion down by the beach. It's a short 5-6 min. walk down to the beach, downhill on the way there and uphill on the way back. Speaking of the beach, the Ulua beach which is about a 1 min. drive south (or you can walk there if you want) has some very nice snorkeling as well as many other places a little further south. The owners were very prompt in responding via e-mail or text and gave us all the checkin information a couple days before we arrived. Highly recommended.

We loved staying at this property. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The furnishings were comfortable. The property was very quiet. The best perk of this unit is the pavilion at the bottom of the hill with a beautiful pool, well equipped clubhouse and gate right out onto the beach. We would recommend highly.
