Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it's about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.

CHECKOUT CLEANING:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

LINENS & TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and a blanket are in the closet.

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. My family and I traveled to Oahu for our first time. The condo had been recently renovated and was clean and provided my family everything we needed with the kitchenette, laundry, and parking… All things we took advantage of. We walked to breakfast and dinner everyday to Waikiki beach, about a 5-7 minute walk. The price was fair for the week. The laundry was broken on our floor, but we just went down one floor and the machine takes credit cards or coins. The parking garage was free but beware, no where else on Waikiki has free parking. Walk if you can. The temps were 75° all day, everyday. We kept the windows open almost anytime we were in the room. At night, the A/C unit worked and it was pleasant.

The property is clean . All utensils in kitchen are good and available. We enjoyed staying in this property as it is close to beach and most tours start from Waikiki. The master bedroom enjoys the privacy but doesn’t get the cool air from the air conditioner as air goes directly to the living area. Overall an excellent stay and value for money . Our property manager helped us . Aloha 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Great property, very clean and plenty of space for our family of 3. Wonderful sunrise views every morning. It was in the Banyan so in/out parking included was very convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped which made for easy breakfast and lunch or making snacks or having drinks on hand. We definitely utilized the beach chairs and cooler for our beach days. Nothing bad to say about it. There's no tub, so bathing our toddler was a challenge but not a negative! Just an FYI. The kitchen sink is quite large so if absolutely necessary you could maybe use that for a baby. Overall great stay, would stay again.

The condo was excellent. It was very well stocked just as listed. We were also supplied with 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, and a portable lunch cooler. The king sized bed was very comfortable, as well as bar chairs and sofa. Having a parking pass included during our stay was the best. The area is beautiful and near everything. Take time to explore the area and enjoy Waikiki, especially the beach. We had a few issues with the actual building 2 complex which were totally out of the owner’s control. We had 2 building evacuation incidents; a false alarm at 5:15am and one at 8:00pm where we had to go down the 36 flights of stairs. It took 2 hours to return to our condo since only one of the four elevators was working at the time.

This unit is in a great location! Conveniently located close to Waikiki beach but far enough away to be on the quieter side. A short walk to all the good restaurants and Waikiki attractions. The unit itself is a great bargain and is clean and updated. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows and sheets. The appliances and cabinets seemed new. The view itself is absolutely amazing. We will be coming back in January and tried to book this exact same unit because we liked it so much. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again and we are extremely picky.

I was on Oahu for a week of diving and just needed a clean comfortable condo to relax after a day in the water. I found the unit as advertised - clean, comfortable and well equipped. Check-in was easy, parking was good, and communication with the property manager was very good. While I was not on Oahu for beach time, the unit is minutes from the Waikiki beach with lots of restaurant choices.

We found everything in top condition - only for the dishwasher no detergent. The view over the Ala Wai Channel and the mountains is wonderful. The best thing was the light breeze on the 36th floor so we didn't need air conditioning at all. The noise was a bit loud at night due to the traffic on Ala Wai Blvd and the elevator. The condo is right next to the elevator shaft.

The apartment is more spacious im real life than in the pictures. The view really can't be beaten. Location is also great: not too crowded and loud but close enough to the beach, restaurants and convenience stores. Free parking was very nice! Strongly recommend!

A great base from which to explore Oahu and to wake each morning to fantastic mountain views. The accompanying car park was essential. The unit was immaculately clean, a massive and comfortable bed, well-equipped and generous sized kitchen, and a modern, clean bathroom. Loved the place. Highly recommended.

Typical condo stay. No noise from the neighbors. Apartment is on the 35th floor, so view of the island was great. Had breakfast on the patio. Easy check-in and off-street parking. Only 1 block from the beach with restaurants/bars all around. Nice place. A/C worked fine, but set to 74, so could be warm for some.

The communication prior to arrival and during was too notch. The view was nice end didn’t feel like you were in Waikiki because we didn’t look at another building. The unit was clean, and the furniture comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
