The Space:

Morning light catches the ridgeline of the Ko'olau Mountains beyond your lanai, and by evening, the city below softens into a warm, glittering sprawl. Up here, the pace of Waikiki feels both close and beautifully distant - step outside for the beach, the food, the energy, then return to a quiet perch above it all.



The condo

Set within the Waikiki Banyan condominium hotel, this remodeled one-bedroom condo sleeps up to four guests and delivers mountain and city skyline views from a high floor. Large windows draw in natural light throughout the day, and sliding doors give the bedroom added separation - practical when schedules differ or when you simply want a quieter space to retreat to.



Living area

The living space is open and easy, anchored by a pull-out sleeper sofa, a 43-inch HDTV with standard cable, and both WiFi and an Ethernet connection. A ceiling fan and window AC unit keep the room comfortable year-round, and the layout lends itself to relaxed evenings in as much as early mornings out.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom holds a king-size bed dressed in cotton linens, with room-darkening shades to soften the morning light. A closet and dresser offer ample clothing storage, and extra pillows and blankets are on hand for guests who prefer a little more comfort during longer stays.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is well-equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper sit-down dinner. You'll find a Frigidaire refrigerator, GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel oven, dishwasher, microwave, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, blender, rice maker, toaster, and baking sheet, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table for gathering around. Coffee is also provided to get your mornings started.



Bathroom and laundry

The bathroom includes a shower, hot water, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided. Paid washer and dryer facilities are available within the building for longer stays.



Outdoor living and shared amenities

A private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area extends the living space beyond the condo walls. The building's recreation deck includes a heated outdoor pool, shared hot tub, shared sauna, shared electric BBQ grill, sun loungers, and an outdoor playground.

This condo was an absolute perfect choice for my husband and I on our honeymoon. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. We didn’t cook much but were pleasantly surprised to see the kitchen fully stocked with cookware and dishware!The VIEW, was everything. Especially at night. It is an absolute must see.This condo is literally jThe parking pass made coming and going so easy, and saved us hundreds of dollars throughout the week. The condo is located 2 blocks from Waikiki beach so you are close to the action, but far away enough from the noise. We loved that.All in all this condo has a special place in our hearts and I will definitely be looking to see if it’s available for when we book our next trip to Oahu.

Listing was accurate and we enjoyed the cleanliness and location. There is work being done on the elevators so the only complaint was the long waits for an available elevator, but otherwise it’s a nice and safe building. Would stay again for sure.

We spent 4 nights here on Oahu and found the place to be exactly what we needed. It was nice to have the balcony and bedroom door between living room. The kitchen had what we needed for dishes. We used the beach chairs and towels, and the location was perfect walk to the beach and downtown restaurants. The free parking is a huge bonus! We did not use the pool area on the 6th floor. The only issue we had with elevators was when checking out. You could tell a lot of others were too and some folks road the elevator up just so they could come down - not really a big deal. Would stay again if came back to Oahu.

Waikiki Banyan Towers provided a wonderful location for our short stay in Waikiki. The communication from the management company made for a flawless check-in and check-out. We found the property very clean and matched everything in the description. They even provided items for us to use for a day at the beach. The best benefit was that the parking that is included was wonderful. We found ample parking in the garage. Would highly recommend choosing this vacation location. Everything was easily in walking distance.

The views were beautiful and the condo was very quiet. It was very close - only two blocks- to the beach. The free parking was a huge plus since we rented a car to get to other beaches on the island. If you are renting a car be aware that the traffic is horrible getting in and out of the Honolulu area. But, aside from that, the condo was very comfortable and it always felt good to return “home”.

Cons: Construction on neighbor-unit? from 8-5 was distracting, but we weren’t in the unit that much, so not a big deal. WIFI slow in the morning.

My family and I traveled to Oahu for our first time. The condo had been recently renovated and was clean and provided my family everything we needed with the kitchenette, laundry, and parking… All things we took advantage of. We walked to breakfast and dinner everyday to Waikiki beach, about a 5-7 minute walk. The price was fair for the week. The laundry was broken on our floor, but we just went down one floor and the machine takes credit cards or coins. The parking garage was free but beware, no where else on Waikiki has free parking. Walk if you can. The temps were 75° all day, everyday. We kept the windows open almost anytime we were in the room. At night, the A/C unit worked and it was pleasant.

The property is clean . All utensils in kitchen are good and available. We enjoyed staying in this property as it is close to beach and most tours start from Waikiki. The master bedroom enjoys the privacy but doesn’t get the cool air from the air conditioner as air goes directly to the living area. Overall an excellent stay and value for money . Great property, very clean and plenty of space for our family of 3. Wonderful sunrise views every morning. It was in the Banyan so in/out parking included was very convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped which made for easy breakfast and lunch or making snacks or having drinks on hand. We definitely utilized the beach chairs and cooler for our beach days. Nothing bad to say about it. There's no tub, so bathing our toddler was a challenge but not a negative! Just an FYI. The kitchen sink is quite large so if absolutely necessary you could maybe use that for a baby. Overall great stay, would stay again.

The condo was excellent. It was very well stocked just as listed. We were also supplied with 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, and a portable lunch cooler. The king sized bed was very comfortable, as well as bar chairs and sofa. Having a parking pass included during our stay was the best. The area is beautiful and near everything. Take time to explore the area and enjoy Waikiki, especially the beach. We had a few issues with the actual building 2 complex which were totally out of the owner’s control. We had 2 building evacuation incidents; a false alarm at 5:15am and one at 8:00pm where we had to go down the 36 flights of stairs. It took 2 hours to return to our condo since only one of the four elevators was working at the time.

This unit is in a great location! Conveniently located close to Waikiki beach but far enough away to be on the quieter side. A short walk to all the good restaurants and Waikiki attractions. The unit itself is a great bargain and is clean and updated. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows and sheets. The appliances and cabinets seemed new. The view itself is absolutely amazing. We will be coming back in January and tried to book this exact same unit because we liked it so much. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again and we are extremely picky.

I was on Oahu for a week of diving and just needed a clean comfortable condo to relax after a day in the water. I found the unit as advertised - clean, comfortable and well equipped. Check-in was easy, parking was good, and communication with the property manager was very good. While I was not on Oahu for beach time, the unit is minutes from the Waikiki beach with lots of restaurant choices.

We found everything in top condition - only for the dishwasher no detergent. The view over the Ala Wai Channel and the mountains is wonderful. The best thing was the light breeze on the 36th floor so we didn't need air conditioning at all. The noise was a bit loud at night due to the traffic on Ala Wai Blvd and the elevator. The condo is right next to the elevator shaft.

Only 1 block from the beach with restaurants/bars all around. Nice place. A/C worked fine, but set to 74, so could be warm for some.

The communication prior to arrival and during was too notch. The view was nice end didn’t feel like you were in Waikiki because we didn’t look at another building. The unit was clean, and the furniture comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
