Our unit is not part of a 2 bedroom or lock-off! Read listings carefully. The Maui Banyan is located in a hotel zone, close to Wailea! You will love our beautifully renovated and decorated 1 bedroom 2 full bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Unit is located in the H building, on the quiet side of the building, close to the beach but away from the noise of Kihei Road.There is a king size bed in the bedroom. Newer sofa (not a sofa bed) in living area. Floor plan is open with French pocket door separating the living area and bedroom. We have a 55 inch curved TV in the living room and a smaller flat screen in the bedroom. All appliances are updated with a quiet, efficient Mitsubishi split AC system. Tile floors throughout, granite counter tops and bamboo cabinets.

Just a short 2 minute walk to the beach with beautiful sunsets! There are 2 pools, jet spas and BBQ areas on the property! Tennis court and free parking!

A starter pack containing 2 rolls TP, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, small sponge, bar of soap and conditioning shampoo will be provided.

Cheryl's home is beautiful, clean, quiet, fantastic location, kitchen well stocked, comfortable bed, beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Cheryl is a fantastic host. Very friendly. She responded very quickly to all communication with us. The last 3 days of our 2 week stay was during the storm. Cheryl addressed all our concerns. She kept in touch with manager of building and us during storm. She had items for emergencies such as candles and buckets. We would highly recommend staying here and we would love to stay again should the opportunity arise. Oh, did I mention the deer we could watch off our lanai? Thank you for everything Cheryl!

We had a great stay and the condominium was centrally located to the beach, restaurants, parks, and shopping. The condo was exceptionally well cared for clean, and furnished with many extras for cooking and beach recreation. Definitely would plan to stay here again on future travels.

We loved staying here. Location was great. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants and some shopping. The lanai is narrow but good for 2. The views from lanai were wonderful. We spent alot of time out there. Condo was VERY clean and we had everything we needed with respect to small appliances and dishes. Bed and bedding was also very comfortable. Cheryl our host was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions we had. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Mahalo 🌺
